Abstract
The invention discloses a mosquito attractant composition, a preparation method and application thereof. The mosquito is trapped by simulating the metabolism of a human body and utilizing the synergistic relationship among the components; the composition also comprises calcium oxide and charcoal, the calcium oxide releases heat when meeting water, so that the composition has certain heat, and because mosquitoes are extremely sensitive to the heat, under the heat, amino acid, some odor substances and lactic acid better simulate sweat components of a human body, and the attraction effect on the mosquitoes is greatly enhanced; charcoal is a porous black substance, can attract mosquitoes by utilizing the black characteristic of the charcoal, and in addition, the porosity of the charcoal enables carbon dioxide generated by fermentation to be gathered around the composition through the pore channels to enhance the attraction to the mosquitoes, and the pore channels of the charcoal also facilitate the colonization of the active yeast powder; the active yeast powder makes other components in the composition slowly ferment to continuously generate carbon dioxide and flavor substances, and enhances the attraction effect on mosquitoes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily insecticidal products, and particularly relates to a mosquito attractant composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Mosquito (mosquito) belongs to the family of the diptera order, the class insecta, and is a tiny fly with piercing-sucking mouthparts. Common in the family of the mosquitoes are 3 genera of Anopheles (Anopheles), Culex (Culex) and Aedes (Aedes), the mosquitoes are full-metamorphosis insects, the life history is divided into 4 stages of eggs, larvae, pupae and adults, and the former 3 stages live in water. Female mosquitoes generally have to lay eggs after blood suction, lay eggs on water surfaces or wet surfaces close to water, and lay eggs several tens to hundreds at a time. For example, the anopheles sinensis lays eggs about 200 eggs each time, the eggs which are just laid are grey white but become black quickly, and the temperature (35 ℃) for hatching the aedes sinensis eggs needs 2-3 days in summer. The larvae, known as wigglers, live in water, breathe through the air holes, contact the water surface through the air holes, oil secreted around the air holes can prevent water from entering the air pipes, the larvae need to molt for 4 times, and then molt to form pupae, and the development time of the common mosquito larvae is about 7 days in summer. The pupae float under the water surface, extend out of the water surface through the breathing tube to be contacted with air, and are mostly still on the water surface except sinking to the bottom when being frightened, the pupae do not eat food, and the life is maintained by nutrient substances stored in a larval stage, wherein the pupal stage is generally 2-3 d. The time from egg development to mosquito formation depends on many factors such as temperature, food and environment, and under appropriate conditions, it takes about 9-15 days, and it can propagate 7-8 times a year.
Mosquito infests humans and livestock. Furthermore, mosquitoes are also vectors for malaria, viral encephalitis, dengue fever, filariasis, canine heartburn and west nile virus. The most widely applied prevention and treatment method at present is chemical prevention and treatment, which has quick response, economy and simplicity; at present, various mosquito repellent medicines are various, can be smeared on the skin, sprayed and burnt, and have the action mechanism of disturbing mosquito sensors so as to reduce the bite of mosquitoes. Some mosquito killing drugs sold in the market have certain toxic effect on human bodies although the effect is good, and if the mosquito killing drugs are not used properly and the residual toxicity of pesticides is difficult to remove in urban environment, the environment is easily polluted, and potential danger is formed on the safety and health of people. In addition, the chemical agent causes the extremely strong drug resistance of many mosquitoes, which becomes a prominent problem in the chemical control method.
Based on the above problems, some nonhazardous mosquito attractants have been studied to prevent and treat mosquitoes, but the existing published chemical attractant technology has the problems of weak pertinence to mosquitoes, limited attractant capability, complex preparation process and the like. Meanwhile, a plurality of physical mosquito trapping products such as an ultrasonic mosquito dispeller, a mosquito killer lamp and the like are available in the market, and the products have the advantages of environmental protection and sanitation, but also have the problems of single light trapping source, weak trapping force, low trapping efficiency and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a mosquito attractant composition, a preparation method and application thereof. Solves the problems of weak pertinence to mosquitoes, limited attraction capability, complex preparation process and the like in the existing published chemical attraction technology.
One object of the present invention is to provide a mosquito attractant composition.
