To increase the probability of the targeted downwind dispatch of the item, the device determines a first dispatch fee and an offer amount based on the first dispatch fee. The second dispatch amount is a fee for the driver to dispatch the item, and the premium amount is an amount compensated for the loss of time that the driver dispatches the item to the user. In addition, the third terminal generates a coupon which can be used by the passenger based on the discount amount, the coupon can be used in the current riding or can be used within a preset time, and the third terminal sends the coupon to the second terminal, so that the passenger and the coupon can reduce the riding cost of the current riding or the riding cost within a preset time limit.

The goods are dispatched by the windward vehicle, so that the goods dispatching capability of a logistics company is improved, the goods dispatching efficiency is further improved, meanwhile, when the windward vehicle dispatches the goods, passengers can be favored, the loss of the passengers caused by dispatching the goods by the windward vehicle is compensated, and the passengers are prevented from complaining while dispatching the goods by the windward vehicle. The preferential amount of the second dispatching fee of the driver for the passengers is smaller than the first dispatching amount of the dispatching of the goods, so that the windward platform cannot cause user loss, the platform income is increased, the income of the windward driver is increased, and the dispatching efficiency of the goods is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the method for dispatching goods based on a windward vehicle according to the present invention, wherein the step S10 includes:

In this embodiment, the apparatus may determine a plurality of candidate downwind turbines, and the travel path of each candidate downwind turbine includes a first position and a second position.

