Specifically, the suction cup lifting assembly comprises: a second guide rail 81 disposed longitudinally; a second screw 82 provided along the second rail 81; a beam 83 having one end slidably connected to the second rail 81 and the other end connected to the top of the vacuum chuck assembly; and a second driving mechanism 84 electrically connected to the controller and adapted to drive the second screw 82 to rotate, and the cross member 83 is further threadedly connected to the second screw 82. For example, the second drive mechanism 84 includes: a second motor 841 electrically connected to the controller; a second pulley assembly (not shown) connected between the second motor 841 and the second screw 82.
Wherein, the second motor 841 is used for driving the second belt pulley component 842 to rotate under the control of the controller, the second belt pulley component is used for driving the second screw 82 to rotate, the second screw 82 is used for driving the beam 83 to lift, and the beam 83 is used for driving the vacuum chuck component to lift.
Specifically, the chuck translation assembly includes: a third guide rail 91 horizontally disposed on the bottom wall of the range hood 1; a third screw 92 provided along the third rail 91; a support table 93 slidably connected to the third guide rail 91 and threadedly connected to the third screw 92; and a third drive mechanism 94 electrically connected to the controller and adapted to drive the third screw 92 in rotation. For example, the third drive mechanism 94 includes: a third motor 941 electrically connected to the controller; and a third pulley assembly 942 connected between the third motor 941 and the third screw 92.
The third motor is used for driving the third belt pulley assembly to rotate under the control of the controller, the third belt pulley assembly (not shown) is used for driving the third screw rod 92 to rotate, the third screw rod 92 is used for driving the supporting platform 93 to translate, and the supporting platform is used for driving the sucker lifting assembly arranged on the supporting platform to translate. Specifically, the second screw 82, the second motor 841 and the second pulley assembly 842 in the suction cup lifting assembly are all disposed on the supporting platform 93.
The specific working flow of the automatic transmission device of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, the transparent protection plate 3 is driven to translate from an initial position to a corresponding appointed position through the protection plate translation assembly, and then the vacuum sucker assembly is driven to move to the appointed position through the sucker translation assembly and the sucker lifting assembly and is abutted to the top surface of the transparent protection plate 3; then, the transparent protection plate 3 is adsorbed by the vacuum sucker component, and the vacuum sucker component is driven by the sucker translation component and the sucker lifting component to move into a cleaning tank of the automatic cleaning device for cleaning and drying; after the transparent protection plate 3 is cleaned, the operation is performed reversely through the automatic transmission device to move the cleaned transparent protection plate 3 back to the initial position, so that the automatic transmission of the transparent protection plate 3 is realized. In order to facilitate the transparent protection plate 3 to be moved by the suction cup assembly, a clearance fit is preferably provided between the transparent protection plate 3 and the transmission plate 41.
It is thus clear that this embodiment can prevent through installation transparent guard plate 3 that the camera from receiving the oil smoke invasion and disturb, and can not influence the camera and gather the oil smoke image. When the transparent shielding plate 3 needs to be cleaned, the transparent shielding plate can be firstly conveyed into the automatic cleaning assembly from an initial position through the automatic conveying device; then, automatically cleaning and drying the transparent protection plate through the automatic cleaning assembly; and finally, conveying the cleaned transparent protection plate back to the initial position through the automatic conveying device. Thereby, can realize the self-cleaning of transparent guard plate when protecting the interior camera of cigarette, labour saving and time saving has greatly improved the intelligent level of cigarette machine.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a cleaning method of a protection system, which is realized based on the self-cleaning protection system for protecting the camera in the cigarette machine. As shown in fig. 7, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s1, receiving a protection plate cleaning instruction.
For example, when the transparent fender needs to be cleaned, a user may input a fender cleaning command through a control switch or control panel on the range hood.
And S2, controlling the automatic transmission device to transmit the transparent protection plate from the initial position to the automatic cleaning assembly.
Specifically, firstly, the protection plate translation assembly is controlled to drive the transparent protection plate 3 to translate from an initial position (namely above the window 11) to a corresponding specified position, and then the sucker translation assembly and the sucker lifting assembly are controlled to drive the vacuum sucker assembly to move to the specified position and enable the vacuum sucker assembly to be abutted against the top surface of the transparent protection plate 3; then, control vacuum chuck subassembly adsorbs transparent guard plate 3, and rethread sucking disc translation subassembly and sucking disc lifting unit drive the vacuum chuck subassembly and remove in self-cleaning device's the washing tank.
