技术领域
本发明涉及融合器的技术领域,特别涉及一种高度可调的后植骨融合器。
背景技术
脊柱退行性疾病是一种常见病症,其中腰椎退行性滑脱、节段性不稳、椎间盘源性疾病、外伤性腰椎滑脱等的治疗一般都需要进行腰椎固定融合术。椎间融合器的应用能维持椎间隙的高度,恢复前中柱的支撑,增加椎间孔容量,解除神经根受压,防止椎间隙塌陷及假关节的形成。而随着微创外科的发展,对椎间融合器的设计提出更高的要求。另一方面,随着内窥镜技术在外科学中的应用,脊柱微创外科逐步发展,在内窥镜的辅助下,常规脊柱融合手术逐步微创化。然而目前融合器多为型号尺寸固定的常规规格,难以实现尺寸连续调节,内窥镜通道下难以置入大型号融合器;或者具有调节功能的融合器仍采用在融合器中先植骨,在植入椎间隙并将高度调节高后植骨仓变大,所植的骨量转为不足而且无法补充,使融合器内因植骨不充分而影响融合效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种后植骨高度可调融合器。该融合器是先置入到椎间隙,根据椎间隙高度需要调节好高度,再将融合器中植骨(即后植骨)。本发明从根本上解决了现有高度可调融合器不能充分植骨的不足。该融合器结构设计新颖,操作方便,植骨仓空间大,通过融合器尾部大开口,结合配套的专用植骨工具,使其保证在融合器植入撑开后,方便地将自体骨、异体骨填充进融合器植骨仓。
本发明的后植骨为了实现根据本发明的上述目的和其他优点,提供了一种高度可调的融合器,包括:
主体、与所述主体相嵌合的叶片组件及与所述叶片组件嵌合设置的推动组件,所述主体的一端面上过盈配合有端盖;

优选的,所述开口段上过盈配合有端盖,所述端盖包括中间开设有通孔的弧形板及与所述弧形板一体连接的弹性片,所述弧形板一相对的侧边上一体式连接有弹性片,所述弹性片与嵌合槽之间过盈配合,且所述端盖上设置有连接段,所述连接段用于与使用工件相配合。
优选的,所述第一侧面板上固接有四个滑块,且第一侧面板上端部设置有两个第一滑块,两个所述第一滑块沿同一个倾斜方向倾斜固定于第一侧面板上,且所述第一滑块的一端延伸出第一侧面板。
优选的,所述第一侧面板的下端部设置有两个第二滑块,两个所述第二滑块沿同一个倾斜方向倾斜固定于第一侧面板上,且所述第二滑块的一端延伸出第一侧面板,所述第二滑块与第一滑块关于第一侧面板的水平中心线对称设置于两个第一侧面板上,第二滑块与第一滑块与其主轴线呈一定角度。
优选的,所述叶片组件包括第一叶片及与所述主体对称且相嵌合设置的第二叶片,所述第一叶片包括中间为孔洞的第一叶片齿及与所述第一叶片齿固接的第一连接围板,所述第一连接围板靠近开口段一端开设一第一匹配孔。
优选的,所述第二叶片包括中间为孔洞的第二叶片齿及与所述第二叶片齿固接的第二连接围板,所述第二连接围板靠近开口段一端开设一第二匹配孔。
优选的,所述第一连接围板一相对的侧面上对称设置有第一滑块槽,所述第一滑块槽与第一滑块相匹配,所述第二连接围板一相对的侧面上对称设置有第二滑块槽,所述第二滑块槽与第二滑块相匹配,第一滑块槽及第二滑块槽与主体的水平中心线呈倾斜角。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
(1)通过高度调节螺纹杆置于主体的开口段相对的一端且进行高度的调节,最大限度的释放了融合器主体内的植骨仓的空间,增大植骨量,更加有利于骨融合。
(2)该融合器的结构设计操作方便简洁,主体内的植骨仓空间大,融合器尾部大开口,使其保证在融合器植入后,更好的将自体骨、异体骨填充进融合器主体内的植骨仓,由于植骨仓空间的释放和尾部大开口,可以更好的配合内窥镜进行操作,使手术更加的精准和快捷。
(3)该封盖设计,在主体内的植骨仓填充完骨头后,使用盖板将主体内的植骨仓进行封堵,确保植入的骨头限制在融合器内。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1-4,一种高度可调的融合器,包括:主体1、与所述主体1相嵌合的叶片组件2及与所述叶片组件2嵌合设置的推动组件3,所述主体1的一端面上过盈配合有端盖4,当叶片组件2处于闭合状态时,通过融合器持取器将融合器放入椎体的空隙内;所述主体1包括螺杆段11、与所述螺杆段11的两端分别一体式连接的侧面段12及与所述侧面段12一体式连接的开口段14,其中所述螺杆段11上开设有一螺纹通孔,所述开口段14上开设有一开口通孔,所述开口通孔的中轴线与螺纹通孔的中轴线位于同一高度位置;所述推动组件3包括第一U型底座33及固接于所述第一U型底座33的螺纹杆