step S32, determining the discount amount according to the sum of the first estimated duration and the second estimated duration;
step S33, determining the second distribution cost according to the preferential amount and the first distribution cost.
In this embodiment, the device requires a premium amount to be allocated to the driver and the passenger based on the condition of sending the goods along the wind.
Specifically, it takes a certain time for an article to enter the target downwind vehicle from a distribution point, and the article is generally placed at a stop point of the distribution point. The weight and volume of the object determine the time for the object to enter the target downwind, which is defined as the first estimated time period, i.e. the first estimated time period for the device to acquire the object from the second position in the target downwind. The device obtains the weight and the volume of an article, a score corresponding to the weight and a score corresponding to the volume, the device obtains the sum of the two scores, and if the sum of the scores is smaller than a threshold value, the first estimated duration is a preset duration; if the sum of the scores is larger than or equal to the threshold value, the preset time length is increased to obtain a first estimated time length, the increased amplitude depends on the difference value between the sum of the scores and the threshold value, and the larger the difference value is, the larger the increased amplitude is. The preset time period may be any suitable value, for example, the preset time period may be 3 min.
The device further determines a second estimated time length required for placing the object in the storage device corresponding to the first position when the target windward vehicle reaches a third position. The third position is a stop point corresponding to the first position, the device calculates the estimated distance between the first position and the third position, the estimated distance is multiplied by 2 to obtain a target distance, the device subtracts a numerical value from the walking speed of the adult to obtain a target walking speed, the numerical value is determined by the weight and the volume of the article, namely the larger the sum of the two values is, the larger the numerical value is. And dividing the target distance by the target walking speed to obtain a second estimated duration.
The device calculates the sum of the first estimated time and the second estimated time, the sum of the first estimated time and the second estimated time is the time of delaying passengers by sending objects to the target windmill, the device determines the preferential amount based on the delay time, and the preferential amount is larger when the delay time is longer.
In addition, the device can determine the preferential amount according to the user information of the passenger and the delay time. Specifically, the device finds that the reaction and tolerance degree of extra charging of the driver corresponding to the occupation and the academic calendar of the passenger are different based on big data analysis, and establishes the mapping relation of the occupation, the academic calendar and the tolerance duration based on the big data analysis. The device obtains user information of the passenger through the third terminal, the user information comprises occupation and a schooling of the user, and the target duration can be determined through the occupation, the schooling and the mapping relation. The delay time is defined as a reference value, and the device compares the reference value with a target time length. When the reference value is less than or equal to the target duration, the preset cost can be determined as the preferential amount, and if the reference value is greater than the target duration, the driver distributes the goods beyond the endurance time of the passenger, so that the compensation force needs to be increased for the passenger, namely the preset cost is increased to obtain the preferential amount. The magnitude of the increase is a correction value, and the correction value is determined by the difference between the reference value and the target duration, and the larger the difference is, the larger the correction value is.
Furthermore, the tolerance of the passengers varies for different occupations, for example, passengers in the service sector generally have a greater tolerance, whereas passengers in technical posts have a direct job-taking due to work needs, and exhibit less tolerance for different tasks. Further, the academic history can reflect the literacy of the passengers to a certain extent, and generally speaking, the higher the academic history is, the higher the literacy is, and thus the higher the degree of acceptance of the driver and the dispatching task of the goods is. Based on this, the device sets corresponding scores for different professions, the scores represent the tolerance of the profession, and the larger the score is, the larger the tolerance is. The device sets corresponding scores for different academic calendars, the scores represent the admission degree of the academic calendars, and the admission degree is higher if the scores are higher. The upper limit of the delay time corresponding to the passenger can be determined by the career and the scholarly, and the weights corresponding to the career and the scholarly are different. In response, the device determines a first weight and a first score corresponding to the occupation, determines a second weight and a second score corresponding to the academic calendar, and performs weighted calculation on the first score and the second score through the first weight and the second weight to obtain a third score. The device determines the target time length through the third score, the larger the third score is, the larger the target time length is, and the upper limit of delay time of the passenger for distributing goods to the driver can be determined through the target time length.
The device can determine the second distribution cost according to the preferential amount and the first distribution cost. Specifically, the windward platform needs to bear certain risks, that is, the windward platform needs to charge a risk fee. The device subtracts the preferential amount and the risk cost from the first distribution cost to obtain a second distribution cost.
Further, the device determines the sum of the first estimated time period and the second estimated time period, namely determines the time delay of the driver for distributing the goods. The device needs to inform the passenger of delay time, namely the device generates second dispatching information by the sum of the first estimated time and the second estimated time, preferential amount and the first position, so that the passenger can know the preferential amount, delay time and position of dispatching the goods of the passenger, information is disclosed, and the passenger is prevented from losing due to complaint of the windmill because the passenger does not know the delay time.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the device determines the preferential amount based on the time that the passenger is delayed by the object to dispatch the goods along the windmill, so that the cost is reasonably allocated to the driver and the passenger.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining a first location where the item is served and a second location where the item is located at a serving site includes:
determining a delivery path according to the first position and the second position;
acquiring road information corresponding to the delivery path, and determining a third estimated time length required for delivering the article to the first position according to the road information and the delivery path;
and when the third estimated time length is greater than or equal to a preset time length, executing the step of determining the target downwind according to the first position and the second position.
In this embodiment, the delivery capability of the delivery network is limited, and if the vehicle is blocked on the road due to road and vehicle conditions, the delivery times of the delivery network can be reduced, so that most of the items of the delivery network cannot be delivered to the first location.
In this regard, the device determines a dispatch path based on the first location and the second location, the device further determines road information on the dispatch path, and determines a third estimated time required for the item to be dispatched to the first location based on the road information and the dispatch path. The device compares the third estimated time length with the preset time length, if the third estimated time length is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the distribution efficiency of the distribution network points is affected, and at the moment, the device executes the step S10-the step S70, namely the article is distributed along the windmill. Therefore, the distribution efficiency of the distribution network is ensured, and the problem that the articles are accumulated in the distribution network and cannot be distributed to the user is avoided.
