Claims (1)

1. A hot air drying device for processing dog food raw materials, which is characterized by comprising:
a device main body (1), wherein the device main body (1) comprises a processing box (110), and a separation plate (111) is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the processing box (110);
the material receiving seat (112), the material receiving seat (112) is connected to one end of the processing box (110), and a material receiving box (113) is inserted into the material receiving seat (112);
the hot air blower (114), the hot air blower (114) is embedded and installed on one side of the processing box (110), a control panel (115) is fixedly installed on one surface of the hot air blower (114) outside the processing box (110), an electric conveying belt (116) is fixedly installed at one end of the hot air blower (114), and one side of the electric conveying belt (116) is embedded and installed on two surfaces of the processing box (110);
the blanking mechanism (2) is arranged on the separation plate (111) and is positioned at one end of one side of the electric conveying belt (116);
the material distributing mechanism (4) is arranged on the inner surface of the processing box (110) and is positioned at one end of the material receiving seat (112);
the blanking mechanism (2) comprises a separating plate (210), one side of the separating plate (210) is connected to the separating plate (111), blanking grids (211) are embedded and installed on the separating plate (210), the number of the blanking grids (211) is three, a frame (212) is fixedly installed on one surface of the processing box (110), a motor (213) is fixedly installed at one end of the frame (212), an output end of the motor (213) is connected with a reciprocating screw rod (214), the reciprocating screw rod (214) penetrates through one surface of the processing box (110) through a rotating shaft and is connected to the inner surface of the processing box (110) through a bearing, a reciprocating sleeve (215) is sleeved on the reciprocating screw rod (214), a limit rod (216) is inserted into a hollow groove formed in the reciprocating sleeve (215), two sides of the limit rod (216) are both connected to the inner surface of the processing box (110), a pushing plate (217) is fixedly installed at one end of the reciprocating sleeve (215), and one end of the pushing plate (217) is inserted into the inner part of the separating plate (210);
the material dividing mechanism (4) comprises a partition plate (410), wherein the partition plate (410) is arranged on the inner wall of the processing box (110), one end of the partition plate (410) is provided with a falling plate (411), the falling plate (411) is provided with first material dividing grooves (412), the number of the first material dividing grooves (412) is four, the partition plate (410) is provided with second material dividing grooves (413), the number of the second material dividing grooves (413) is four, three material dividing filter screens (414) are connected in the first material dividing grooves (412), the aperture of the three material dividing filter screens (414) is gradually increased, the inner surface of the material receiving box (113) is fixedly provided with partition plates (415), and the number of the partition plates (415) is four;
the four partition plates (415) are provided with air return filter screens (423) in an embedded mode, the aperture of each air return filter screen (423) is smaller, the processing boxes (110) on the first side of each partition plate (111) are provided with air inlet pipelines (424) in an embedded mode, the number of the air inlet pipelines (424) is three, the processing boxes (110) on the second side of each partition plate (111) are provided with air return pipelines (425) in an embedded mode, one ends of each air return pipeline (425) and one end of each air inlet pipeline (424) are fixedly provided with air guide pipelines (426), and the air guide pipelines (426), the air return pipelines (425) and the air inlet pipelines (424) are communicated;
a movable groove (218) is formed in the pushing plate (217), a movable block (219) is inserted into the movable groove (218), a counterweight bar (220) is fixedly arranged on the movable block (219) at the first end of the movable groove (218), and a hairbrush bar (221) is fixedly arranged on the movable block (219) at the second end of the movable groove (218);