A mosquito attractant composition comprises a component A, a component B and a component C,
the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 7 percent of vegetable protein powder, less than or equal to 7 percent of animal protein powder, less than or equal to 20 percent of powdered sugar, less than or equal to 3 percent of lactic acid, less than or equal to 5 percent of glycerol, less than or equal to 2 percent of vinasse and the balance of water;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: calcium oxide is less than or equal to 40 percent, and the balance is charcoal;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the active yeast powder is less than or equal to 70 percent, and the rest is proteolytic enzyme;
the mosquito attractant composition comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the component A is more than or equal to 60 percent and less than or equal to 70 percent, the component B is more than or equal to 15 percent and less than or equal to 20 percent, and the component C is more than or equal to 15 percent and less than or equal to 20 percent.
Further, in the component A, the vegetable protein powder is selected from one or more of soybean protein, wheat protein, pea protein and brown rice protein.
Further, in the component A, the animal protein powder is selected from one or more of fish meal, dried fish, blood meal, liver residue powder, silkworm chrysalis powder, feather meal and shrimp meal.
Further, in the component A, the powdered sugar is selected from one or more of glucose, sucrose, maltose, lactose, fructose, raffinose, erythrose and trehalose.
Further, in the component C, the active yeast powder is selected from one or two of beer yeast and baker's yeast.
Further, in component C, the proteolytic enzyme includes a plant proteolytic enzyme and an animal proteolytic enzyme.
Still further, the plant proteolytic enzyme is selected from one or more of soy bean proteolytic enzyme, wheat proteolytic enzyme and alkaline proteolytic enzyme.
Still further, the animal proteolytic enzyme is selected from one or more of trypsin, chymotrypsin, pepsin and staphylococcal protease.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the mosquito attractant composition.
A preparation method of a mosquito attractant composition comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing plant protein powder, animal protein powder, powdered sugar, lactic acid, glycerol, vinasse and water to obtain a component A, wherein the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 7 percent of vegetable protein powder, less than or equal to 7 percent of animal protein powder, less than or equal to 20 percent of powdered sugar, less than or equal to 3 percent of lactic acid, less than or equal to 5 percent of glycerol, less than or equal to 2 percent of vinasse and the balance of water;
s2, uniformly mixing calcium oxide and charcoal to obtain a component B, wherein the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: calcium oxide is less than or equal to 40 percent, and the balance is charcoal;
s3, uniformly mixing the active yeast powder and the proteolytic enzyme to obtain a component C, wherein the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the active yeast powder is less than or equal to 70 percent, and the rest is proteolytic enzyme;
s4, respectively sealing and packaging the component A, the component B and the component C to obtain the mosquito attractant composition, wherein the mosquito attractant composition comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the component A is more than or equal to 60 percent and less than or equal to 70 percent, the component B is more than or equal to 15 percent and less than or equal to 20 percent, and the component C is more than or equal to 15 percent and less than or equal to 20 percent.
A final object of the invention is to provide the use of a mosquito attractant composition.
The component A, the component B and the component C are uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is used for attracting mosquitoes.
Furthermore, the mixture can be used independently or used together with a suction type mosquito killer lamp, so that the effect of trapping mosquitoes is enhanced.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the mosquito attractant composition simulates the metabolism of a human body, fully considers the physiological habits of mosquitoes, and traps the mosquitoes by utilizing the synergistic relationship among the components. Specifically, the plant protein powder and the animal protein powder simulate the food intake of a human body, the protein powder is degraded into a peptide segment and amino acid by proteolytic enzyme, on one hand, the pH value in the composition is acidic by lactic acid, the protein powder is promoted to be degraded into the amino acid by the proteolytic enzyme, on the other hand, the lactic acid is a common attractant, and the mosquito attraction effect can be enhanced; because mosquitoes are sensitive to smell, the composition is added with vinasse and glycerin, the vinasse has vinasse smell, and contains a large amount of microorganisms, so that fragrant substances can be continuously generated, and meanwhile, the active yeast powder can further ferment the vinasse to generate carbon dioxide gas and other fragrant substances, so that the mosquito attraction effect is further enhanced; the glycerin has warm sweet taste, can attract mosquitoes and also plays a certain role in antisepsis in the composition; in order to better simulate the metabolism of a human body, the composition also comprises calcium oxide and charcoal, the calcium oxide releases heat when meeting water, so that the composition has certain heat, because mosquitoes are extremely sensitive to the heat, under the heat, amino acid, some odor substances and lactic acid better simulate sweat components of the human body, and the attraction effect on the mosquitoes is greatly enhanced; the charcoal is a porous black substance, can attract mosquitoes by utilizing the black characteristic of the charcoal, and in addition, the porosity of the charcoal enables carbon dioxide generated by fermentation to be gathered around the composition through the pore channels to enhance the attraction to the mosquitoes, and the pore channels of the charcoal also facilitate the colonization of the active yeast powder; the active yeast powder makes other components in the composition slowly ferment to continuously generate carbon dioxide and flavor substances, and enhances the attraction effect on mosquitoes.

