a first calling module 230, configured to call, by the payment terminal, a display application according to the first verification result to display the first verification result, and call, according to the second verification instruction, a biometric acquisition application to acquire second biometric data within a second preset time;
a fourth sending module 240, configured to send the second biometric data to the transaction server by the payment end.
Referring to fig. 6, there is shown a secure payment device provided in another embodiment of the present application, applied to transaction service verification, the device involving a transaction server, a payer, and a payee, the device including:
a fifth receiving module 310, configured to receive, by the payee, a first verification instruction sent by the transaction server, where the payee receives the first verification instruction sent by the transaction server; the first verification instruction is generated by the transaction server according to a transaction request, and the transaction request is sent to the transaction server by the payment terminal;
the second calling module 320 is used for calling the biological characteristic collection application by the receiving end according to the first verification instruction to collect first biological characteristic data within a first preset time;
a fifth sending module 330, configured to send the first biometric data to the transaction server by the payee.
Referring to fig. 7, a computer device of a secure payment method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following:
the computer device 12 described above is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device, and the components of the computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, audio Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as random access memory 30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (commonly referred to as "hard drives"). Although not shown in FIG. 7, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. The memory may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules 42, with the program modules 42 configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the application.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules 42, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the embodiments described herein.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, camera, etc.), with one or more devices that enable an operator to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through the I/O interface 22. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN)), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network (e.g., the Internet) via network adapter 20. As shown in FIG. 7, the network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of the computer device 12 via the bus 18. It should be appreciated that although not shown in FIG. 7, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units 16, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems 34, etc.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the system memory 28, for example, to implement a secure payment method provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a secure payment method as provided in all embodiments of the present application.
Any combination of one or more computer-readable media may be employed. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the operator's computer, partly on the operator's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the operator's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the operator's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider). The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
While preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications of these embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiment and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the true scope of the embodiments of the application.
Finally, it should also be noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or terminal that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or terminal. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or terminal that comprises the element.
The secure payment method and apparatus provided by the present application are introduced in detail, and a specific example is applied in the detailed description to explain the principle and the implementation of the present application, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understand the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A secure payment method is applied to transaction service verification, and relates to a transaction service end, a payment end and a collection end, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when a transaction request sent by the payment terminal is received, the transaction server searches the payment terminal in a pre-stored transaction list according to the transaction request, wherein the transaction request comprises payment account information, collection account information and transaction amount information;
the transaction server side sends a first verification instruction to the collection side, and the collection side collects first biological characteristic verification data in real time within a first preset time according to the first verification instruction;
the transaction server receives the first biological characteristic verification data, verifies the first biological characteristic verification data according to the collection account information and generates a first verification result;
the transaction server sends the first verification result and a second verification instruction to the payment terminal, and the payment terminal acquires second biological characteristic verification data in real time within second preset time according to the second verification instruction;
the transaction server receives the second biological characteristic verification data, verifies the second biological characteristic verification data according to the payment account information and generates a second verification result;
when the second verification result is successful verification, transferring the transaction fund of the payment account to the collection account according to the transaction amount information, and ending the transaction; and when the second verification result is verification failure, ending the transaction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first verification result comprises a verification success and a verification failure; when the second verification result is successful verification, transferring the transaction fund of the payment account to the collection account according to the transaction amount information, and ending the transaction, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
when the first verification result is failure and the second verification result is successful, establishing a safe and trusted account according to the payment account information and the collection account information, wherein the safe and trusted account is used for freezing the transaction funds;
transferring the transaction funds of the payment account to the secure trusted account according to the transaction amount information;
and repeatedly sending a first verification instruction to the collection end until the first verification result is successful, transferring the transaction fund from the safe and credible account to the collection account, and ending the transaction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first verification result comprises a verification success and a verification failure, and when the second verification result is the verification success, the step of transferring the transaction funds of the payment account to the collection account according to the transaction amount information and ending the transaction comprises:
determining a risk value of the collection account according to the collection account information;
when the risk value is larger than a preset risk threshold value, establishing a safe and credible account according to the payment account information and the collection account information, wherein the safe and credible account is used for freezing the transaction fund;
transferring the transaction funds of the payment account to the secure trusted account according to the transaction amount information;
and repeatedly sending a first verification instruction to the collection end until the first verification result is successful, transferring the transaction fund from the safe and credible account to the collection account, and ending the transaction.
