Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a brake hard tube limiting device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the brake hard tube limiting device includes a fixing seat 10 and a limiting structure 20;
the limiting structure 20 includes a connecting portion 21, and a first extending portion 22 extending from the connecting portion 21, where the connecting portion 21 is disposed on the fixing base 10;
the fixing base 10 is used for fixing the limiting structure 20 at a target position, and the first extension portion 22 is used for fixing the brake hard tube 50 at the target position.
In addition to the brake pipe stopper, fig. 1 shows a frame 30, a connector 40 connected to the frame 30, a brake pipe 50 connected to the frame 30, and a nut fitting 60 for connecting the brake pipe 50 and the connector 40.
Because there is a certain friction between the nut joint 60 and the flared end of the brake hard tube 50, during the assembly process of the brake hard tube 50, that is, when the nut joint 60 is turned to complete the fixed connection between the connector 40 and the brake hard tube 50, the brake hard tube 50 is deflected by a certain extent by the action of the nut joint 60, and when the nut joint 60 reaches the required fastening torque, the brake hard tube 50 and the connector 40 complete the fixed connection, but the brake hard tube 50 still maintains a certain elastic deformation (that is, the brake hard tube 50 has a reset tendency) due to the deflection, and after a period of use, the reset tendency of the brake hard tube 50 itself can cause the nut joint 60 to untwist, which leads to a larger leakage risk at the connection between the brake hard tube 50 and the connector 40.
Based on this, the present application provides a stopper for brake pipe as shown in fig. 1, which can limit the brake pipe 50 during the fastening process of the nut fitting 60, so as to reduce the probability of the nut fitting 60 being back-twisted due to the restoring action of the brake pipe 50, and reduce the risk of leakage at the junction between the brake pipe 50 and the connector 40.
As shown in fig. 1, the brake pipe 50 is an integrally formed bent pipe, and the brake pipe 50 needs to be aligned with the connector 40 before the brake pipe 50 and the connector 40 are fastened by the nut fitting 60; fixing the fixing seat 10 on the frame 30, and making the fixing seat 10 be close to the bending part of the brake hard tube 50; after the first extension 22 is then used to fix the bent portion of the brake pipe 50, the fixing between the brake pipe 50 and the connector 40 is completed by the nut fitting 60. During the tightening of the nut fitting 60, since the bent portion of the brake hard tube 50 is fixed by the first extension 22, the brake hard tube 50 will not deflect due to the nut fitting 60, which prevents the nut fitting 60 from untwisting due to the reset tendency of the brake hard tube 50 itself during the subsequent application, and thus the leakage risk at the connection between the brake hard tube 50 and the connector 40 can be reduced.
The target position is used to indicate the position adjacent to the mounting position of the brake hard tube 50 on the vehicle body/frame 30, and the position adjacent to the bent portion of the brake hard tube 50. As shown in fig. 1, the target position is a position where the fixing base 10 is fixed on the frame 30.
Preferably, the fixing base 10 is a switch-type magnetic base.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a switch magnetic base provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the switch magnetic base includes a housing 11, a soft magnetic body 12, a magnetism isolating plate 13, a permanent magnetic column 14, and a switch control member 15 for controlling the permanent magnetic column 14 to rotate.
The magnetic isolation plate 13 is located in the shell 11, two soft magnets 12 are symmetrically distributed in the shell 11 along the plane where the magnetic isolation plate 13 is located, one ends of the two soft magnets 12 penetrate out of the shell 11, the two soft magnets 12 and the magnetic isolation plate 13 enclose an annular cavity together, the permanent magnet column 14 is rotationally connected in the annular cavity, the permanent magnet column 14 rotates around the axis of the annular cavity, two magnetic poles of the permanent magnet column 14 are respectively located at different ends of the permanent magnet column 14, the axis of the annular cavity is perpendicular to the axis of the permanent magnet column 14, and the switch control member 15 is connected on the shell 11.
In the use process of the switch magnetic base, if the switch control member 15 is in an on state, at this time, the axis of the permanent magnet column 14 is perpendicular to the plane where the magnetic isolation plate 13 is located, and the flow direction of the magnetic force lines bypasses the magnetic isolation plate 13, so that one end of the two soft magnets 12 penetrating out of the shell 11 has stronger magnetic force, and therefore the switch magnetic base can be firmly adsorbed on the target position; if the switch control member 15 is in the off state, the axis of the permanent magnet column 14 is parallel to the plane of the magnetic isolation plate 13, and the flow direction of the magnetic force lines is blocked by the magnetic isolation plate 13, so that the two soft magnets have only very weak magnetic force (compared with the on state) at the end penetrating out of the housing 11, and the switch magnetic base can be removed from the target position.