The reagents and equipment used in the present invention are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
A mosquito attractant composition comprises a component A, a component B and a component C,
the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 1% of vegetable protein powder, 1% of animal protein powder, 20% of powdered sugar, 3% of lactic acid, 5% of glycerol, 2% of vinasse and the balance of water;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 40% of calcium oxide and 60% of charcoal;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 20% of active yeast powder and 80% of proteolytic enzyme;
the mosquito attractant composition comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the component A is 60%, the component B20% and the component C20%.
The preparation method of the mosquito attractant composition comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing plant protein powder, animal protein powder, sugar powder, lactic acid, glycerol, distiller' S grains and water uniformly to obtain component A;
s2, uniformly mixing calcium oxide and charcoal to obtain a component B;
s3, mixing the active yeast powder and the proteolytic enzyme uniformly to obtain a component C;
s4, respectively sealing and packaging the component A, the component B and the component C to obtain the mosquito attractant composition.
When the mosquito attractant composition is used, the component A, the component B and the component C in the mosquito attractant composition are uniformly mixed according to the mass percentage, and then the mosquito attractant composition is placed indoors or outdoors for attracting mosquitoes.
Example 2
A mosquito attractant composition comprises a component A, a component B and a component C,
the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 1% of vegetable protein powder, 1% of animal protein powder, 20% of powdered sugar, 0.5% of lactic acid, 1% of glycerol, 0.8% of vinasse and the balance of water;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 20% of calcium oxide and 80% of charcoal;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 60% of active yeast powder and 40% of proteolytic enzyme;
the mosquito attractant composition comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 70% of the component A, 15% of the component B and 15% of the component C.
The preparation method and the use method of the mosquito attractant composition are the same as those of the embodiment 1.
Example 3
A mosquito attractant composition comprises a component A, a component B and a component C,
the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 3% of vegetable protein powder, 3% of animal protein powder, 20% of powdered sugar, 1.5% of lactic acid, 2.5% of glycerol, 1% of vinasse and the balance of water;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 30% of calcium oxide and 70% of charcoal;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 40% of active yeast powder and 60% of proteolytic enzyme;
the mosquito attractant composition comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 65% of the component A, 17% of the component B and 18% of the component C.
The preparation method and the use method of the mosquito attractant composition are the same as those of the embodiment 1.
Example 4
A mosquito attractant composition comprises a component A, a component B and a component C,
the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 7% of vegetable protein powder, 7% of animal protein powder, 12% of powdered sugar, 3% of lactic acid, 5% of glycerol, 2% of vinasse and the balance of water;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 40% of calcium oxide and 60% of charcoal;

Comparative example 1
The mosquito attractant composition is substantially the same as example 3, except that component B does not contain calcium oxide and is all charcoal; the preparation method and the use method of the mosquito attractant composition are the same as those in the example 3.
Comparative example 2
The mosquito attractant composition is substantially the same as in example 3, except that component B does not contain wood charcoal, and is calcium oxide; the preparation method and the use method of the mosquito attractant composition are the same as those in the example 3.
Comparative example 3
The mosquito attractant composition was substantially the same as example 3, except that component B was not included; the preparation method and the using method of the mosquito attractant composition are the same as those of the embodiment 3.
