Drawings
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for sterilizing laundry in a drum washing machine according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms "in", "on", "inside", "outside", and the like, which indicate directions or positional relationships, are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are for convenience of description only, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "disposed" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the problem that the prior drum washing machine has limited treatment effect on the clothes, particularly limited sterilization effect, so that the use experience of a user is influenced, the invention provides a clothes sterilization method of the drum washing machine, aiming at thoroughly removing peculiar smell, bacteria, mites and the like on the clothes by the drum washing machine and greatly improving the sterilization effect on the clothes.
Specifically, the drum washing machine comprises an outer drum and an inner drum rotatably arranged in the outer drum, wherein a heating element is arranged at the inner bottom of the outer drum and is used for heating water in the outer drum. The heating element can be an electric heating pipe or an electric heating wire, and the like, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structure of the heating element in practical application, and the heating element can be connected with a controller of the drum washing machine, and the controller controls the starting, stopping and power regulation of the heating element.
The clothes sterilization method comprises the following steps: injecting water into the outer cylinder until the water level reaches the steam heating water level; turning on the heating element to heat the water in the tub, thereby changing the water in the tub into steam to sterilize the laundry once; injecting water into the outer cylinder until reaching the conventional washing water level; starting the heating element to heat the water in the outer barrel, so that the water in the outer barrel can perform high-temperature washing on the clothes to perform secondary sterilization; wherein the steam heating water level is higher than the highest point of the heating element and lower than the conventional washing water level, and the inner cylinder is kept static under the condition that water exists in the inner cylinder, and the inner cylinder rotates in a positive and negative way under the condition that no water exists in the inner cylinder. In the above, the heating element may be turned off during the water is filled into the outer tub until the normal washing water level is reached, and then turned on when the normal washing water level is reached, but it is more preferable that the heating element is turned on all the time during the water is filled into the outer tub until the normal washing water level is reached to maintain the heating state of the water in the outer tub, so that the water in the outer tub can be continuously heated, the heat efficiency is improved, and the heating time is saved. In addition, the water level in the outer cylinder can be gradually reduced in the process of carrying out primary steam sterilization, and at the moment, the water injection operation can be carried out again, so that the water level in the outer cylinder is always kept above the highest point of the heating element, and the heat generated by the heating element is fully utilized.
It should be noted that the water level can be indirectly determined by the gas pressure of the gas chamber at the bottom of the outer cylinder, or the water level in the outer cylinder can be directly detected by the water level sensor, or the water level in the outer cylinder can be determined by collecting an image by the image sensor. In addition, the clothes sterilization method is suitable for various types of drum washing machines, if the water inlet of the drum washing machine is arranged above the inner drum, the clothes can be wetted by injecting water into the outer drum before steam sterilization, at the moment, water exists in the inner drum, the inner drum can be kept static, the clothes can be nursed by directly utilizing the steam generated by heating the water at the bottom of the outer drum, if the water inlet of the drum washing machine is arranged above the side of the inner drum, and when the vertical plane of the water inlet is staggered with the inner drum, the clothes can not be wetted by injecting water into the outer drum before steam sterilization, and at the moment, no water exists in the inner drum, the clothes can be fully shaken and dispersed by rotating the inner drum, so that the clothes can be subjected to steam sterilization in all directions. In the above, the presence or absence of water in the inner cylinder may be detected by a water level sensor or an image sensor. In the invention, the secondary high-temperature washing sterilization after the primary steam sterilization can fully take away peculiar smell, bacteria, mites and the like remained on the clothes after the primary steam sterilization, thereby greatly improving the sterilization effect on the clothes.
