Technical Field
The invention relates to a detection device and a detection method for a reinforced steel sheet, in particular to a detection device and a detection method for a reinforced steel sheet of an FPC (flexible printed circuit).
Background
At present, the FPC reinforcing steel sheet is widely applied to circuit boards of mobile phones, pads and other equipment and is adhered to the FPC board through back adhesive, so that the strength of the FPC board can be improved, and some manufacturers have certain requirements on the adhesion strength of the reinforcing steel sheet.
Therefore, a detection device is required.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a detection device and a detection method for a reinforced steel sheet of an FPC (flexible printed circuit).
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
a detection device for a reinforced steel sheet of an FPC (flexible printed circuit) comprises a base, a die and a push rod;
the die comprises an upper die and a lower die which are matched; the lower die is arranged in a die cavity on the top surface of the base, and the top surface of the lower die is provided with a board cavity matched with the circuit board; the upper die is suspended at the top of the lower die through a hydraulic rod, and the bottom of the upper die is horizontally and transversely provided with a bottom groove;
when the die is closed, the circuit board is pressed in the board cavity by the bottom slot wall, and the steel sheet on the circuit board is arranged in the bottom slot;
a push head of a push rod which is arranged on one side of the base and driven by the control device is over against one side surface of the steel sheet along the bottom groove, and a first pressure sensor connected with the control device is arranged on the end surface of the push head.
The bottom surface of the push head, the bottom surface of the steel sheet and the top surface of the lower die are in the same horizontal plane.
The opposite side of above-mentioned base is equipped with stress device, includes: the head of the rod is opposite to the stress rod on the other side surface of the steel sheet;
the body of the stress rod penetrates through the detection box, the body of the stress rod is sleeved with the spring, one end of the spring, which is close to the steel sheet, is abutted against the limiting block on the body of the stress rod, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the second pressure sensor arranged on the wall of the detection box;
the second pressure sensor is connected with the control device.
Furthermore, a nut screw groove is horizontally and transversely arranged on the top surface of the detection box, and a nut with the bottom arranged at the end, far away from the spring, of the limiting block is arranged in the nut.
Still further, the end surface of the club head is provided with a third pressure sensor connected with the control device. .
Furthermore, the detection box is provided with an infrared distance meter connected with the control device and is opposite to the head of the stress rod.
Furthermore, the detection box is arranged on the other side of the base through the adjusting device,
the adjusting device comprises a sliding groove which is horizontally and transversely arranged between the contact surfaces of the detection box and the base.
Still further, the adjusting device further comprises a screw rod horizontally and transversely arranged in the base and in toothed connection with the bottom surface of the detection box.
The detection method of the detection device for the reinforced steel sheet of the FPC comprises the following steps:
s1, placing the circuit board reinforced with the steel sheet in a board cavity, closing the die and pressing by a hydraulic rod;
s2, respectively abutting the push rod and the rod head against two side surfaces of the steel sheet;
s3, applying thrust to the push rod to push the steel sheet;
and S4, taking the signal fed back by the infrared distance meter as an intercept point, and obtaining the corresponding thrust, namely the reinforcement of the steel sheet.
The abutment of the head includes:
a1, adjusting a nut, so that a limiting block presses a spring and the feedback elasticity of the spring through a second pressure sensor is 0;
a2, adjusting a screw rod, moving the detection box, linking the rod head to abut against the steel sheet, and feeding back the abutting force to be 0 through a third pressure sensor.
The invention has the advantages that:
a detection device and method of FPC flexible line way board reinforcement steel sheet, through exerting the thrust from the side of the steel sheet, use the steel sheet to be pushed the displacement as the intercept, in order to obtain the reinforcement force of the steel sheet; the screw rod moves the detection box and then is linked with the stress rod to move, so that the displacement of the rod head is adjusted; the nut on the top of the detection box is moved to adjust the reference position of the stress rod relative to the detection box, and meanwhile, errors caused by the deformation of the spring can be eliminated.
The detection device and the method of the invention have simple structure, convenient use, long-term use and high detection precision, and combine the applied thrust modes, such as: the reinforcing strength with different dimensionalities can be obtained by combining time, and the reinforcing device has strong practicability and wide applicability.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
A detection device for a reinforced steel sheet of an FPC (flexible printed circuit) comprises a base 1, a die, a hydraulic rod 6, a push rod and a stress device.
The die comprises an upper die 5 and a lower die 2 which are matched, the top surface of the lower die is provided with a plate cavity matched with the circuit board 3, and the bottom surface of the upper die is horizontally and transversely provided with a bottom groove; and the spacing (width) of the bottom grooves is smaller than the spacing (width) of the plate cavities. The lower die is arranged in a die cavity on the top surface of the base, and the upper die is suspended at the top of the lower die through a hydraulic rod.
And a push rod driven by a control device through a motor 9 is arranged on one side of the base along the horizontal direction, a push head of the push rod is over against one side surface of the steel sheet 4, and a first pressure sensor 8 connected with the control device is arranged on the end surface of the push head. And the bottom surface of the push head 7, the bottom surface of the steel sheet and the top surface of the lower die are in the same horizontal plane.
The other side of the base is provided with a stress device which comprises a stress rod and a detection box; the bottom surface of the detection box is provided with a slide block matched with a slide groove which is arranged on the top surface of the base along the horizontal direction, a screw rod 16 which is arranged along the horizontal direction is arranged in the base, and the thread of the screw rod is in tooth joint with the bottom surface of the detection box; the sliding groove and the screw form an adjusting device. The head 10 of the stress rod is over against the other side of the steel sheet, the rod body penetrates through the detection box, the rod body in the detection box is sleeved with a spring 13, one end of the spring, which is close to the steel sheet, is abutted against a limiting block on the rod body, and the other end of the spring is abutted against a second pressure sensor 14 which is arranged on the wall of the detection box and connected with the control device; preferably, the top surface of the detection box is horizontally and transversely provided with a nut screw groove, and a nut 12 with the bottom arranged at the end of the limiting block far away from the spring is arranged in the detection box. The detection box 15 is provided with an infrared distance meter 17 connected with a control device and is opposite to the head of the stress rod.
Preferably, the end face of the head is provided with a third pressure sensor 11 connected to the control device.
The detection method comprises the following steps:
s1, placing the circuit board reinforced with the steel sheet in the board cavity, driving the hydraulic rod to press down by the control device to link the upper die to descend, and closing the die;
s2, respectively abutting the push rod and the rod head against two side surfaces of the steel sheet; wherein, the laminating of pole head includes:
a1, adjusting the nut along the nut screw groove to enable the limiting block to press the spring, obtaining the pressed elastic force of the spring through the feedback of the second pressure sensor, and then reversely adjusting the nut to enable the feedback elastic force of the second pressure sensor to be 0;
a2, adjusting a screw rod, moving the detection box and linking the rod head to move, enabling the rod head to be abutted against the steel sheet, feeding back the abutting force through a third pressure sensor, and reversely adjusting a nut to enable the abutting force to be 0;
s3, the control device drives the push rod to apply thrust through the motor so as to push the steel sheet;
and S4, taking the signal fed back by the infrared distance meter as an intercept point, obtaining the corresponding thrust, namely the reinforcement of the steel sheet, and judging whether the thrust meets the requirement.
