Claims (10)

1. A quick edge grinding device for PCB pressing laminated board production comprises a box body (2), and a fixing assembly and an edge grinding assembly which are arranged inside the box body (2), and is characterized in that the fixing assembly comprises a rotating motor (18), an upper fixing plate (24) and a lower fixing plate (29), the upper fixing plate (24) is rotatably installed at the inner top of the box body (2) through an upper fixing telescopic rod (3), the lower fixing plate (29) is rotatably installed at the inner bottom of the box body (2) through a lower fixing telescopic rod (20) and is also fixedly provided with a belt transmission device (19) on the lower fixing telescopic rod (20), the rotating motor (18) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the box body (2) and an output shaft of the rotating motor is fixedly connected with the belt transmission device (19); the edging subassembly includes edging motor (9), installation panel (8) and mounting plate (27), edging motor (9) are through mobile device slidable mounting on installation panel (8) and fixed mounting has edging cutter (4) on the output shaft of edging motor (9), installation panel (8) are through edging lifter (7) fixed mounting on mounting plate (27) and mounting plate (27) are through edging telescopic link (6) slidable mounting top in box (2).

The rapid edging device for producing PCB press-fit laminated boards according to claim 1, wherein the moving device comprises a moving motor (5) and a moving screw (26), the moving motor (5) is fixedly installed on the top of the installation panel (8) and the output shaft thereof is fixedly connected with the moving screw (26), two ends of the moving screw (26) are rotatably installed on the installation panel (8) through bearings and the moving screw (26) is in threaded connection with the edging motor (9).
3. The rapid edging device for producing PCB stitching and stacking boards according to claim 1, wherein the edging lifting rod (7) is further sleeved with a compression spring at the periphery of the lower end thereof.

The rapid edge grinding device for PCB lamination production according to claim 1, wherein a material conveying assembly is further disposed inside the box body (2), the material conveying assembly includes a material discharging conveying device (12) and a material feeding conveying device (21), the material discharging conveying device (12) and the material feeding conveying device (21) are respectively rotatably mounted on two sides of the lower fixing plate (29) and one ends of the material discharging conveying device and the material feeding conveying device, which are far away from the lower fixing plate (29), respectively correspond to the positions of a material discharging hopper (13) and a material feeding hopper (22) disposed on the side wall of the box body (2), and a material discharging door (11) is further disposed on one side of the box body (2), which is close to the material discharging hopper (13).

The rapid edging device for producing PCB pressed and laminated boards according to claim 4, wherein a dedusting assembly is arranged inside the box body (2), the dedusting assembly comprises two sets of dust suction devices, two adjusting devices and a dust collection box (15), the adjusting devices are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the box body (2), the dust suction devices are two sets of dust suction devices, the tops of the dust suction devices are in threaded connection with the adjusting devices, the bottoms of the dust suction devices are arranged inside the dust collection box (15), and the dust collection box (15) is arranged below the discharging and conveying device (12) and corresponds to the position of a dust outlet door (28) arranged on the side wall of the box body (2).
6. The rapid edge grinding device for PCB lamination production according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of sets of dust outlet rollers (16) are installed at the bottom of the dust collection box (15).

The quick edging device for producing PCB pressing laminated boards according to claim 5, wherein the dust suction device comprises a dust suction pump (10), a dust suction pipe (14) and a dust suction head (23), the dust suction head (23) is connected to the adjusting device through a mounting bracket in a threaded manner, the mounting bracket is connected with the inner wall of the box body (2) in a sliding manner, one end of the dust suction pipe (14) is communicated with the dust suction head (23) and the other end of the dust suction pipe is provided with a hose, the lower end of the hose is located inside the dust collection box (15), and the dust suction pump (10) is communicated with the dust suction pipe (14).

The rapid edging device for producing PCB lamination stacks according to claim 7, wherein the adjusting device comprises an adjusting motor (1) and an adjusting screw (25), the adjusting screw (25) is rotatably mounted on the inner wall of the box body (2) through a bearing and is in threaded connection with the mounting bracket, the adjusting motor (1) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the box body (2) and the output shaft of the adjusting motor is in linkage with the adjusting screw (25).
9. The rapid edging device for producing PCB pressing and stacking boards according to claim 8, wherein four groups of walking rollers (17) are arranged at the bottom of the box body (2) and brake pads are arranged on the walking rollers (17).
10. The rapid edging device for producing PCB press-fit laminated boards according to claim 1, wherein fixing pads (30) are arranged on the upper fixing plate (24) and the lower fixing plate (29), and the fixing pads (30) are made of rubber materials.
