and 8: and cooling and solidifying the glue layer.
And step 9: the performance of the rubber-insulated-wire lamp string 3 is detected.
Further description of step 1: the rubber-covered wire 300 is guided to the disc clamping and conveying mechanism 1 by the wire guiding mechanism 2, the pressing piece 400 presses the rear end of the movable clamping plate 1011 of the wire clamping device 101 downwards, the wire clamping device 101 is opened, when the rubber-covered wire 300 is close to the wire clamping device 101, the pressing piece 400 moves upwards again, the spring 1012 resets the movable clamping plate 1011, the wire clamping device 101 clamps the rubber-covered wire 300, then the disc driving device drives the disc 100 to rotate together with the wire clamping device 101 on the disc, the wire clamping device 101 also plays a role in traction on the rubber-covered wire 300 when moving, and the rubber-covered wire 300 is clamped by the wire clamping device 1011 section by section, so that the wire inlet action is completed;

the disc clamping and conveying mechanism is used for clamping the rubber-covered wire (300) and intermittently conveying the rubber-covered wire (300) in a circumferential path;
the wire guiding mechanism (2) is used for guiding the rubber-covered wire (300) to enter the disc clamping and conveying mechanism (1);
the cutting mechanism (11) is used for cutting the leather threads (300);
the peeling mechanism (5) is used for pressing down the cut covered wire (300) to expose the copper wire (301) in the covered wire (300);
the chip welding module is used for welding a chip (302) on a copper wire (301);
the glue injection mechanism (9) is used for injecting glue to the copper wires (301), so that the chips (302) can be packaged.

The full-automatic disc type rubber-insulated-wire lamp string production device according to claim 1, wherein the chip welding module comprises a tinning mechanism (6), an automatic chip mounting mechanism (7) and a welding mechanism (8) which are sequentially arranged, the tinning mechanism (6) is used for coating tin paste on the bare copper wire (301) and comprises a tin storage container (600), a tin fishing component and a tin dipping component, the tin storage container (600) is used for storing the tin paste, the tin fishing component is used for fishing the tin paste in the tin storage container (600), and the tin dipping component is used for dipping the tin paste fished by the tin fishing component and coating the dipped tin paste on the copper wire (301); the automatic chip mounting mechanism (7) is used for grabbing the chips (302) onto the copper wires (301) one by one; the welding mechanism (8) is used for rapidly heating the solder paste, so that the chip (302) is welded on the copper wire (301) after the solder paste is solidified.

9. The full-automatic disc type rubber-insulated-wire lamp string production device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by further comprising a curing mechanism (10), wherein the curing mechanism (10) is used for curing the glue injection on the copper wires (301).

step 1: clamping the rubber-covered wire (300) on a disc clamping and conveying mechanism (1) and conveying the rubber-covered wire through the disc clamping and conveying mechanism (1);
step 2: cutting the covered wire (300);
and step 3: peeling off the covered wire (300) to expose the copper wire (301) in the covered wire (300);
and 4, step 4: coating solder paste on the copper wire (301);
and 5: mounting the chip (302) to a solder paste;
step 6: heating the solder paste to enable the chip (302) to be soldered on the copper wire (301);
and 7: dispensing the chip (302) and the copper wire (301) to package the chip (302);
and 8: and cooling and solidifying the glue layer.
