Abstract
本发明公开一种石斛洗手液及其制备方法,该石斛洗手液包括的组分为:100~150重量份铁皮石斛联苄类提取物,20~30重量份甲皂基,10~25重量份椰子油,50~80重量份三七提取物,200~300重量份水,10~20重量份沙棘油,25~30重量份茶树精油。本发明含石斛、海藻、三七、茶树油、沙棘油等多种天然植物提取物,使得其能够快速杀菌,且持续抑菌时间长,可以有效对手部皮肤起到保湿、滋润、抗衰老。纯天然的铁皮石斛提取物、三七提取物,使本发明去污的时候,还温和护肤。石斛提取物能吸附在皮肤表面,与人体皮肤相结合,具有较强的水润因子,从而达到持久保湿润肤、长久抑菌,深层次滋润肌肤,使皮肤细致嫩滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤清洁技术领域,尤其涉及一种石斛洗手液及制备方法。
背景技术
洗手液是用于清洁手部的护肤清洁产品,一般通过双手之间的机械摩擦和洗手液含的表面活性剂的作用,配合流水来清除手上的污垢。
一般的普通洗手液只能满足去污的作用,没有办法杀死或者抑制细菌。近年来市场上出现了一些加有杀菌成份的洗手液,但是这些洗手液要么杀菌速度慢;要么因为抗菌、杀菌能力太强而忽略了洗手液的护肤,没有保湿和滋润手部皮肤的功能。因此,研发出一款能够快速去除污垢、快速杀菌、长时间抑菌、且同时具有皮肤保湿、还可以长时间滋润手部皮肤的洗手液,则是急需攻坚的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种石斛洗手液,其能够快速去除污垢、快速杀菌、长时间抑菌,同时具有保湿、滋润皮肤的作用。可以在30秒内对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率达到99%以上。
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,采用的具体技术方案是:

优选地,所述铁皮石斛提取物为铁皮石斛联苄;且所述石斛洗手液还包括50~60重量份海藻提取物。
优选地,所述石斛洗手液还包括如下重量份的组分:8~10重量份肉豆蔻酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯。
优选地,所述石斛洗手液还包括如下重量份的组分:6~9重量份椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯。
优选地,所述石斛洗手液包括如下重量份的组分:100重量份铁皮石斛提取物,20重量份甲皂基,10重量份椰子油,50重量份三七提取物,200重量份水,10重量份沙棘油,25重量份茶树精油,50重量份海藻提取物,8重量份肉豆蔻酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,6重量份椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯。

本发明的灾异目的是提供一种石斛洗手液制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制备洗手液植物原料;
选取新鲜的铁皮石斛、三七和海藻,洗干净,分别制备铁皮石斛提取物、三七提取物以及海藻提取物;
步骤二,制备石斛洗手液;
将100~150重量份铁皮石斛提取物,20~30重量份甲皂基,10~25重量份椰子油,50~80重量份三七提取物,200~300重量份水,10~20重量份沙棘油,25~30重量份茶树精油,50~60重量份海藻提取物,8~10重量份肉豆蔻酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,6~9重量份椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯混合搅拌均匀,静置20到30分钟;将静置后的产物灌装成瓶即制得石斛洗手液成品。
通过采用上述方案,本发明的一种石斛洗手液及其制备方法与现有技术相比,其技术效果在于:
1、本发明能够快速杀菌,且持续抑菌时间长。能在3分钟左右时间杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等绝大部分细菌。
2、本发明含有多种天然植物提取物,可以有效对手部皮肤起到保湿、滋润的作用。
3、本发明不但具有高效杀菌能力,还具有水润呵护功能;其采用纯天然的铁皮石斛提取物、三七提取物,采用合理配方组合,使得本发明具有温和护肤功能。石斛提取物能吸附在皮肤表面,与人体皮肤相结合,具有较强的水润因子,从而达到持久保湿润肤。
4、本发明具有滋润养护作用,含有的铁皮石斛和三七精华能够快速打开肌肤通道,深层次滋润肌肤,使皮肤细致嫩滑。
5、本发明采用的石斛提取物、三七提取物、沙棘油和茶树油等均属于天然植物配方,无毒无刺激。石斛提取物中包含联苄类物质,具有深度抗菌、抑菌、抗皮肤衰老的作用。

步骤一,制备洗手液植物原料;
选取新鲜的铁皮石斛、三七和海藻,洗干净,分别制备铁皮石斛提取物(提取物中含有铁皮石斛联苄类化合物,包括4′4‵-二羟基-3′3‵′5-三甲氧基二苄)、三七提取物以及海藻提取物;
步骤二,制备石斛洗手液;
将100~150克铁皮石斛联苄类提取物,20~30克甲皂基,10~25克椰子油,50~80克三七提取物,200~300克水,10~20克沙棘油,25~30克茶树精油,50~60克海藻提取物,8~10克肉豆蔻酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,6~9克椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯混合搅拌均匀,静置20到30分钟;将静置后的产物灌装成瓶即制得石斛洗手液成品。

将120克铁皮石斛联苄提取物,25克甲皂基,20克椰子油,60克三七提取物,250克水,15克沙棘油,28克茶树精油,55克海藻提取物,9克肉豆蔻酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,8克椰油酰胺丙基-PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯混合搅拌均匀,静置25分钟;将静置后的产物灌装成瓶即制得石斛洗手液成品。