31,所述螺纹杆31的螺纹段延伸出第一U型底座33的端面,所述螺纹杆31的方形圆柱段贯穿第一U型底座33且延伸出第一U型底座33远离螺纹段的一端面,所述第一U型底座33靠近螺纹杆31的一端上固接有销钉32,所述销钉32位置垂直于螺纹杆31的轴线方向;所述螺纹杆31的螺纹段与螺纹通孔螺纹匹配,且第一U型底座33与叶片组件2相嵌合设置,通过使用配合的工具与螺纹杆31匹配,通过带动螺纹杆31转动使得螺纹杆31在螺纹通孔中发生位移,进而带动第一U型底座33沿直线方向移动,使得叶片组件2沿竖直方向相向移动,融合器撑开,达到患者需要的高度,撤出配合撑开的工具,主体1与叶片组件2形成更大的植骨仓,再使用工具将自体骨或异体骨通过开口段14植入植骨仓中,以填充融合器的空腔,当植骨完成后,将端盖4与开口段14过盈配合,封堵融合器的主体1。
进一步的,所述侧面段12上开设有限位滑动槽13,且所述限位滑动槽13的中心线轴的位置与主体1的螺纹通孔中心线位于同一高度位置,融合器在实现撑开功能时,第一U型底座33沿轴向运动,实现限位。所述开口通孔一相对的内壁上开设有嵌合槽16,且开口通孔位于嵌合槽16的内壁上均开设有第一螺纹15,当后期需要将该融合器取出或者调整位置时,通过使用工具与第一螺纹15螺纹配合,进而通过使用工具进行调整该融合器的位置,使得医生能够精准快捷的对融合器定位操作。
进一步的,所述第一U型底座33包括第一端面板、与所述第一端面板的两端一体式连接的第一侧面板、倾斜固定于所述第一侧面板上的滑块35及固定于所述第一侧面板上的限位块34,所述限位块34与第一侧面板相互垂直设置,且所述限位块34由第一侧面板的内壁向滑块35的方向延伸且延伸出第一侧面板,所述第一侧面板上固接有四个滑块,且第一侧面板上端部设置有两个第一滑块35,两个所述第一滑块35沿同一个倾斜方向倾斜固定于第一侧面板上,且所述第一滑块35的一端延伸出第一侧面板,所述第一侧面板的下端部设置有两个第二滑块36,两个所述第二滑块36沿同一个倾斜方向倾斜固定于第一侧面板上,且所述第二滑块36的一端延伸出第一侧面板,所述第二滑块36与第一滑块35关于第一侧面板的水平中心线对称设置于两个第一侧面板上,第二滑块36与第一滑块35与其主轴线呈一定角度。
进一步的,所述叶片组件2包括第一叶片21及与所述主体1对称且相嵌合设置的第二叶片22,所述第一叶片21包括中间为孔洞的第一叶片齿211及与所述第一叶片齿211固接的第一连接围板213,所述第一连接围板213靠近开口段14一端开设一第一匹配孔214,所述叶片齿结构不限于尖刺、金字塔形的阵列形式,所述第二叶片22包括中间为孔洞的第二叶片齿221及与所述第二叶片齿221固接的第二连接围板222,所述第二连接围板222靠近开口段14一端开设一第二匹配孔224,所述第一连接围板213一相对的侧面上对称设置有第一滑块槽212,所述第一滑块槽212与第一滑块35相匹配,所述第二连接围板222一相对的侧面上对称设置有第二滑块槽223,所述第二滑块槽223与第二滑块36相匹配,第一滑块槽212及第二滑块槽223与主体1的水平中心线呈倾斜角,当通过使用工具与螺纹杆31卡接后,带动叶片组件2沿直线方向运动,此时第一滑块35与第二滑块36分别沿着第一滑块槽212与第二滑块槽223进行滑动,而因为第一滑块槽212与第二滑块槽223为倾斜状态,当第一滑块35与第二滑块36分别在第一滑块槽212与第二滑块槽223中移动时,此时通过第一滑块35及第二滑块36与第一滑块槽212及第二滑块槽223之间相互作用力的作用,使得第一U型底座33受到沿竖直方推力的作用,进而带动第一叶片21与第二叶片22分别向远离主体1的方向移动。
进一步的,所述开口段14上过盈配合有端盖4,所述端盖4包括中间开设有通孔的弧形板及与所述弧形板一体连接的弹性片,所述弧形板一相对的侧边上一体式连接有弹性片,所述弹性片与嵌合槽16之间过盈配合,且所述端盖4上设置有连接段,所述连接段用于与使用工件相配合。
这里说明的设备数量和处理规模是用来简化本发明的说明的,对本发明的应用、修改和变化对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (10)

1.一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,包括:
主体(1)、与所述主体(1)相嵌合的叶片组件(2)及与所述叶片组件(2)嵌合设置的推动组件(3),所述主体(1)的一端面上过盈配合有端盖(4);
