The transparent screen structure does not need to design a complex frame and a steel frame, the LED modules are fully distributed through the transparent PC board, the high-permeability positive-lighting embedded film pasting screen of each unit can be attached with a PET film on the back and then directly adhered to the glass of the advertisement display device, the permeability is high, the weight is light, the thickness is thin, the LED modules can be detached and maintained, and the time for replacing or maintaining the LED modules by a user is greatly saved; the transparent PC board and the LED module are fixed by fewer parts, so that the display effect of the transparent PC board of the LED is improved.

Background
The liquid crystal display playing equipment is a novel display means based on a liquid crystal display screen, and becomes an indispensable advertisement display device along with popularization and application of the liquid crystal display playing equipment. For the advertisement display device adopting the liquid crystal display playing equipment, the display of pictures and videos can be realized, and consumers can know products in a man-machine interaction mode.
The transparent screen is an electronic product which is currently emerging, can realize man-machine interaction by displaying contents on the screen under the condition of visual observation through the screen, and has very unique functions. However, the existing transparent LED display screen has low light transmittance, low integration level, lack of flexibility in assembly, incapability of randomly assembling LED display screens with different sizes, inapplicability to batch production and poor waterproof and dustproof performances; the weight is 60 kg per square meter, the weight is relatively heavy, the LED transparent screen is usually fixed through a frame and bolts, and each unit screen can be fastened only by designing a frame structure; in addition, the existing transparent screen has low brightness especially in the environment with strong light, and the lamp panel is not detachable during maintenance, so that the maintenance cost is high and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a high-permeability positive-lighting embedded film-sticking screen, which solves the problems that the LED module of the LED transparent screen is low in disassembly and assembly efficiency, and a complex frame and a steel frame are required to be arranged to install and influence the display effect of an LED transparent PC board.

Through the structure, the transparent screen structure does not need to design a complex frame and a complex steel frame, and the high-permeability positive-lighting embedded film pasting screen of each unit can be attached with a PET film on the back and then directly adhered on the glass of the advertisement display device, so that the transparent screen structure is high in permeability, light in weight and thin in thickness.
Specifically, the LED module is provided with the PET membrane towards the one side of transparent pole still. The PET film is an FPC soft board produced by PET plastic materials.
Further, the LED module is provided with a plurality of LED lamp bars and connecting sections which are uniformly arranged at intervals, and one ends of the LED lamp bars are fixedly connected through the connecting sections.

2. The high-permeability positive-lighting embedded film pasting screen of each unit is quickly plugged and unplugged by adopting a military connector, does not need a traditional refrigerating system or an air conditioner heat dissipation device, and is more energy-saving than a common LED display screen.
3. The PET film adopts the FPC soft board, has the high and soft nature of transparency, and it is used for making the lamp strip, can guarantee the high permeability of LED transparent screen on the one hand, and the flexible lamp strip of on the other hand can adapt to the curved surface screen of different angles, and application scope is wide.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 5, the present invention provides a high-permeability positive-lighting embedded film screen, which comprises a plurality of LED modules 100, a transparent PC board 200 and a transparent rod 300, wherein the transparent PC board 200 has a receiving groove 210 for receiving the LED modules 100, a surface of the transparent PC board 200 facing the LED modules 100 is fixedly connected with the transparent rod 300, and the LED modules are disposed between the transparent PC board 200 and the transparent rod 300. In the present embodiment, the transparent PC board 200 is used to protect the LED module 100 from impact, the receiving groove 210 is used to provide a place for the LED module 100, and the transparent rod 300 is used to fix the LED module 100.
The LED module 100 is further provided with a PET film 500 at a side facing the transparent rod 300. Specifically, the PET film 500 is an FPC flexible board produced from a PET plastic material. The FPC soft board has the high and soft nature of transparency, and it is used for making the lamp strip, can guarantee the high permeability of LED transparent screen on the one hand, and the curved surface screen of different angles can be adapted to the flexible lamp strip on the other hand, and application scope is wide.
Because the LED module 100 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 210, the transparent PC board 200 is fixedly connected with the LED module 100 by the bolts, and the transparent PC board 200 is fixedly connected with the transparent rod 300 by the bolts, when the LED module 100 needs to be disassembled, maintenance can be realized by removing the transparent rod 300 and removing the PET film outside the LED module. In summary, the invention solves the problem that the conventional LED display screen needs to disassemble the screen and the fixing frame to take out the LED module 100 for replacement, and greatly saves the time for replacing or maintaining the LED module 100 for a user.
Referring to fig. 4, the LED module 100 is provided with a plurality of LED light bars 110 and connection sections 120 arranged at regular intervals, and one ends of the LED light bars 110 are fixedly connected through the connection sections 120. In this embodiment, the connection section 120 is used for fixing a plurality of LED light bars 110, one LED light bar 110 is a row or a line of LED light bars 110, and the LED light bars 110 are provided with light beads. Specifically, each of the LED light bars 110 is provided with a gap at a uniform interval except for the connection section 120, so that the LED module 100 is not blocked by the bolts fastened to the transparent PC board 200 by the transparent rod 300 when the LED module is replaced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the connection section 120 is provided with an interface 121. Specifically, the connection interface 121 may enable the LED display screen formed by the LED modules 100 to display effects.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the accommodating groove 210 is provided with a lamp groove 211, and the LED light bar 110 is accommodated in the lamp groove 211 and abuts against a groove wall of the lamp groove 211. In this embodiment, the light groove 211 is used to provide a space for placing the LED light bar 110. Specifically, the LED light bar 110 is accommodated in the light groove 211 and abuts against the groove wall of the light groove 211, so that the LED light bar 110 of the LED module 100 is prevented from being broken due to shaking of the LED light bar 110 in the accommodating groove 210 when the transparent PC board 200 is carried upside down.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a rear cover 400 fixedly connected to the transparent rod 300 is disposed on a surface of the transparent rod 300 away from the LED module 100, and the rear cover 400 is located at a position corresponding to the connection section 120. In the present embodiment, the connection section 120 is provided with the interface 121 of the LED module 100, and the inside of the rear cover 400 is used for placing a power source and wiring of the interface 121 and the interface 121 of the LED module 100. Specifically, when the rear cover 400 is fixedly connected with the transparent rod 300 by the bolts, and the LED module 100 needs to be pulled out, the bolts fixedly connected with the rear cover 400 and the transparent rod 300 need to be taken out, so that the interface 121 of the LED module 100 cannot be interfered to cause the situation that the LED module 100 cannot be detached when the LED module 100 is detached.
Referring to fig. 2, the transparent PC board 200 is provided with a plurality of fixing pieces 220, and the fixing pieces 220 and the transparent PC board 200 surround the LED module 100. In the present embodiment, the fixing piece 220 and the transparent PC board 200 surround the LED module 100 to provide a fixed structure for the LED module 100. Specifically, the transparent PC board 200 and the fixing piece 220 surround the LED module 100, so that the function of fixing the LED module 100 can be further improved, and the fixing piece 220 is provided, so that the bolts for fixedly connecting the transparent PC board 200 and the LED module 100 only need to be reduced to the connecting section 120 for use.