It should be noted that the steam heating water level is higher than the highest point of the heating element to ensure that the heat generated by the heating element is fully utilized, i.e. the water in the tub completely passes through the heating element. In the process of performing the secondary sterilization on the laundry (i.e., performing the conventional high-temperature washing on the laundry), the heating element may be turned on in the washing stage to heat the water in the tub so that the water in the tub performs the high-temperature washing on the laundry to perform the secondary sterilization, or may be turned on in the rinsing stage to heat the water in the tub so that the water in the tub performs the high-temperature washing on the laundry to perform the secondary sterilization. It is noted that, when the laundry is rinsed a plurality of times, the heating element may be turned on at the first rinsing to heat the water in the tub, and of course, the heating element may be turned on at a later rinsing process except the first rinsing to heat the water in the tub. The skilled person can flexibly set the turn-on timing of the heating element in the conventional heating washing process in practical application, and such adjustment and change of the turn-on timing of the heating element in the conventional heating washing process do not limit the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the step of "filling water into the outer cylinder until the steam heating water level is reached" includes: injecting water into the outer cylinder; acquiring the current water level in the outer barrel in real time; if the current water level in the outer cylinder does not reach the steam heating water level, keeping injecting water into the outer cylinder; if the current water level in the outer tub has reached the steam heating water level, the water injection into the outer tub is stopped. Through the control mode, the water level in the outer barrel can be detected in real time in the steam sterilization and water injection stage, and the detection deviation caused by short-time fluctuation of water in the outer barrel is avoided. Of course, in addition to the real-time acquisition of the water level in the tub, the acquisition of the water level in the tub may be performed once every predetermined time. In addition, continuous water inlet and interval water inlet can be adopted, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set a specific detection and execution mode for injecting water into the outer cylinder until the steam heating water level is reached in practical application.
Preferably, the aforementioned step of "filling water into the outer tub until the normal washing water level is reached" specifically includes: injecting water into the outer cylinder; acquiring the current water level in the outer barrel in real time; if the current water level in the outer cylinder does not reach the conventional washing water level, keeping injecting water into the outer cylinder; if the current water level in the tub has reached the normal washing water level, the water supply into the tub is stopped. Similarly to the above, by such a control mode, the water level in the outer barrel can be detected in real time in the normal washing and sterilizing water injection stage, and the detection deviation caused by the short-time fluctuation of the water in the outer barrel is avoided. Of course, in addition to the real-time acquisition of the water level in the tub, the acquisition of the water level in the tub may be performed once every predetermined time. In addition, continuous water feeding and interval water feeding can be adopted, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set a specific detection and execution mode for filling water into the outer barrel until the normal washing water level is reached in practical application. The conventional washing means that the drum washing machine sequentially performs washing, rinsing, and dewatering operations on the laundry.
Preferably, the laundry sterilization method of the present invention further comprises, simultaneously with the step of 'filling water into the outer tub until the normal washing water level is reached': the inner barrel is kept still. By the control mode, the water in the outer cylinder cannot fluctuate due to the rotation of the inner cylinder, and the accuracy of water level detection can be improved.
Preferably, the laundry sterilization method of the present invention further comprises, simultaneously with the step of 'filling water into the outer tub until the normal washing water level is reached': so that the inner cylinder rotates forward and backward alternately. Through the control mode, washing can be performed to a certain degree during water injection, certain washing time can be saved, and washing efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the heating water is heated at 50 to 90 degrees celsius for 5 to 50 minutes during the steam sterilization of the laundry. In the process of carrying out conventional washing sterilization on the clothes, the heating water temperature is 50-90 ℃, and the heating time is 5-50 minutes. Through repeated experiments, analysis and comparison of the inventor, the peculiar smell, bacteria and mites on the clothes can be sufficiently removed by setting the heating water temperature of the steam sterilization stage and the conventional washing stage to be 50-90 ℃ and the heating time to be 5-50 minutes, so that the clothes are thoroughly sterilized, and the sterilization effect is greatly improved.
The technical solution of the present invention will be further explained with reference to a more preferred embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry sterilizing method includes:
s1: water is fed through a water inlet valve;
s2: judging whether the water level in the outer barrel reaches the steam heating water level or not;
s31: if so, stopping water inflow and starting the heating element to perform steam sterilization on the clothes; s32: if not, continue to execute S1;
s4: after the steam sterilization is finished, the water inlet valve continues to feed water;
s5: judging whether the water level in the outer cylinder reaches the conventional washing water level;
s61: if so, stopping water inflow, keeping the heating element started, and simultaneously rotating the inner drum to carry out conventional washing on the clothes; s62: if not, continue to execute S4;
s7: the inner drum stops rotating and the conventional washing is finished.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
