Two ends of the V-shaped structure are provided with barrier strips 9; through setting up blend stop 9, be convenient for prevent that a cigarette from breaking away from both sides. The connection between the first plate 7 and the second plate 8 is in arc transition. Therefore, the cigarette can be rolled out smoothly.
In particular, the driving mechanism 4 is located outside the second plate 8; an inclined plane is arranged at one edge of the first plate 7 far away from the second plate 8. I.e. during use, the cigarettes roll out of the first plate 7.
Further, as a driving implementation manner, the driving mechanism 4 includes a rotating shaft 10, a cam 11 and a driving motor; the rotating shaft 10 is rotatably arranged on the base 5, and the cam 11 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 10; the driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft 10, and the driving motor is configured to drive the rotating shaft 10 to rotate. In practice, the cam 11 may be replaced by an eccentric.

In this embodiment, the bottom of the measuring hopper 3 is rotatably connected with the supporting seat 2, the base 5 is further provided with a limiting block 12, and the limiting block 12 is used for limiting the position of the second plate 8; when the measuring bucket 3 is in the first working state, the second plate 8 abuts against the limiting part. In order to enable the measuring bucket 3 to return to the first working state when not being acted by the driving mechanism 4, the weight of the second plate 8 is greater than that of the first plate 7, and the first plate 7 and the second plate 8 are symmetrically arranged, so that the torque generated by the second plate 8 under the action of gravity is greater than that generated by the first plate 7 under the action of gravity. So as to realize the automatic reset of the measuring hopper.
Of course, the automatic return of the measuring bucket to the first operating state may be realized in other ways. For example, an elastic element is added, and two ends of the elastic element are respectively connected to the outer side of the second plate 8 and the supporting seat, so that the spring element generates an elastic force to urge the second plate 8 to move towards the direction close to the limiting block 12.

S2, generating a control signal according to the measuring result; the control signal is set to control the driving mechanism to drive the measuring hopper to be switched from the first working state to the second working state. In the implementation, the measurement result of the electronic scale may be obtained by a controller (or an electrical signal of the electronic scale may be directly obtained), and the controller generates a control signal for controlling the driving mechanism according to the measurement result of the electronic scale, specifically, the control signal may be a PWM wave, and a specific waveform thereof is preset.
S3, controlling the driving mechanism to stop operating so that the measuring hopper can be kept in the second working state for 0.5 to 3 seconds; in a specific implementation, the driving mechanism is enabled to switch the measuring bucket from the first operating state to the second operating state through the control signal, and the measuring bucket is kept in the second operating state for 0.5 to 3 seconds, specifically, 0.5 second, 1 second, 1.5 seconds, 2 seconds, 2.5 seconds, 3 seconds, or the like. The cigarette weighing device can be calibrated by the manufactured self-discharging cigarette weighing device, and particularly, the cigarette can be completely discharged within the holding time.
