The invention provides a high-pass transparent positive-emitting embedded film pasting screen which comprises a plurality of LED modules, a transparent PC board and a transparent rod, wherein the transparent PC board is provided with an accommodating groove for accommodating the LED modules, one surface of the transparent PC board facing the LED modules is fixedly connected with the transparent rod, and the LED modules are arranged between the transparent PC board and the transparent rod. The transparent screen structure does not need to design a complex frame and a complex steel frame, the LED modules are fully distributed through the transparent PC board, the high-permeability positive-light-emitting embedded film pasting screen of each unit can be used for pasting a PET film on the back and then directly pasting the PET film on the glass of the advertisement display device, the permeability is high, the weight is light, the thickness is thin, the LED modules can be disassembled for maintenance, and the time for replacing or maintaining the LED modules by users is greatly saved; the transparent PC board is fixed with the LED module by fewer parts, so that the display effect of the LED transparent PC board is improved.

For the advertisement display device adopting the liquid crystal display playing equipment, the display of pictures and videos can be realized, and consumers can know the product in a man-machine interaction mode.
The transparent screen is an electronic product which is on the rise at present, can realize that human-computer interaction is carried out on the display content on the screen under the condition of carrying out naked eye observation through the screen, and has very unique functions. However, the conventional transparent LED display screen has low light transmittance, low integration level, and poor assembly flexibility, and LED display screens of different sizes cannot be assembled at will, so that the conventional transparent LED display screen is not suitable for mass production, and has poor waterproof and dustproof performances; the LED transparent screen is usually fixed through a frame and bolts, and each unit screen can be fastened only by designing a frame structure; and especially under the very strong environment of light, current transparent screen luminance is not high, because the lamp plate can not dismantle during the maintenance, leads to that the maintenance cost is high, inefficiency.

Through the structure, the transparent screen structure does not need to design a complex frame and a complex steel frame, the high-permeability positive-light-emitting embedded film pasting screen of each unit can be formed by pasting a PET film on the back and then directly pasting the PET film on the glass of the advertisement display device, and the transparent screen structure is high in permeability, light in weight and thin in thickness.
Specifically, one side of the LED module facing the transparent rod is also provided with a PET film. The PET film is an FPC soft board produced by PET plastic materials.
Furthermore, the LED module is provided with a plurality of LED lamp strips and connecting sections which are uniformly arranged at intervals, and one ends of the LED lamp strips are fixedly connected through the connecting sections.
Further, the connecting section is provided with an interface.
Furthermore, the holding tank is provided with a lamp trough, and the LED lamp strip is held in the lamp trough and is attached to the wall of the lamp trough.