And S3, controlling the automatic cleaning assembly to clean the transparent protection plate.
Specifically, the water pump on the water inlet pipe 53 is first started to inject a predetermined amount of clean water into the cleaning tank 51, and meanwhile, the weight data sampled by the current gravity sensor 56 is obtained and recorded as G1, that is, G1 represents the weight of the cleaning tank 51 before water is introduced. After the water injection is completed, the ultrasonic generator 52 is controlled to clean the transparent protection plate 3 in the cleaning tank 51, and the cleaning time can be preset. After the cleaning is completed, the water pump on the water outlet pipe 54 is started to discharge the sewage in the cleaning tank 51 outwards, and the real-time weight sampled by the gravity sensor 56 is obtained and recorded as G2. And when G2< G1+ x, judging that the sewage in the cleaning tank 51 is completely discharged, wherein x represents a preset weight deviation, and the physical meaning represents the weight of the sewage remained on the inner wall of the cleaning tank 51 and the transparent protection plate 3. When the sewage in the cleaning tank 51 is completely discharged, the water pump on the water outlet pipe 54 is closed, and the dryer 55 is started to dry the transparent protection plate 3 in the cleaning tank 51.
Wherein, the step of controlling the ultrasonic generator 52 to clean the transparent protection plate 3 in the cleaning tank 51 comprises:
firstly, two frames of image data collected by the camera before the cleaning instruction of the protection plate 3 is received are obtained.
Then, the blurring degree of the transparent protection plate 3 is obtained according to the image data.
And finally, controlling the ultrasonic generator 52 to perform cleaning operation of corresponding gears on the transparent protection plate 3 according to the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate 3.
In an embodiment, the degree of blur of the transparent shielding plate 3 may be obtained as follows:
firstly, acquiring the variance of the second derivative of the image data of each frame;
then, obtaining a difference value delta D between the variances;
and finally, determining the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate 3 according to the preset threshold range to which the difference value delta D belongs.
For example, when Δ D < a first threshold, the degree of blurring of the transparent shield 3 is determined to be severe; when the first threshold value is not more than delta D and less than the second threshold value, determining that the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate 3 is moderate; when the second threshold value is not more than delta D and less than the third threshold value, determining the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate 3 to be mild; when the delta D is larger than a third threshold value, the fuzzy degree of the transparent protective plate 3 is determined to be clear.
When the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate 3 is light, controlling the gear of the ultrasonic generator 52 to be 1 gear; when the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate 3 is moderate, controlling the gear of the ultrasonic generator 52 to be 2; when the degree of blurring of the transparent shielding plate 3 is severe, the gear of the ultrasonic generator 52 is controlled to be 3.
And S4, controlling the automatic transmission device to transmit the cleaned transparent protection plate 3 back to the initial position.
Specifically, the automatic transfer device is controlled to perform the step of step S2 in reverse to move the cleaned transparent shield plate 3 onto the window 11 which re-covers the bottom wall of the range hood 1.
Through the steps, automatic transmission and cleaning of the transparent protection plate 3 are achieved, time and labor are saved, meanwhile, corresponding cleaning gears can be automatically matched according to the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate 3, and the intelligent degree is further improved.

Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A automatically cleaning protection system for protecting camera in cigarette machine, its characterized in that, protection system includes:
the transparent protection plate covers a window formed in the bottom wall of the cigarette making machine, and the window is right opposite to a camera in the cigarette making machine;
the automatic cleaning device is used for cleaning the transparent protection plate;
an automatic transfer device for transferring the transparent protection plate between the window and the automatic cleaning device;
the automatic bouncing device is used for automatically bouncing the transparent protection plate; and
the controller is electrically connected with the automatic cleaning device and the automatic transmission device;
the controller is used for receiving a protection plate cleaning instruction, controlling the automatic transmission device to transmit the transparent protection plate from an initial position to the automatic cleaning device, controlling the automatic cleaning device to clean the transparent protection plate, and controlling the automatic transmission device to transmit the cleaned transparent protection plate back to the initial position;
the automatic transmission device comprises:
the protective plate translation assembly is used for driving the transparent protective plate to translate along the translation guide rail;
the vacuum chuck assembly is used for adsorbing the transparent protection plate;
the sucker lifting assembly is used for driving the vacuum sucker assembly to lift; and
the sucker translation assembly is used for driving the sucker lifting assembly to translate;
the controller is electrically connected with the protection plate translation assembly, the vacuum sucker assembly, the sucker lifting assembly and the sucker translation assembly;
the automatic cleaning device includes:
a wash tank mounted on a bottom wall of the range hood;
the ultrasonic generator is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank and is electrically connected with the controller; and
and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are communicated with the cleaning tank.
