the rubberizing assembly is arranged in the U-shaped mounting frame (3), the rubberizing assembly comprises a mounting platform (4), two rectangular limiting plates (401) are fixedly connected to the bottom end of the mounting platform (4), two rectangular mounting plates (402) are arranged between the rectangular limiting plates (401), one of the rectangular mounting plates (402) is provided with a mounting knife rest (403), the bottom end of the mounting knife rest (403) is fixedly connected with a cutting knife (404), the other rectangular mounting plate (402) is provided with a trowelling round roller (407), and the top end of the mounting platform (4) is provided with an adhesive tape mounting roller (409);
the carton conveying assembly is arranged at the bottom of the mounting frame (1), the carton conveying assembly comprises a mounting base (5), four supporting rods (501) are arranged in the mounting base (5), sliding cylinders (502) are connected between two supporting rods (501) in a sliding mode, a bidirectional threaded rod (503) is connected between the other two supporting rods (501) in a threaded mode, two mounting rods (505) are arranged at the top end of the mounting base (5), and conveying belts (506) are arranged on opposite faces of the two mounting rods (505);
an adhesive tape reserved groove (405) is formed in one side of the rectangular mounting plate (402), limit baffles (406) are fixedly connected to two sides of the groove wall of the adhesive tape reserved groove (405), rotary cylinders (411) are fixedly connected to the top ends of the two rectangular mounting plates (402), and two ends of the two rotary cylinders (411) are respectively connected with the two rectangular limit plates (401) in a rotary mode; one end of one rotating cylinder (411) penetrates through the rectangular limiting plate (401) and extends outwards, the extending end of the rotating cylinder (411) is fixedly connected with a first gear (412), one side of the first gear (412) is meshed with a second gear (413), the front face of the second gear (413) is fixedly connected with a first driving wheel, the outer wall of the first driving wheel is clamped with a driving belt (414), one side, far away from the first driving wheel, of the inner wall of the driving belt (414) is clamped with a second driving wheel, and the back face of the second driving wheel is fixedly connected with one end of the other rotating cylinder (411);
two side limiting plates (415) are fixedly connected to one side, far away from the rectangular limiting plate (401), of the bottom end of the mounting platform (4), and an arc limiting plate (416) fixedly connected with the bottom end of the mounting platform (4) is arranged between the two side limiting plates (415); a C-shaped connecting plate (417) is fixedly connected to one side of the top end of the mounting platform (4), rotating columns are rotatably connected to two sides of the groove wall of the groove of the C-shaped connecting plate (417), a C-shaped limiting plate (418) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of each rotating column, one end of each rotating column penetrates through the C-shaped connecting plate (417) and extends outwards, and a bidirectional rotating motor (419) is fixedly connected to the extending end of each rotating column; rectangular mounting holes are formed in the top end of the mounting platform (4), rectangular connecting plates (408) are fixedly connected to two sides of the groove wall of each rectangular mounting hole, the tops of the two rectangular connecting plates (408) are rotationally connected with two ends of an adhesive tape mounting roller (409), limiting round rollers (410) are rotationally connected to the bottoms of the two rectangular connecting plates (408), a connecting threaded rod (420) is rotationally connected to one side of the top end of the mounting platform (4), and the outer wall of the connecting threaded rod (420) is in threaded connection with the top end of the mounting frame (1);
the equipment comprises the following steps of;
step one:
firstly, rotating the connecting disc (504), stopping rotating the connecting disc (504) when the distance between the two mounting rods (505) is the same as the width of the paper box, then rotating the rotating disc of the threaded rod (420), and stopping rotating the rotating disc of the threaded rod (420) when the distance from the bottom end of the trowelling round roller (407) to the top end of the mounting frame (1) is consistent with the height of the side edge of the paper box;
step two:
placing the adhesive tape on the outer wall of an adhesive tape mounting roller (409), penetrating one end of the adhesive tape through a mounting groove, attaching one side without the adhesive tape to a limiting round roller (410), placing the adhesive tape in an adhesive tape reserved groove (405), penetrating the adhesive tape reserved groove (405) and placing the adhesive tape on the outer wall of a trowelling round roller (407);
step three:
after the paper box is conveyed, the front cover at the top end of the paper box is firstly closed by the arc-shaped limiting plate (416), then a rotating column fixedly connected with the output end of the bidirectional rotating motor (419) is rotated under the action of the bidirectional rotating motor (419), so that a C-shaped limiting plate (418) fixedly connected with the outer wall of the rotating column is driven to rotate around the rotating column, the rear cover of the paper box is closed, and then two side covers of the paper box are closed under the resistance of the two side limiting plates (415);

under the continuous conveying of the conveyor belt (506), the paper box is firstly contacted with the adhesive tape on the outer wall of the trowelling round roller (407), the adhesive tape is adhered to the lower part of the paper box, and when the trowelling round roller (407) falls off from the paper box, the trowelling round roller (407) is restored to the initial state due to gravity, so that the cutting tool (404) is driven to move downwards, and the cutting tool (404) cuts the adhesive tape, so that the sealing of the paper box is completed.
