Abstract
The invention discloses an electric wire peeling device which comprises a base, wherein a first support and a second support are respectively fixed at two opposite ends of the base, a driving motor is fixed on the second support, a screw rod is coaxially connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, one end, far away from the driving motor, of the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the first support, a first limiting sleeve and a second limiting sleeve are respectively fixed at two opposite ends of the base, at least part of an electric wire penetrates through the first limiting sleeve, at least part of a wire core of the electric wire penetrates through the second limiting sleeve, a lead screw nut is sleeved on the screw rod and connected with a cutting sleeve mechanism through a support rod, and the cutting sleeve mechanism is sleeved on the electric wire, so that the cutting sleeve mechanism can move along the length direction of the electric wire and cut a rubber of the electric wire along the length direction. As shown in fig. 1-3: the invention provides an electric wire peeling device which comprises a base 1, wherein a first support 4 and a second support 5 are respectively fixed at two opposite ends of the base 1, a driving motor 6 is fixed on the second support 5, a wire lever 8 is coaxially connected on an output shaft of the driving motor 6, one end of the wire lever 8, which is far away from the driving motor 6, is rotatably arranged on the first support 4, a first limiting sleeve 10 and a second limiting sleeve 12 are respectively fixed at two opposite ends of the base 1, an electric wire 2 at least partially penetrates through the first limiting sleeve 10, a wire core 3 of the electric wire 2 at least partially penetrates through the second limiting sleeve 12, a lead screw nut 7 is sleeved on the wire lever 8, the lead screw nut 7 is connected with a cutting sleeve mechanism through a support rod 11, and the cutting sleeve mechanism is sleeved on the electric wire 2, so that the cutting sleeve mechanism can move along the length direction of the electric wire 2 and cut the rubber sheet of the electric wire 2 along the length direction thereof. In the actual operation process, the wire penetrates through the first limiting sleeve, the wire core penetrates through the second limiting sleeve, the driving motor is started to enable the driving motor to rotate forwards and backwards at intervals, the lead screw nut is enabled to reciprocate on the screw rod, the cutting sleeve mechanism is driven to reciprocate along the length direction of the wire through the lead screw nut, a certain section of the wire is subjected to reciprocating rubber cutting, then the wire core is pulled, the cut rubber is stripped under the blocking effect of the second limiting sleeve, and then the rubber of the next section of the wire is subjected to repeated cutting; the wire stripping device provided by the invention can effectively and repeatedly cut the rubber of the wire, ensures that the rubber can be effectively cut, and is convenient to strip.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate replacement of the cutting blade 17, the cutting sleeve mechanism includes a sleeve body 15 sleeved outside the electric wire 2, an end surface of the sleeve body 15 is recessed inward along an axial direction thereof to form a plurality of notches, a knife seat sleeve 16 is sleeved outside the sleeve body 15, the knife seat sleeve 16 is connected to the support rod 11, the cutting blade 17 is fixed to an inner wall of the knife seat sleeve 16, and the cutting blade 17 penetrates through the notches and extends into the sleeve body 15. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the efficiency and effect of peeling, a plurality of sets of the cutting blades 17 are disposed at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction of the sheath body 15.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a bearing 9 is fixed to the first support 4, so that the wire lever 8 can be rotated smoothly, and the wire lever 8 is at least partially rotatably engaged in the bearing 9.
