Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a plant virus disease control agent containing an industrial hemp extract, a preparation method and application.
Background
Plant viruses are important causes of reduced yield and quality of crops such as grains, oil plants, vegetables, fruit trees, flowers and the like, and the crop loss caused by the plant viruses is about 200 billion dollars every year around the world. Since 1892 discovered the 1 st plant virus, tobacco mosaic virus, more than 900 plant virus species have been discovered worldwide. Plant viruses can cause changes in plant cell and tissue structure to cause yellowing, chlorosis, necrosis or blight, etc., and can also cause plant dwarfing, cork formation, leaf curling, malformation, etc. Plant viruses can be transmitted by various routes, such as insects (leafhoppers, plant hoppers, aphids and the like) or mites, diseased leaf juice, nematodes, fungi, seeds, pollen, seedlings, semen cuscutae and the like in soil. The plant viruses have various types, are fast to propagate, have wide propagation ways, lack effective prevention and treatment medicaments and measures at present, cause disastrous loss once being popular, and are called plant cancers. Losses caused by plant virus damage in China are difficult to count every year, and a plurality of important viruses are distributed in main production areas of China.
Industrial cannabis has recently received a great deal of domestic attention as a plant for extraction of medicinal ingredients. The planting process of industrial hemp has the obvious characteristics that no insect pest exists in the field and no diseases exist on the plant. The main reason is that the industrial hemp contains a large amount of phenols, terpenoids and flavonoids, and the substances are continuously released to the external environment in the growth process, so that the eubacteria on the surface of the plant can be effectively killed, the released irritant gas can effectively expel pests in the environment, and the spread of the eubacterial diseases is further reduced. Because of the complex extraction process and high extraction cost, the industrial hemp extract is only used for the development of the medical field at present. For example, Cannabidiol (CBD), a component of industrial cannabis extracts, has been widely used internationally for the treatment of conditions such as senile dementia, epilepsy, insomnia, etc. At present, no application of industrial hemp extract on pesticides is seen. In view of the effects of expelling parasites and resisting diseases of industrial hemp extracts, with the continuous reduction of extraction cost, the deep development of the functions of the industrial hemp extracts for treating diseases such as plant virus diseases and the like which cannot be solved currently has extremely important significance.
The amino-oligosaccharin is a product of further degrading chitosan, the chitosan is a polysaccharide biological macromolecule, and is widely present in lower biological fungi, algae cells, shells of arthropod shrimps, crabs and insects, inner shells and cartilages of mollusks (such as squids and cuttlefish), cell walls of higher plants and the like in nature, the annual life synthetic resources can reach 2000 hundred million tons, and the amino-oligosaccharin is the second largest biological resource next to plant fibers on the earth. The amino-oligosaccharin has certain application in agriculture, such as plant pathogenic bacteria growth inhibitor, crop disease-resistant inducer, seed treating agent, etc., but can only delay or alleviate symptoms and can not eradicate viruses, and the reasonable compound composition and the timely application of the amino-oligosaccharin are important factors for fully playing the role of prevention and treatment.
In conclusion, how to utilize the effective combination of industrial hemp extract and amino-oligosaccharin to eradicate the plant virus diseases thoroughly and ensure the healthy growth of plants so as to improve the yield is an urgent problem to be solved.

Thus, the industrial hemp extract-containing composition prepared by the formula enables the industrial hemp extract-containing composition to have good prevention and treatment effects on plant virus diseases through compounding the amino-oligosaccharin, the organic acid and the plant nutrient element compound with other components of the industrial hemp extract-containing composition and a synergistic effect, and simultaneously enables the industrial hemp extract-containing composition to have broad-spectrum plant virus resistance, compared with an amino-oligosaccharin single agent, the prevention and treatment effects on plant virus diseases are improved by 30-100%, and the synergistic effect of the amino-oligosaccharin-containing composition is obviously improved; in addition, the active components such as amino-oligosaccharin, organic acid, plant nutrient elements and the like are harmless to the environment and human bodies and are easy to decompose, so that the composition containing the industrial hemp extract has no residue after being applied to plants, and is environment-friendly and safe. Wherein, the amino-oligosaccharin and the organic acid have synergistic effect, so that the composition containing the industrial hemp extract has good prevention and treatment effect on plant virus diseases; the plant nutrient element compound supplements nutrient elements for plants, so that the composition containing the industrial hemp extract promotes the growth of the plants and improves the resistance of the plants to plant virus diseases when preventing and treating the plant virus diseases; the components such as the solvent, the surfactant, the diluent and the like enable all the components in the composition containing the industrial hemp extract to be uniformly dispersed to form a uniform phase, thereby ensuring the stability of the pesticide effect of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract.
Specifically, the industrial hemp extract belongs to a composition of natural phenols and ketones, and exists in the root, stem, leaf, flower and other tissues of industrial hemp. It is produced and secreted mainly from the honey gland parts such as leaf margin, leaf stem and petal. The natural components have obvious appearance of expelling insects and killing fungi, bacteria and viruses. The industrial hemp extract, the amino-oligosaccharin and the organic acid are subjected to synergistic action, so that the composition containing the industrial hemp extract can effectively prevent and treat plant viruses, meanwhile, the natural components can also promote the robustness of plant cells, improve the fruit setting rate, induce new buds and the like, improve the disease resistance of plants, and realize the synergistic action of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract. The industrial hemp extract can be extracted from root, stem, flower and leaf of industrial hemp, and is natural, harmless and low in cost.