In an embodiment, the step of obtaining the first location where the item is served and the second location where the item is located at the distribution site further includes:
acquiring an order number corresponding to the article, and determining the delivery emergency level of the article according to the order number;
and when the delivery emergency level is greater than a preset level, executing the step of acquiring a first position where the item is delivered and a second position where the item is located at a delivery network point.
In this embodiment, the order number of the article includes the requirements that the user has fulfilled for the article. The device acquires the order number corresponding to the article, so that the user's reaching requirement for the article is acquired based on the order number, and the reaching requirement comprises the reaching date. The difference between the current date and the arrival date determines the delivery urgency level of the item, and the smaller the difference, the larger the urgency level. If the dispatch emergency level is higher than the preset level, the speed of dispatching the articles needs to be increased, and more articles are generally dispatched at one time and more time is delayed, so that the articles with the dispatch emergency level higher than the preset level can be dispatched along the wind, namely, the steps from S10 to S70 are executed.
The invention also provides a windmill-based item dispatching device, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the computer program realizes the steps of the windmill-based item dispatching method according to the above embodiment when being executed by the processor.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the downwind based item dispatch method as described in the above embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. The article dispatching method based on the downwind machine is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring a first position of an item distribution and a second position of a distribution network point where the item is located, and determining a target downwind vehicle according to the first position and the second position, wherein a running path of the target downwind vehicle comprises the first position and the second position;
acquiring a first terminal corresponding to a driver of the target downwind vehicle and a second terminal of a passenger;
obtaining a first distribution cost corresponding to the first position for distributing the article, and determining a second distribution cost and an offer amount according to the first distribution cost, wherein the sum of the second distribution cost and the offer amount is smaller than the first distribution cost;
generating first distribution information according to the second distribution cost, the information of the article and the first position, and generating second distribution information according to the preferential amount and the first position;
sending the first serving information to the first terminal, and sending the second serving information to the second terminal;
when agreement information sent by the first terminal and the second terminal is received, generating a distribution request according to the second distribution cost, the preferential amount and the identification of the target windward vehicle;
and sending the distribution request to a third terminal, and sending the first distribution cost to a payment server, so that the payment server sends the first distribution cost to an account corresponding to the third terminal, wherein when receiving the distribution request and payment completion information fed back by the payment server, the third terminal sends a distribution instruction generated according to the first distribution cost to the first terminal, and sends a coupon generated according to the discount amount to the second terminal.
2. The windmill-based item dispatch method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target windmill from the first location and the second location comprises:
determining each candidate downwind vehicle according to the first position and the second position, wherein a travel path of the candidate downwind vehicle comprises the first position and the second position;
acquiring the price of the article, and determining a distribution grade according to the price;
obtaining the credit level of the dispatching of the driver goods corresponding to each candidate windward vehicle;
and determining the candidate downwind wheels corresponding to the credit levels greater than or equal to the dispatching levels as target downwind wheels.
3. The windmill-based item distribution method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a second distribution fee and an offer amount according to the first distribution fee comprises:
acquiring a first estimated time length of the object obtained by the target windward vehicle from the second position and a second estimated time length required by the target windward vehicle for placing the object in a storage device corresponding to the first position when the target windward vehicle reaches a third position, wherein the third position is a stop point corresponding to the first position;
determining the discount amount according to the sum of the first estimated duration and the second estimated duration;
and determining the second distribution cost according to the preferential amount and the first distribution cost.
4. The windmill-based item distribution method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining the offer amount according to the sum of the first estimated duration and the second estimated duration comprises:
acquiring user information of the passenger, and determining the occupation and the academic calendar of the passenger according to the user information;
determining a target duration according to the occupation and the academic calendar, and determining the sum of the first estimated duration and the second estimated duration to obtain a reference value;
when the reference value is less than or equal to the target long time, determining the preset cost as the preferential amount;
and when the reference value is larger than the target time length, determining a difference value between the reference value and the target time length to determine a correction value, and increasing a preset cost according to the correction value to obtain the preferential amount.
5. The windmill-based item serving method of claim 4, wherein the step of determining a target length of time from the occupation and the scholarship comprises:
determining a first weight and a first score corresponding to the occupation, and determining a second weight and a second score corresponding to the academic calendar;

7. The tailwind-based item dispatch method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step of obtaining a first location at which an item is dispatched and a second location at a dispatch site at which the item is located comprises:
determining a delivery path according to the first position and the second position;
acquiring road information corresponding to the delivery path, and determining a third estimated time length required for delivering the article to the first position according to the road information and the delivery path;
and when the third estimated time length is greater than or equal to a preset time length, executing the step of determining the target downwind according to the first position and the second position.
8. The tailwind-based item dispatch method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step of obtaining a first location for the item dispatch and a second location for a dispatch site at which the item is located is preceded by the steps of:
acquiring an order number corresponding to the article, and determining the delivery emergency level of the article according to the order number;
and when the delivery emergency level is greater than a preset level, executing the step of acquiring a first position where the item is delivered and a second position where the item is located at a delivery network point.

A wind turbine based logistics tracking apparatus, characterized in that the big data based logistics tracking apparatus comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the wind turbine based item dispatch method according to any of claims 1-8.
