When the device is used for screening bean products; beans to be screened are manually put into the feeding cylinder 41, the reciprocating motion of the material control cylinder 44 drives the conical sleeve 45 to do vertical reciprocating motion along the inner wall of the feeding cylinder 41, and therefore the beans to be screened which are put into the feeding cylinder 41 are discharged to the upper end of the sieve plate 53 along the arc-shaped discharge hole of the feeding cylinder 41 according to a certain amount; in the process of screening the bean products, the driving motor 57 works to drive the transmission belt 59 to move, and the semi-arc-shaped lugs on the transmission belt 59 are matched with the semi-arc-shaped lugs at the lower end of the sieve plate 53 to enable the sieve plate 53 to fluctuate up and down in a small range, so that the bean products at the upper end of the sieve plate 53 are promoted to be screened in a rapid rolling manner; and actuating cylinder 36 up-and-down reciprocating motion drives movable ring 33 to slide up-and-down, and movable ring 33 drives in the gliding in-process of regulation stay cord 37 and adjusts stay cord 37 and receive and release to drive sorting unit 5 shake in the receiving and releasing motion of regulation stay cord 37 and promote the beans product of sorting unit 5 upper end to sieve, the less beans product of diameter is collected through second grade priming funnel 14 after the beans product sieves, the bigger beans product of diameter is collected through first grade priming funnel 13.