2. The self-cleaning shield system of claim 1, wherein the apron translation assembly comprises:
the first guide rail is arranged on the bottom wall of the cigarette machine along the direction of the translation guide rail;
a first screw disposed along the first guide rail;
the clamping part is used for clamping and fixing the transparent protection plate, and is in sliding connection with the first guide rail and in threaded connection with the first screw; and
and the first driving mechanism is electrically connected with the controller and is used for driving the first screw rod to rotate.
3. A self-cleaning protective system according to claim 1, wherein said vacuum cup assembly comprises:
a suction cup holder;
at least one vacuum chuck arranged at the bottom of the chuck support;
at least one vacuum pump arranged on the sucker bracket and electrically connected with the controller; and
at least one connecting pipe connected between the vacuum chuck and the vacuum pump.
4. A self-cleaning protective system according to claim 1, wherein said suction cup lifting assembly comprises:
a second guide rail arranged longitudinally;
a second screw arranged along the second guide rail;
the beam is connected with the top of the vacuum sucker component at one end and is in sliding connection with the second guide rail at the other end, and the beam is also in threaded connection with the second screw; and
and the second driving mechanism is electrically connected with the controller and is used for driving the second screw rod to rotate.
5. A self-cleaning shield system according to claim 1, wherein said suction cup translation assembly comprises:
a third guide rail horizontally disposed on a bottom wall of the range hood;
a third screw arranged along the third guide rail;
the supporting table is connected with the third guide rail in a sliding manner and is in threaded connection with the third screw; and
the third driving mechanism is electrically connected with the controller and is used for driving the third screw rod to rotate;
wherein, the sucking disc lifting component is arranged on the supporting platform.
6. A self-cleaning protective system according to claim 1, wherein said automatic cleaning device further comprises: and the dryer is communicated with the cleaning tank and is electrically connected with the controller.
7. A self-cleaning protective system according to claim 1, wherein said automatic cleaning device further comprises: and the gravity sensor is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank and is electrically connected with the controller.
8. The self-cleaning protective system of claim 1, wherein water pumps are provided on the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, respectively; the controller is electrically connected with the water pump.
9. A self-cleaning guard system according to claim 1 wherein said automatic pop-up device includes a drive plate and a pair of pop-up mechanisms disposed within the cigarette maker, wherein:
the transmission plate comprises a U-shaped plate and a pair of lug plates which are respectively turned outwards from two ends of the U-shaped plate, the U-shaped plate bears the transparent protection plate, and a through hole is formed in a bottom plate of the U-shaped plate;
the pop-up mechanism includes:
an electromagnet fixed in the cigarette maker;
the upright post penetrates through the electromagnet;
the push plate is transversely fixed at the top end of the upright post;
the iron sheet is transversely fixed at the bottom end of the upright post;
the spring is arranged between the electromagnet and the iron sheet and sleeved on the upright post;
the push plates of the pair of bouncing mechanisms are supported below the pair of ear plates in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
10. A cleaning method for a protection system, which is realized based on the self-cleaning protection system of any one of claims 1 to 9, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a protection plate cleaning instruction;
controlling the automatic transmission device to transmit the transparent protection plate from the initial position to the automatic cleaning device;
controlling an ultrasonic generator in the automatic cleaning device to clean the transparent protection plate;
and controlling the automatic transmission device to transmit the cleaned transparent protection plate back to the initial position.
11. The cleaning method according to claim 10, wherein the controlling the ultrasonic generator in the automatic cleaning device to clean the transparent protection plate comprises:
acquiring two frames of image data collected by the camera before the protection plate cleaning instruction is received;
acquiring the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate according to the image data;
and controlling the ultrasonic generator to carry out cleaning operation of corresponding gears on the transparent protection plate according to the fuzzy degree.
12. The cleaning method according to claim 11, wherein the obtaining of the degree of blurring of the transparent protective plate based on the image data comprises:
acquiring the variance of the second derivative of the image data of each frame;
obtaining a difference between the variances;
and determining the fuzzy degree of the transparent protection plate according to the preset threshold range to which the difference value belongs.