The soft magnetic body 12 is typically made of low carbon steel, and the magnetic shield 13 is typically made of copper.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the fixing base 10 may also be other types of magnetic bases, such as a magnetic base with an adjustable magnetic force.
Optionally, the connecting portion 21 is disposed around a side surface of the fixing base 10, and a bottom surface of the fixing base 10 is configured to be disposed at the target position.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, since the fixing base 10 is preferably configured as a switch-type magnetic base, the connection part 21 is disposed around the side of the fixing base 10, so that the interference of the fixing base 10 during the installation and removal process can be reduced, which can facilitate the use of the fixing base 10 to a certain extent.
Optionally, the limiting structure 20 further includes a fixing member 23, and the fixing member 23 passes through two opposite sides of the connecting portion 21 to fix the connecting portion 21 on the fixing base 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fixing member 23 and the connecting portion 21 surrounding the side surface of the fixing base 10 are utilized to detachably connect the limiting structure 20 to the fixing base 10, which can reduce maintenance cost of the brake hard tube limiting device to a certain extent, for example, if the old limiting structure 20 is damaged in function in the case of complete functions of the fixing base 10, maintenance can be completed only by replacing the new limiting structure 20, and meanwhile, the brake hard tube limiting device has certain applicability, for example, by providing different specifications of limiting structures 20, the limiting and fixing requirements of the brake hard tube 50 with different specifications are adapted.
Optionally, the connecting portion 21 includes a surrounding portion 211 and two second extending portions 212, the surrounding portion 211 is disposed around a side surface of the fixing base 10, the two second extending portions 212 are disposed opposite to each other and located on the same surface of the fixing base 10, and the fixing member 23 passes through the two second extending portions 212 to fix the connecting portion 21 on the fixing base 10.
The two second extending portions 212 and the fixing member 23 are matched to complete the fixing connection of the surrounding portion 211 on the fixing base 10, so that the limiting mechanism has high structural stability, and the first extending portion 22 can provide a good fixing effect for the brake hard tube 50.
Preferably, the fixing member 23 is a bolt.
In practical application, the bolts are cheap and easy to obtain and have good fastening effect, so that the bolts are used as the fixing pieces 23, so that the manufacturing cost of the brake hard tube limiting device is reduced, and the limiting structure 20 can be firmly connected to the fixing base 10.
Optionally, the first extension 22 is a planar structure, and the planar structure is parallel to the bottom surface of the fixing base 10.
Because the first extension portion 22 has a planar structure, it has a larger action area in the application process, as shown in fig. 1, after the fixing seat 10 is fixed at the target position, the first extension portion 22 can fix the two brake hard tubes 50 at the same time, which is convenient for the use of the brake hard tube limiting device to a certain extent; because the first extension 22 is parallel to the bottom surface of the fixing base 10, the first extension 22 provides a better fixing effect for braking, for example, compared with a case that an included angle exists between the plane of the first extension 22 and the bottom surface of the fixing base 10.
Optionally, the distance between the planar structure and the bottom surface of the fixing base 10 is adjustable.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, since the planar structure is parallel to the bottom surface of the fixing base 10, after the bottom surface of the fixing base 10 is fixed at the target position, the planar structure is parallel to the surface where the target position is located; because the connecting portion 21 is disposed around the side surface of the fixing base 10, and the connecting portion 21 is fixed on the side surface of the fixing base 10 by the fixing member 23 (i.e. the bolt), when the fixing member 23 is unlocked, the connecting portion 21 can slide on the side surface of the fixing base 10, the sliding direction of the connecting portion 21 is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the fixing base 10, and along with the sliding of the connecting portion 21, the distance between the planar structure and the surface where the target position is located (i.e. the bottom surface of the fixing base 10) will also change correspondingly.
Based on the above arrangement, when the brake hard tube 50 is faced with different situations, the connecting portion 21 slides on the side surface of the fixing base 10 by releasing the locking effect of the fixing member 23, thereby completing the adjustment of the distance between the first extending portion 22 and the brake hard tube 50, which further enhances the applicability of the brake hard tube limiting device.
Optionally, the connecting portion 21 and the first extending portion 22 are integrally formed.
The connecting portion 21 and the first extending portion 22 are integrally formed, so that the limiting mechanism has high structural strength.
Optionally, the first extension 22 is provided with a reinforcing rib 24.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the provision of the reinforcing ribs 24 improves the structural stability of the first extension 22, so that the first extension 22 can provide a better fixing effect on the brake pipe 50.
According to the brake hard tube limiting device, through the mutual matching of the fixing seat 10 and the limiting structure 20, the brake hard tube 50 can be prevented from being disturbed by the nut joint 60 and other components in the assembly process, and the leakage risk of the joint between the brake hard tube 50 and other components is reduced.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiments of the present application, it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those embodiments may occur to one skilled in the art and that such modifications and adaptations are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present application without departing from the principles set forth herein.