Application test example 1
The mosquito attractant compositions prepared in the examples 1 to 9 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 are subjected to the effect test of mosquito trapping, and firstly, one mosquito attractant composition with the area of about 20m is selected2The house of (1) was set to a height of about 3m, the temperature in the house was kept at about 25 ℃ and the humidity was kept at about 75%, 100 female mosquitoes and 100 male mosquitoes which did not take blood were selected, the mosquitoes were put into the house, the house was closed by turning on weak light in the house, and after trapping for 10 hours, the number of mosquitoes trapped was recorded, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the results in table 1, the mosquito attractant compositions in the embodiments 1 to 9 have an attracting effect on mosquitoes that is significantly better than that of the comparative example, and the results show that the mosquito attractant compositions prepared in the embodiments have a better attracting effect on mosquitoes;
the difference between the comparative example 1 and the example 3 is that the component B contains no calcium oxide and is all charcoal, the quantity of the mosquitoes trapped by the comparative example 1 is greatly reduced, and the mosquito trapping effect of the example 3 is better, because the calcium oxide contained in the example 3 releases heat when meeting water, the composition has certain heat, because the mosquitoes are also extremely sensitive to the heat, and under the heat, the sweat components simulating human bodies, such as amino acid, some odor substances and lactic acid, are better, and the mosquito trapping effect is greatly enhanced;
the difference between the comparative example 2 and the example 3 is that the component B does not contain charcoal which is calcium oxide, the quantity of the mosquitoes trapped by the comparative example 2 is greatly reduced, while the mosquito trapping effect of the example 3 is better, because the charcoal is contained in the example 3, the charcoal is a porous black substance and can attract the mosquitoes by utilizing the black characteristic of the charcoal, in addition, the porosity of the charcoal enables carbon dioxide generated by fermentation to be gathered around the composition through the pore passages to enhance the attraction of the mosquitoes, and the pore passages of the charcoal are also convenient for the colonization of the activated yeast powder; the active yeast powder enables other components in the composition to slowly ferment to continuously generate carbon dioxide and flavor substances, so that the attraction effect on mosquitoes is enhanced;
comparative example 3 is different from example 3 in that component B is not contained, and the mosquito-attracting effect is extremely poor because comparative example 3 contains neither calcium oxide nor charcoal.
In conclusion, the mosquito attractant composition simulates the metabolism of a human body, fully considers the physiological habits of mosquitoes, and utilizes the synergistic relationship among the components to trap the mosquitoes.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: those skilled in the art can still make modifications or changes to the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments or make equivalent substitutions of some technical features within the technical scope of the present disclosure; such modifications, changes or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.

1. A mosquito attractant composition is characterized by comprising a component A, a component B and a component C,
the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 7 percent of vegetable protein powder, less than or equal to 7 percent of animal protein powder, less than or equal to 20 percent of powdered sugar, less than or equal to 3 percent of lactic acid, less than or equal to 5 percent of glycerol, less than or equal to 2 percent of vinasse and the balance of water;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: calcium oxide is less than or equal to 40 percent, and the balance is charcoal;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the active yeast powder is less than or equal to 70 percent, and the rest is proteolytic enzyme;
the mosquito attractant composition comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the component A is more than or equal to 60 percent and less than or equal to 70 percent, the component B is more than or equal to 15 percent and less than or equal to 20 percent, and the component C is more than or equal to 15 percent and less than or equal to 20 percent.
2. A mosquito attractant composition according to claim 1 wherein in component a, said vegetable protein powder is selected from one or more of soy protein, wheat protein, pea protein and brown rice protein.
3. A mosquito attractant composition according to claim 1 wherein in component a, said animal protein powder is selected from one or more of fish meal, dried fish, blood meal, liver meal, silkworm chrysalis meal, feather meal and shrimp meal.
4. A mosquito attractant composition according to claim 1 wherein in component a, said sugar powder is selected from one or more of glucose, sucrose, maltose, lactose, fructose, raffinose, erythrose, and trehalose.
5. A mosquito attractant composition according to claim 1 wherein in component C, said active yeast powder is selected from one or both of brewer's yeast and baker's yeast.
6. A mosquito attractant composition according to claim 1 wherein, in component C, said proteolytic enzymes comprise plant proteolytic enzymes and animal proteolytic enzymes.
7. A mosquito attractant composition according to claim 6 wherein said plant proteolytic enzyme is selected from one or more of soy proteolytic enzyme, wheat proteolytic enzyme and alkaline proteolytic enzyme.
8. A mosquito attractant composition according to claim 6 wherein said animal proteolytic enzyme is selected from one or more of trypsin, chymotrypsin, pepsin and staphylococcal protease.
9. The preparation method of the mosquito attractant composition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing plant protein powder, animal protein powder, powdered sugar, lactic acid, glycerol, vinasse and water to obtain a component A, wherein the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 7 percent of vegetable protein powder, less than or equal to 7 percent of animal protein powder, less than or equal to 20 percent of powdered sugar, less than or equal to 3 percent of lactic acid, less than or equal to 5 percent of glycerol, less than or equal to 2 percent of vinasse and the balance of water;
s2, uniformly mixing calcium oxide and charcoal to obtain a component B, wherein the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: calcium oxide is less than or equal to 40 percent, and the balance is charcoal;
s3, uniformly mixing the active yeast powder and the proteolytic enzyme to obtain a component C, wherein the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: the active yeast powder is less than or equal to 70 percent, and the rest is proteolytic enzyme;
