The training apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the sliding assembly (31) comprises a pedal plate (310), two first pull ropes (311) and four driving wheels (312), wherein the top end of the support frame (30) far away from the controller (2) is symmetrically provided with two sliding grooves, the top parts of the two sliding grooves are fixedly provided with limiting plates, the pedal plate (310) is arranged between the limiting plates and the support frame (30) in a sliding mode, the four driving wheels (312) are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the support frame (30), each first pull rope (311) is sleeved between the two driving wheels (312), and one end of each first pull rope (311) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the pedal plate (310).
