Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine for delaying senility and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the health care products for delaying senility on the market have the conditions of insufficient eating and excessive eating, and the effect is not good enough. Therefore, the development of a traditional Chinese medicine for delaying senescence and a preparation method thereof become problems to be urgently solved by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine for delaying senility and a preparation method thereof in order to solve the defects.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means: a traditional Chinese medicine for delaying senility is composed of the following raw materials: 10-20 g of ginseng, 10-20 g of astragalus root, 5-10 g of notoginseng flower, 5-10 g of acanthopanax root, 5-10 g of sea-buckthorn, 3-5 g of stevia rebaudiana, 5-10 g of rhodiola root, 10-12 g of tangerine peel, 5-10 g of angelica and 5-10 g of codonopsis pilosula.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine for delaying senescence is prepared from the following raw materials: 13-18 g of ginseng, 13-18 g of astragalus root, 7-9 g of notoginseng flower, 7-9 g of acanthopanax root, 7-9 g of sea buckthorn, 4-5 g of stevia rebaudiana, 7-9 g of rhodiola root, 11-12 g of dried orange peel, 7-9 g of angelica and 7-9 g of codonopsis pilosula.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine for delaying senescence is prepared from the following raw materials: 15 g of ginseng, 15 g of astragalus, 10 g of sanchi flower, 10 g of acanthopanax, 10 g of sea buckthorn, 5 g of stevia rebaudiana, 8 g of rhodiola rosea, 10 g of dried orange peel, 8 g of angelica and 8 g of codonopsis pilosula.
In the invention, PNS (one of the important components of pseudo-ginseng) contained in the pseudo-ginseng flower can obviously reduce the LPO content in brain tissues and blood of rats, and can also obviously improve the SOD activity in the brain tissues and blood, thereby having the functions of resisting aging and preventing arteriosclerosis. The panaxadiol saponins (PDS) has oxygen free radical scavenging effect, and can significantly prolong the average life of Drosophila, enhance the anti-hunger capability of Drosophila, and reduce the lipofuscin content in head of Drosophila; it also can inhibit MDA generation in mice, and improve SOD activity in blood and brain tissues of mice. The sanchinoside Rg1 has effects of resisting oxidation and inhibiting intracellular calcium overload, thereby inhibiting nerve cell apoptosis and proinflammatory factor increase, and delaying aging. The pharmacology and clinical application of the traditional Chinese medicine show that the pseudo-ginseng can play the similar effects of resisting fatigue, anoxia and cold as the ginseng under the same experimental conditions as the ginseng, and the pseudo-ginseng has the similar effect of enhancing the nonspecific resistance of the body as the ginseng.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine for delaying senility comprises the preparation methods of three formulations:
(1) preparing a tea preparation: removing impurities from the medicines, oven drying, pulverizing, mixing, sieving, packaging into sterilized filter tea bag, and sealing; the tea bag is provided with a traction and lifting short line.
(2) Preparing into granules: according to the formula amount, removing impurities from the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials, mixing and crushing the raw materials into coarse powder (5-10 meshes), putting the coarse powder into an extraction tank, adding water which is 3 times of the weight of the raw materials, boiling the coarse powder for one hour with slow fire, filtering out liquid medicine, then adding water which is three times of the weight of the Chinese herbal medicine, boiling the fine powder for another half hour with slow fire, filtering out liquid medicine, combining the front liquid medicine and the back liquid medicine, cooling, adding ethanol which is 1-2 times of the weight of the Chinese herbal medicine and has the concentration of 90%, fully mixing the mixture, standing the mixture and precipitating the mixture; collecting supernatant after 24 hr, washing precipitate with small amount of 50-60% ethanol, mixing the washing solution with the filtrate, recovering ethanol under reduced pressure, concentrating until the crude drug content is 25%, cooling, standing for 15 hr to precipitate completely, filtering, evaporating the filtrate at low temperature to obtain soft extract with specific gravity hot side (80-90 deg.C) of 1.30-1.35; grinding sucrose crystals into fine powder, sieving with a 80-100 mesh sieve for later use, taking commercial dextrin for later use, and uniformly stirring the Chinese herbal medicine thick paste, the sugar powder and the dextrin according to the weight ratio of 1:3:1 to obtain a finished product.
(3) Preparing oral liquid: preparing Chinese herbal medicine soft extract according to the same process as that for preparing the medicinal granules, diluting the soft extract with appropriate amount of distilled water, filtering, adding sucrose and potassium sorbate to obtain oral liquid product, wherein the crude drug content of the diluted solution is 30%.
