本发明涉及一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法，以重量份计，本发明由以下组分组成：沙棘油6～8，芦荟提取液3～5，月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8～10，椰油酰胺2～5，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2～3，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1～0.2，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2～0.3，三氯羟基二苯醚0.2～0.3，香精0.1～0.2，水60～80。本发明的有益效果是：泡沫丰富、去污力强，抗菌，洗后保护手部肌肤不干燥。

技术领域
本发明属于日常清洁用品领域，具体涉及一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法。
背景技术
洗手液作为一种日常用品，用于手部的清洁。但目前市面上的洗手液用后手部都比较干燥，且抗菌效果不佳，另还需护手霜的保护。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处，本发明提供了一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法：泡沫丰富、去污力强，抗菌，洗后保护手部肌肤不干燥。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：沙棘油6～8，芦荟提取液3～5，月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8～10，椰油酰胺2～5，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2～3，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1～0.2，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2～0.3，三氯羟基二苯醚0.2～0.3，香精0.1～0.2，水60～80。
沙棘油：沙棘油中的生育酚对皮肤有保护作用，保护细胞膜中的不饱和脂肪酸在光、热和辐射条件下不被氧化，以防止变态、发皱及脂褐质的堆积并能改善微循环。试验证明：沙棘油具有降低动物体内过氧化脂质作用，其效果较维生素E更显著。β胡萝卜素可以通过皮肤直接进入表皮细胞并转化为维生素A而营养皮肤，以避免上皮组织细胞角质化或皮肤粗糙。不饱和脂肪酸可以保持水代谢的平衡，保护皮肤不受x射线的损伤。氨基酸对皮肤和毛发有良好的营养作用。类黄酮具有生物兴奋作用，促进细胞代谢的功能。
所述的一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法如下：
（1）将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8～10，椰油酰胺2～5，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2～3，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1～0.2，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2～0.3，三氯羟基二苯醚0.2～0.3，香精0.1～0.2加入60～80份的水中进行加热至70～80℃混合溶解，搅拌速度30rpm，得混合液A，备用；
（2）待混合液A冷却加至40～45℃时，加入沙棘油6～8，芦荟提取液3～5，充分搅拌均匀，搅拌速度15-20rpm，搅拌10-15min，待其冷却后即得成品。
采用以上技术方案，本发明泡沫丰富、去污力强，抗菌，洗后保护手部肌肤不干燥。

以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
沙棘油6，芦荟提取液3，月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8，椰油酰胺2，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2，三氯羟基二苯醚0.2，香精0.1，水60。
上述技术方案中，其制备方法如下：
（1）将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8，椰油酰胺2，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2，三氯羟基二苯醚0.2，香精0.1加入60份的水中进行加热至70～75℃混合溶解，搅拌速度30rpm，得混合液A，备用；
（2）待混合液A冷却加至40～45℃时，加入沙棘油6，芦荟提取液3，充分搅拌均匀，搅拌速度15-20rpm，搅拌10-15min，待其冷却后即得成品。
实施例2
一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
沙棘油8，芦荟提取液5，月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10，椰油酰胺5，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯3，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.3，三氯羟基二苯醚0.3，香精0.2，水80。
上述技术方案中，其制备方法如下：
（1）将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10，椰油酰胺5，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯3，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.3，三氯羟基二苯醚0.3，香精0.2加入80份的水中进行加热至75～80℃混合溶解，搅拌速度30rpm，得混合液A，备用；
（2）待混合液A冷却加至40～45℃时，加入沙棘油8，芦荟提取液5，充分搅拌均匀，搅拌速度15-20rpm，搅拌10-15min，待其冷却后即得成品。

1.一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法，其特征是：以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
沙棘油6～8，芦荟提取液3～5，月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8～10，椰油酰胺2～5，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2～3，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1～0.2，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2～0.3，三氯羟基二苯醚0.2～0.3，香精0.1～0.2，水60～80。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有沙棘油的洗手液及制备方法，其特征包括以下步骤：
（1）将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8～10，椰油酰胺2～5，乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2～3，甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1～0.2，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.2～0.3，三氯羟基二苯醚0.2～0.3，香精0.1～0.2加入60～80份的水中进行加热至70～80℃混合溶解，搅拌速度30rpm，得混合液A，备用；
（2）待混合液A冷却加至40～45℃时，加入沙棘油6～8，芦荟提取液3～5，充分搅拌均匀，搅拌速度15-20rpm，搅拌10-15min，待其冷却后即得成品。