所述主体(1)包括螺杆段(11)、与所述螺杆段(11)的两端分别一体式连接的侧面段(12)及与所述侧面段(12)一体式连接的开口段(14),其中所述螺杆段(11)上开设有一螺纹通孔,所述开口段(14)上开设有一开口通孔,所述开口通孔的中轴线与螺纹通孔的中轴线位于同一高度位置;
所述推动组件(3)包括第一U型底座(33)及固接于所述第一U型底座(33)的螺纹杆(31),所述螺纹杆(31)的螺纹段延伸出第一U型底座(33)的端面,所述螺纹杆(31)的方形圆柱段贯穿第一U型底座(33)且延伸出第一U型底座(33)远离螺纹段的一端面,所述第一U型底座(33)靠近螺纹杆(31)的一端上固接有销钉(32),所述销钉(32)位置垂直于螺纹杆(31)的轴线方向;
所述螺纹杆(31)的螺纹段与螺纹通孔螺纹匹配,且第一U型底座(33)与叶片组件(2)相嵌合设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述侧面段(12)上开设有限位滑动槽(13),且所述限位滑动槽(13)的中心线轴的位置与主体(1)的螺纹通孔中心线位于同一高度位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述第一U型底座(33)包括第一端面板、与所述第一端面板的两端一体式连接的第一侧面板、倾斜固定于所述第一侧面板上的滑块(35)及固定于所述第一侧面板上的限位块(34),所述限位块(34)与第一侧面板相互垂直设置,且所述限位块(34)由第一侧面板的内壁向滑块(35)的方向延伸且延伸出第一侧面板。
所述限位块(34)与主体(1)上的限位滑动槽(13)配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述开口通孔一相对的内壁上开设有嵌合槽(16),且开口通孔位于嵌合槽(16)的内壁上均开设有第一螺纹(15)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述开口段(14)上过盈配合有端盖(4),所述端盖(4)包括中间开设有通孔的弧形板及与所述弧形板一体连接的弹性片,所述弧形板一相对的侧边上一体式连接有弹性片,所述弹性片与嵌合槽(16)之间过盈配合,且所述端盖(4)上设置有连接段,所述连接段用于与使用工件相配合。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述第一侧面板上固接有四个滑块,且第一侧面板上端部设置有两个第一滑块(35),两个所述第一滑块(35)沿同一个倾斜方向倾斜固定于第一侧面板上,且所述第一滑块(35)的一端延伸出第一侧面板。
7.如权利要求3所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述第一侧面板的下端部设置有两个第二滑块(36),两个所述第二滑块(36)沿同一个倾斜方向倾斜固定于第一侧面板上,且所述第二滑块(36)的一端延伸出第一侧面板,所述第二滑块(36)与第一滑块(35)关于第一侧面板的水平中心线对称设置于两个第一侧面板上,第二滑块(36)与第一滑块(35)与其主轴线呈一定角度。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述叶片组件(2)包括第一叶片(21)及与所述主体(1)对称且相嵌合设置的第二叶片(22),所述第一叶片(21)包括中间为孔洞的第一叶片齿(211)及与所述第一叶片齿(211)固接的第一连接围板(213),所述第一连接围板(213)靠近开口段(14)一端开设一第一匹配孔(214)。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述第二叶片(22)包括中间为孔洞的第二叶片齿(221)及与所述第二叶片齿(221)固接的第二连接围板(222),所述第二连接围板(222)靠近开口段(14)一端开设一第二匹配孔(224)。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的一种后植骨高度可调的融合器,其特征在于,所述第一连接围板(213)一相对的侧面上对称设置有第一滑块槽(212),所述第一滑块槽(212)与第一滑块(35)相匹配,所述第二连接围板(222)一相对的侧面上对称设置有第二滑块槽(223),所述第二滑块槽(223)与第二滑块(36)相匹配,第一滑块槽(212)及第二滑块槽(223)与主体(1)的水平中心线呈倾斜角。
