The method is characterized in that: the guardrails on two sides of the road are used as traffic road condition information transmission and traffic flow control carriers during the running of vehicles; the intelligent sensing capability of the road guardrail on traffic conditions such as congestion, weather and accidents is integrated by adopting a solar power supply and a variable LED energy-saving lamp on the inner side of the guardrail facing the traffic lane and combining a velocimeter and anemometer monitoring equipment; big data analysis is given, and a highway traffic prediction and early warning mechanism is provided according to the place, time, weather and road conditions; through the change of the LED lamps, the driving safety early warning and traffic flow guidance information is issued to rear vehicles in advance; when the vehicle collides with the guardrail, the vehicle can be automatically positioned and remotely alarmed, and the vehicle behind the vehicle is reminded to decelerate. By adopting the intelligent guardrail system, humanized guidance for drivers can be realized, and traffic accidents and congestion events are reduced.

The highway access control has no pedestrians and non-motor vehicles, so that the speed of vehicles on the highway is high, the reaction distance of accidents is long, rear-end collisions, hurdle collisions and other accidents are easy to happen, the vehicles are backed and reversed on the highway and are buckled for 12 minutes, corresponding fines are paid, but many drivers miss the highway exit for some reason and have to wait for the next exit, and therefore manpower and material resources are wasted. Therefore, it is especially important to provide humanized guidance for drivers on the expressway.
The highway traffic guidance facilities mainly comprise signs, marked lines, delineators, raised road signs, flashing lamps, fog lamps, warning lamps, electronic variable information boards and the like. Non-intelligent induction facilities such as a road surface retro-reflection traffic sign, a raised road sign, a contour sign and the like adopt a retro-reflection material as an information (signal) issuing medium, and although the non-intelligent induction facilities have the advantages of low manufacturing cost, no need of a power supply and the like, vehicles need to have better lighting illumination, and good weather conditions can generate better induction effects. Therefore, an intelligent guidance system applied to the expressway is urgently needed to realize humanized guidance of drivers, so that traffic accidents and congestion events are reduced.

Aiming at the situation, the invention provides the intelligent guardrail system for the expressway by utilizing the technologies such as the modern sensor technology, the communication technology, the internet technology, the big data technology, the artificial intelligence and the like. Preferably, the intelligent guidance display responds and issues various traffic information states by integrating low-cost LED lamps on the guard rail, and gives traffic guidance information instantly and dynamically.
Preferably, the photovoltaic power generation system is combined with a green and environment-friendly thin-film solar power generation technology, and the sustainable green energy is adopted to solve the power supply problem of the intelligent traffic guidance guardrail of the highway.
Preferably, the environment perception, the traffic situation perception and the accident perception are used for acquiring the driving environment (weather, humidity, wind speed, wind direction and rainfall) of the expressway, the driving state of the vehicle, the road traffic state and the like, and transmitting data to the background service center for analysis and processing. The intelligent guardrail is used as a releasing carrier of highway traffic guidance information.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Timely and dynamically providing traffic guidance information can improve the level of traffic flow intelligent guidance information and reduce traffic accidents and congestion.
2. Through the change of the LED lamps, the traffic safety early warning and traffic flow guidance information is issued to the rear vehicles in advance. When the vehicle collides with the guardrail, the vehicle can be automatically positioned and remotely alarmed, and the vehicle behind is reminded to decelerate; therefore, the safety distance can be effectively controlled, and the driving safety factor of the highway is improved.

The background service center utilizes modern scientific technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence to store and analyze data, and effective guarantee is provided for the control of the control center and the induced display of the intelligent guardrail.

The accident perception alarm is that when a vehicle collides with the guardrail, the vehicle can be automatically positioned and remotely alarmed, and the vehicle behind is reminded to decelerate.