Specifically, the amino-oligosaccharin is preferably an oligosaccharide formed by connecting D-glucosamine with beta-1.4 glycosidic bonds, and the polymerization degree is preferably 4-10. The amino-oligosaccharin is also called agricultural special chitosan oligosaccharide. The amino-oligosaccharin component is used as a plant immune activation factor and has a coordinating effect with components such as organic acid, plant nutrient elements and the like, so that the composition containing the industrial hemp extract has a good prevention and treatment effect on plant virus diseases. The amino-oligosaccharin is preferably obtained by degrading chitosan, so that the amino-oligosaccharin has low acquisition cost and wide sources, thereby further reducing the production cost of the amino-oligosaccharin-containing composition.
Specifically, the organic acid is preferably at least one of citric acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid, gluconic acid, acetic acid, malic acid, and fatty acid. The organic acid component can effectively induce host plants to improve disease resistance and disease tolerance, passivate and inhibit primary infection, and reduce virus diffusion in the host plants. The preferred organic acid component can induce host plants to further improve resistance and disease tolerance and better inhibit virus diffusion.
Specifically, researches show that the plant nutrient element compound component has the effects of improving the disease resistance of plants and promoting the growth of the plants. For example, copper, manganese, iron, nickel and boron elements can inhibit pathogens of the smut, so that fungal hyphae are inhibited and degraded, manganese elements can improve the resistance of potatoes to the late blight, manganese and boron elements can improve the disease resistance of beet to the blight and brown spot, and zinc, copper, manganese and other trace elements can improve the resistance of tomatoes to the late blight. When the copper and the zinc are insufficient, the incidence rate of the radish wilting disease is obviously improved. When plants are infected with virus diseases, the infected plants are easy to accumulate calcium oxalate in tip conduction tissues of the plants due to the deficiency of copper and zinc, the transportation of growth substances is influenced, and the calcium oxalate disappears by applying copper and zinc, so that the plants are recovered to be normal. Further, it has been found that when the plant nutrient compound component is preferably at least one of urea, zinc acetate, zinc sulfate, zinc oxide, copper acetate, copper sulfate, copper carbonate, ferrous sulfate, ferric citrate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, potassium nitrate, ammonium nitrate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, monopotassium phosphate, monoammonium phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, boric acid, manganese sulfate, and ammonium molybdate, the disease resistance of plants can be further improved, and the growth of plants can be promoted.
Specifically, the surfactant is preferably at least one of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside, and polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester.
The solvent is preferably at least one of N-ethylpyrrolidone, N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, isopropanol, isobutanol, and ethanol.
The filler is preferably at least one of water, kaolin, calcium carbonate, calcium bicarbonate, talc, white carbon, diatomaceous earth, kaolin, and loess. The preferred bulking agent can be selected and discussed to allow flexibility in formulating the industrial cannabis extract-containing composition into a suitable dosage form for practical manufacturing needs. The preferred formulation of the industrial hemp extract-containing composition is any one of a soluble solution, a wettable powder, a soluble powder, a dispersible granule and a granule. When the industrial hemp extract-containing composition is applied, the effective components in the industrial hemp extract-containing composition can be effectively and continuously released.
The components such as the solvent, the surfactant, the filler and the like further improve the dispersibility of each component in the composition containing the industrial hemp extract, and further ensure the stability of the pesticide effect of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract, the process flow of the method is shown in figure 1, and the method comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the components according to the formula of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract;
s2: adding organic acid and a surfactant into a solvent for dissolving to obtain a mixture I;
s3: adding the plant nutrient element compound into a filling agent to obtain a mixture II;
s4: and mixing the mixed solution I, the mixed solution II, the industrial hemp extract and the amino-oligosaccharin to obtain the composition containing the industrial hemp extract.
Specifically, in step S1 of the preparation method of the composition containing industrial hemp extract, the proportions and kinds of the organic acid, the plant nutrient compound, the solvent, the surfactant, the diluent, and other components are described in detail above, and are not repeated for brevity.
In the step S2 of the preparation method of the composition containing industrial hemp extract, the organic acid and the surfactant are added into the solvent for dissolution, and the dissolution of the organic acid and the surfactant can be accelerated by stirring to form a more uniform mixture I.
The above-mentioned preparation method of the composition containing industrial hemp extract, steps S3 and S4, can be performed with reference to the above-mentioned step S2, so that the components are uniformly dispersed.
The preparation method of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract adopts a grouping method to mix and prepare the components to obtain the composition product containing the industrial hemp extract, so that the components of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract are uniformly dispersed and have stable drug effect, and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, safety, environmental protection and suitability for industrial production.
Due to the excellent performance of the composition containing the industrial hemp extract, the composition containing the industrial hemp extract can be applied to the prevention and treatment of plant virus diseases.
The various embodiments of the present invention described above are illustrative of the different compositions, formulations, and performance of industrial cannabis extract-containing compositions.
