メントの緊結部へのブラケットの取り付けにより強固な
支持状態が得られ、アンカーなどのセグメントへの打設
などを必要としないので、本設構造物に損傷を与えない
でセグメントからなるトンネルの内側において配管類を
支持することが可能となる。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、このよ
うな仮設用吊り金具では、セグメントの緊結部へのブラ
ケットの取り付け作業において、緊結部材たるボルト及
びナットを何度も弛めたり締結したりする必要があるの
で、多大な労力及び時間がかかってしまう。 【0004】また、セグメントの緊結部へのブラケット
の取り付け作業において、ボルト及びナットを取り外し
又は弛め、再度ブラケットを含めてこれを締結し直す必
要があるので、一時的とはいえ、本設構造物たるトンネ
ルの構造上必要な部材が効かない状況が生じてしまう。 【0005】そこで、本発明の課題は、トンネル坑内の
仮設工事におけるコスト低減効果及び安全性の向上効果
が得られるように、セグメントの緊結部への取り付けが
極めて少ない労力で短時間にでき、しかも、本設構造物
への構造上の影響が生じないような仮設用吊り金具を提
供することにある。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】すなわち、本発明に係る
仮設用吊り金具は、緊結部材によって緊結されたセグメ
ントの緊結部に取り付けられ、該セグメントからなるト
ンネルの内側において配管、ケーブルその他の仮設備を
支持するものである。 【0007】これは、取付部材と、支持部材と、締付部
材とを含むものとして構成されている。 【0008】ここで、取付部材は、トンネルの内側方向
に配される部分が互いに当接することにより該当接部分
周りにおける該トンネルの外側方向に配される部分の開
閉が可能である一対の腕部、及び該一対の腕部の該トン
ネルの外側方向に配される部分によって支持され、緊結
部材を妨げないような緊結部の把持が可能である一対の

対の腕部及び一対の把持部からなる取付部材並びに把持
部に緊結部を把持させる締付部材を含むものとして構成
されているので、セグメントの緊結部への取り付けが極
めて少ない労力で短時間にでき、しかも、本設構造物へ
の構造上の影響が生じない。 【0012】したがって、これによれば、トンネル坑内
の仮設工事におけるコスト低減効果及び安全性の向上効
果が得られることが可能となる。 【0013】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、添付図面に基づいて本発明
の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。 【0014】なお、ここでは、シールドに連続する送排
泥ラインたる配管及びシールドへの電力供給路としての
ケーブル等の線状の仮設備を支持する場合について説明
するが、これに限られるものではなく、配管やケーブル
以外の仮設備(例えば消化器や工具類など)を支持する
場合でも、以下の説明が妥当する。 【0015】図1は本発明の一実施の形態に係る仮設用
吊り金具の全体構成を示す斜視図、図2は該仮設用吊り
金具の部分構成を示す平断面図を示している。 【0016】本実施の形態において、仮設用吊り金具
は、これらの図に示すように、緊結部材たるボルトB及
びナットNによって緊結されたセグメントSの緊結部K
に取り付けられるものであり、セグメントSからなるト
ンネルTの内側において仮設備としての配管H及びケー
ブルCを支持する役割を果たすものである。 【0017】具体的には、この仮設用吊り金具は、これ
らの図に示すように、取付部材1と、支持部材2と、締
付部材3とを含むものとして構成されている。 【0018】以下、これらの各構成要素についてさらに

互いに当接した場合における一対の腕部11は、一対の
把持部12がセグメントSの緊結部Kを把持した場合に
おいて一対の把持部12の夫々とセグメントSの緊結部
Kとが互いに密着状態となるような間隔寸法に設定され
ていることが好ましい。 【0023】一方、一対の把持部12は、一対の腕部1
1のトンネルTの外側方向に配される部分によって支持
されるものであり、緊結部材たるボルトB及びナットN
を妨げないような緊結部Kの把持が可能であるものとし
て構成されている。 【0024】本実施の形態においては、一対の把持部1
2には、緊結部Kを把持した場合に緊結部材を挿通させ
る役割を果たす開口部12aが開設されており、これに
より、緊結部材たるボルトB及びナットNを妨げないよ
うな緊結部Kの把持が可能となっている。 【0025】なお、このような一対の把持部12として
は、緊結部Kに対しての十分な把持力が得られれば、把
持方法や構造の別を問わないが、把持後における経時的
な弛みを排除しようとする観点からすれば、セグメント
Sの緊結部Kとの間にゴムやばね等の弾性部材を介設す
ることが好ましい。 【0026】この取付部材1は、具体的には、これらの
図に示すように、プレート部材Pと、アングル部材Aと
から構成されている。それゆえ、外見上、一対の腕部1
1と一対の把持部12とを明確に区別することは困難で

把持させる締付部材3を含むものとして構成されている
ので、セグメントSの緊結部Kへの取り付けが極めて少
ない労力で短時間にでき、しかも、本設構造物への構造
上の影響が生じない。 【0034】したがって、本実施の形態に係る仮設用吊
り金具によれば、トンネルT坑内の仮設工事におけるコ
スト低減効果及び安全性の向上効果が得られることが可

を支持する部分との間部分を締め付けることにより前記
