图4示出了本发明的轴承单元的替代示例性实施方式,其中,弹簧单元12a和外圈10a之间的卡扣连接由多个卡扣凸耳(snap lugs)28a、30a、32a、34a与外圈的槽36a形成。卡扣凸耳是弹簧单元的承载金属板24a的一部分。此外,卡扣凸耳在外圈的周向方向上彼此均匀地间隔开。卡扣凸耳被构造为呈钩形并且接合到槽36a中。为了释放(/松开)弹簧单元与外圈之间的卡扣连接,将多个卡扣凸耳或所有卡扣凸耳在径向上向外推压,使得承载金属板的至少大部分可以远离外圈移动,并且最终可以从外圈完全释放。
承载金属板可以由已经附接了用于形成卡扣凸耳的突片的平滑波形弹簧形成。原则上,还可以想到的是,在多级波形弹簧的制造中,最低卷线被实施为平坦的,以提供承载金属板。
Claims (10)
1.一种轴承单元,所述轴承单元包括至少一个外圈(10)和至少一个弹簧单元(12),所述至少一个弹簧单元(12)相对于所述外圈的轴向方向(14)至少部分地与所述外圈相邻布置,其特征在于,所述弹簧单元卡到所述外圈的径向外置区域(16)上,并且包括至少一个波形弹簧(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承单元,其特征在于,所述弹簧单元没有布置于在径向上位于所述轴承单元的内圈与所述外圈之间的空间区域(20)中的区域。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承单元,其特征在于,在所述轴承单元的沿所述轴承单元朝向所述弹簧单元的轴向方向(14)的视图中,所述弹簧单元覆盖中间空间(22)的至多70%,所述中间空间(22)在所述轴承单元的位于所述轴承单元的外圈与内圈之间的端侧。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承单元,其特征在于,所述弹簧单元包括至少一个承载元件和/或承载金属板(24),所述至少一个承载元件和/或承载金属板(24)包括至少一个卡扣连接元件(26),并且所述弹簧单元的至少一个波形弹簧附接到所述至少一个承载元件和/或承载金属板(24)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承单元,其特征在于,所述波形弹簧被构造为多级。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承单元,其特征在于,存在于所述外圈与所述弹簧单元之间的卡扣连接相对于所述外圈的圆周完全地形成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承单元,其特征在于,存在于所述外圈与所述弹簧单元之间的卡扣连接包括在周向上间隔开的多个卡扣凸耳(28a、30a、32a;34a),所述多个卡扣凸耳(28a、30a、32a;34a)卡到所述外圈的槽(36a)中。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承单元,其特征在于,所述弹簧单元的波形弹簧焊接到所述弹簧单元的承载金属板。
9.一种装置,所述装置包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承单元,并且包括电动马达的转子或发电机的转子,其中,所述轴承单元至少参与所述转子的支撑。
10.一种用于制造轴承单元的方法,所述轴承单元特别是根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的轴承单元,其中,弹簧单元卡到所述轴承单元的轴承的外圈上。