1. the transparent screen structure does not need to design a complex frame and a complex steel frame, the LED modules are fully distributed through the transparent PC board, the high-permeability positive-light-emitting embedded film pasting screen of each unit can be used for pasting a PET film on the back and then directly pasting the PET film on the glass of the advertisement display device, the permeability is high, the weight is light, the thickness is thin, the LED modules can be disassembled for maintenance, and the time for replacing or maintaining the LED modules by users is greatly saved; the transparent PC board is fixed with the LED module by fewer parts, so that the display effect of the LED transparent PC board is improved.
2. The high-permeability positive-light-emitting embedded film pasting screen of each unit is quickly plugged and pulled by adopting a military connector, does not need a traditional refrigeration system or an air conditioner heat dissipation device, and is more energy-saving than a common LED display screen.
3. The PET film adopts FPC soft board, has high transparency and soft nature, and it is used for making the lamp strip, can guarantee the high permeability of LED transparent screen on the one hand, and the curved surface screen of different angles is adaptable to the flexible lamp strip on the other hand, and application scope is wide.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3 and fig. 5, the present invention provides a high-pass transparent positive-emitting embedded film screen, which includes a plurality of LED modules 100, a transparent PC board 200 and a transparent rod 300, wherein the transparent PC board 200 has an accommodating groove 210 for accommodating the LED modules 100, one surface of the transparent PC board 200 facing the LED modules 100 is fixedly connected to the transparent rod 300, and the LED modules are disposed between the transparent PC board 200 and the transparent rod 300. In this embodiment, the transparent PC board 200 serves to protect the LED module 100 from impact, the receiving groove 210 serves to provide a space for the LED module 100 to be placed, and the transparent rod 300 serves to fix the LED module 100.
The side of the LED module 100 facing the transparent rod 300 is further provided with a PET film 500. Specifically, the PET film 500 is an FPC flexible board produced from a PET plastic material. The FPC flexible board has high transparency and softness, is used for manufacturing the light bar, can ensure the high permeability of the LED transparent screen on the one hand, and can adapt to curved screens with different angles on the other hand, so that the FPC flexible board is wide in application range.
Because the LED module 100 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 210, the transparent PC board 200 is fixedly connected with the LED module 100 through the bolt, the transparent PC board 200 is fixedly connected with the transparent rod 300 through the bolt, when the LED module 100 needs to be disassembled and assembled, only the transparent rod 300 needs to be disassembled, and then the PET film outside the LED module is removed to realize maintenance. In summary, the present invention solves the problem that the LED module 100 can be removed for replacement only by disassembling the screen and the fixing frame of the conventional LED display screen, and greatly saves the time for the user to replace or maintain the LED module 100.
Referring to fig. 4, the LED module 100 is provided with a plurality of LED light bars 110 and a connecting section 120, which are uniformly arranged at intervals, and one ends of the plurality of LED light bars 110 are fixedly connected through the connecting section 120. In this embodiment, the connecting section 120 is used to fix a plurality of LED light bars 110, one LED light bar 110 is a row or a column of LED light bars 110, and the LED light bar 110 is provided with a lamp bead. Specifically, gaps are uniformly spaced between each LED light bar 110 except for the connecting section 120, so that the LED light bars are not blocked by the bolts used for fixing the transparent rod 300 and the transparent PC board 200 when the LED module 100 is replaced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the connection segment 120 is provided with an interface 121. Specifically, the connection interface 121 can enable the LED display screen formed by the LED module 100 to display the effect.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the receiving groove 210 is provided with a lamp groove 211, and the LED light bar 110 is received in the lamp groove 211 and abuts against a groove wall of the lamp groove 211. In the present embodiment, the light trough 211 is used to provide a space for placing the LED light bar 110. Specifically, the LED light bar 110 is accommodated in the lamp groove 211 and abuts against the groove wall of the lamp groove 211, so that the LED light bar 110 of the LED module 100 is prevented from being broken due to the shaking in the accommodating groove 210 when the flip-chip transparent PC board 200 is carried.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a rear cover 400 fixedly connected to the transparent rod 300 is disposed on a side of the transparent rod 300 away from the LED module 100, and the rear cover 400 is located at a position corresponding to the connecting section 120. In this embodiment, the connection segment 120 is provided with an interface 121 of the LED module 100, and the inside of the rear cover 400 is used for placing a power supply and connecting the interface 121 and the interface 121 of the LED module 100. Specifically, the rear cover 400 is fixedly connected with the transparent rod 300 through bolts, and when the LED module 100 needs to be pulled out, the bolts fixedly connected with the rear cover 400 and the transparent rod 300 need to be taken out, so that when the LED module 100 is disassembled, the interface 121 of the LED module 100 cannot be interfered to cause the situation that the disassembly cannot be performed.
Referring to fig. 2, the transparent PC board 200 is provided with a plurality of fixing pieces 220, and the fixing pieces 220 and the transparent PC board 200 surround the LED module 100. In this embodiment, the fixing sheet 220 and the transparent PC board 200 surround the LED module 100 to provide a fixing structure for the LED module 100. Specifically, the transparent PC board 200 and the fixing sheet 220 surround the LED module 100, so that the function of fixing the LED module 100 can be further improved, and with the fixing sheet 220, the bolt for fixedly connecting the transparent PC board 200 and the LED module 100 only needs to be reduced to the connecting section 120 for use.