4. A secure payment method is applied to transaction service verification, and relates to a transaction service end, a payment end and a collection end, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the payment end sends a transaction request to the transaction server end, wherein the transaction request comprises payment account information, collection account information and transaction amount information; the transaction server is used for sending a first verification instruction to the collection end according to the transaction request, receiving first biological characteristic verification data collected by the collection end in real time within a preset first preset time according to the first verification instruction, and generating a first verification result according to the first biological characteristic verification data;
the payment end receives a first verification result and a second verification instruction sent by the transaction server end;
the payment terminal calls a display application according to the first verification result to display the first verification result, and calls a biological characteristic acquisition application according to the second verification instruction to acquire second biological characteristic data within second preset time;
and the payment terminal sends the second biological characteristic data to the transaction server terminal.
5. A secure payment method is applied to transaction service verification, and relates to a transaction service end, a payment end and a collection end, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the receiving end receives a first verification instruction sent by the transaction server end; the first verification instruction is generated by the transaction server according to a transaction request, and the transaction request is sent to the transaction server by the payment terminal.
The collection end calls a biological characteristic collection application to collect first biological characteristic data within first preset time according to the first verification instruction;
and the collection end sends the first biological characteristic data to the transaction server.
6. A secure payment device, applied to transaction service verification, the device involving a transaction server, a payer and a payee, the device comprising:
the first receiving module is used for searching the payment terminal in a pre-stored transaction list by the transaction server according to the transaction request when the transaction request sent by the payment terminal is received, wherein the transaction request comprises payment account information, collection account information and transaction amount information;
the first sending module is used for sending a first verification instruction to the receiving end by the transaction server end, and the receiving end collects first biological characteristic verification data in real time within a first preset time according to the first verification instruction;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the first biological characteristic verification data by the transaction server, verifying the first biological characteristic verification data according to the collection account information and generating a first verification result;
and the second sending module is used for sending the first verification result and a second verification instruction to the payment end by the transaction server end, and the payment end acquires second biological characteristic verification data in real time within a second preset time according to the second verification instruction.
The third receiving module is used for receiving the second biological characteristic verification data by the transaction server, verifying the second biological characteristic verification data according to the payment account information and generating a second verification result;
when the second verification result is successful verification, transferring the transaction fund of the payment account to the collection account according to the transaction amount information, and ending the transaction; and when the second verification result is verification failure, ending the transaction.
7. A secure payment device, applied to transaction service verification, the device involving a transaction server, a payer and a payee, the device comprising:
the third sending module is used for sending a transaction request to the transaction server by the payment terminal, wherein the transaction request comprises payment account information, collection account information and transaction amount information; the transaction server is used for sending a first verification instruction to the collection end according to the transaction request, receiving first biological characteristic verification data collected by the collection end in real time within a preset first preset time according to the first verification instruction, and generating a first verification result according to the first biological characteristic verification data;
the fourth receiving module is used for receiving the first verification result and the second verification instruction sent by the transaction server by the payment terminal;
the first calling module is used for calling a display application by the payment terminal according to the first verification result so as to display the first verification result, and calling a biological characteristic acquisition application to acquire second biological characteristic data within second preset time according to the second verification instruction;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending the second biological characteristic data to the transaction server by the payment terminal.
8. A secure payment device, applied to transaction service verification, the device involving a transaction server, a payer and a payee, the device comprising:
the fifth receiving module is used for receiving the first verification instruction sent by the transaction server by the payee, and receiving the first verification instruction sent by the transaction server by the payee; the first verification instruction is generated by the transaction server according to a transaction request, and the transaction request is sent to the transaction server by the payment terminal;
the second calling module is used for calling the biological characteristic acquisition application by the collection end according to the first verification instruction to acquire first biological characteristic data within first preset time;
and the fifth sending module is used for sending the first biological characteristic data to the transaction server by the cash register.
9. An apparatus comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
