Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics, in particular to a colored multifunctional isolation cream integrating coloring and sun screening and having the effects of whitening, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation and resisting ultraviolet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The isolation cream is one of important skin care products for daily skin protection, and mainly plays a role in sun protection and reducing the irritation of adverse factors to the skin. Sunscreens commonly used in make-up creams fall into two categories, organic sunscreens and physical sunscreens. The organic sun-screening agent is released in a low energy form after absorbing ultraviolet rays, so that direct damage of the ultraviolet rays is avoided, and the organic sun-screening agent is usually aromatic compounds and is harmful to human bodies after long-term use; the physical sun-screening agent is mainly inorganic powder titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, is mainly used for blocking ultraviolet rays by refraction, is harmless to human bodies, but is easy to cause the problems of skin dryness, oil discharge, pore blockage, difficult absorption, poor air permeability and the like due to high surface energy and poor skin compatibility after long-term use.
The color isolation cream not only can isolate and prevent sunburn, but also has the effects of concealing and adjusting skin color, and is similar to foundation. Therefore, attention has been paid to people loving beauty in recent years, and the colors of the barrier creams can be roughly divided into six categories, namely, near skin color, purple, white, blue and gold, and the effects of modifying the skin colors of different colors are different. The common colorant in the color isolation cream is an inorganic pigment, has the advantages of light fastness, heat resistance, good solvent resistance and strong hiding power, but has low tinting strength, poor color vividness, high toxicity of partial metal salt or oxide and poor compatibility with skin, and can cause the problems of skin dryness, pore blockage, oil discharge and the like besides the safety problem in long-term use.
Therefore, development and research of a color multifunctional barrier cream which is safe and healthy and can fundamentally improve skin problems are urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the colored multifunctional spacer cream and the preparation method thereof, wherein the spacer cream integrates a sun-screening agent and a colorant, is a zinc oxide/mayan blue-like composite pigment modified by a natural surfactant, is safe and environment-friendly, has good compatibility with skin, is easy to clean, can not block pores, has the effects of moisturizing, whitening, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation and resisting ultraviolet, and is suitable for the needs of different cosmetic occasions.
The technical scheme is as follows: a color multifunctional isolation cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of chamomile extract, 5-10 parts of liquorice extract, 5-10 parts of grape seed oil, 5-10 parts of arbutin, 1-5 parts of hyaluronic acid, 1-5 parts of vitamin E, 1-5 parts of ginsenoside and 10-15 parts of shea butter; 5-10 parts of surface modified zinc oxide/attapulgite-based mayan blue composite pigment and 20-30 parts of distilled water.
The invention provides a preparation method of a color multifunctional isolation cream, which comprises the following steps: s1: preparing a modified mayan blue-like composite pigment; (1) Uniformly mixing the organic pigment molecules with the purified attapulgite clay, and then putting the mixture into a baking oven at 100-200 ℃ to bake 24-48 h to obtain attapulgite clay-based mayan blue organic/inorganic hybrid pigment; (2) Zinc acetate is weighed and dissolved in absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain solution A; dissolving a natural surfactant in ethanol, adding attapulgite-based mayan blue organic/inorganic hybrid pigment into the ethanol, and stirring the mixture at a constant temperature of between 40 and 50 ℃ to form a suspension B; dropwise adding the solution A into the suspension B, stirring for 10-13 hours at 50-80 ℃, centrifuging and grinding to obtain the surface modified zinc oxide/mayan blue-like composite pigment; s2: preparing color multifunctional isolation cream; (1) Adding the surface modified zinc oxide/mayan blue-like composite pigment into distilled water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A; (2) Uniformly mixing chamomile extract, licorice extract, grape seed oil, arbutin, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, ginsenoside and shea butter to obtain a mixed solution B; (3) Adding the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A, heating to 80-85 ℃ for emulsification, emulsifying for 20-30 min, cooling to 50-60 ℃, vacuumizing, cooling to below 40 ℃, and discharging.
Preferably, in the step S1 (1), the mass ratio of the organic pigment molecules to the purified attapulgite clay is 1-15:100.
Preferably, in the step S1 (2), the mass ratio of zinc acetate to absolute ethyl alcohol is 3:100; the mass ratio of the natural surfactant to the attapulgite-based mayan blue organic/inorganic hybrid pigment is 1-5:100; the mass ratio of the attapulgite-based mayan blue organic/inorganic hybrid pigment to the absolute ethyl alcohol is 5-20:100; the mass ratio of the zinc acetate to the mayan blue-like organic/inorganic hybrid pigment is 2-9:100.
Preferably, in the step S2 (1), the mass ratio of the surface modified zinc oxide/attapulgite-based mayan blue composite pigment to distilled water is 10:40-60.
Preferably, the organic pigment molecule is isatin, indigo, methyl violet, methylene blue, congo red, alizarin yellow or a commercially available cosmetic organic pigment.
Preferably, the purified attapulgite clay is sieved through a 200 mesh sieve.
Preferably, the natural surfactant is any one or combination of linseed oil, olive oil, coconut oil, argan oil, avocado oil, grape seed oil, palm oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, evening primrose oil or calendula oil containing unsaturated fatty acids.
