Abstract
The invention provides a supporting system for a post-cast strip, which comprises an independent supporting unit, a post-cast strip supporting mechanism and a beam plate supporting unit. The independent supporting units are provided with two groups and are respectively arranged on two sides of the post-cast strip, and each independent supporting unit comprises a first supporting truss and a plurality of first templates. The post-cast strip supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of supporting components and a plurality of auxiliary templates; each supporting component can upwards overturn to the level setting at the auxiliary template that corresponds, and both ends respectively with the first template butt joint back in two sets of independent supporting unit, the level rotates to the auxiliary template below that corresponds to support the auxiliary template along vertical direction. the beam plate supporting units are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of beam plate supporting units are respectively arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two groups of independent supporting units; any one group of beam slab supporting units are arranged on one side, away from the post-cast strip supporting mechanism, of the corresponding independent supporting unit along the second direction, so as to be supported together with the independent supporting units and be used for casting and molding the post-cast strip along the beam slabs on two sides of the second direction.
2. The support system for a post-cast strip of claim 1, wherein each of the first support trusses comprises:
the first upright posts are arranged at intervals along the first direction, and each first upright post is arranged along the vertical direction;
a plurality of second vertical rods are arranged along the first direction at intervals, and each second vertical rod is arranged along the vertical direction; each second vertical rod and each first vertical rod are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and any one second vertical rod and the corresponding first vertical rod are arranged at intervals along the second direction; and
a plurality of horizontal rods are uniformly distributed between the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod which are adjacent along the first direction and the second direction, and between the first vertical rod and the first vertical rod as well as between the second vertical rod and the second vertical rod; the water connecting rods positioned between any first vertical rod and any second vertical rod, and between any first vertical rod and any second vertical rod, are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction so as to be combined with the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod together to form a supporting structure;
wherein, a plurality of first template tiling in first pole setting and the top of second pole setting.
3. The support system for a post-cast strip of claim 2, wherein the horizontal bar is removably connected to the first vertical bar;
the horizontal rod is detachably connected with the second vertical rod.
4. The support system for a post-cast strip as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the support assemblies is disposed in one-to-one correspondence with each of the first uprights, each of the support assemblies comprising:
the base is used for being arranged on the ground below the post-cast strip;
the supporting rod is arranged along the vertical direction, and the bottom end of the supporting rod is connected with the base;
a hinge rod having a hinge rod first end and a hinge rod second end opposite the hinge rod first end; the first end of the hinged rod is rotatably connected with the first vertical rod, and the second end of the hinged rod is rotatably connected with the supporting rod; and
the jack is arranged along the vertical direction and is provided with a fixed end and a jacking end, the fixed end is arranged at the top end of the supporting rod, and the jacking end extends upwards and is horizontally placed with the corresponding overturning auxiliary template in a butting mode.
5. A support system for a post-cast strip according to claim 4, characterised in that each said articulated mast comprises a connecting rod and two clasping structures; the two holding structures are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting rod; each holding structure comprises two semicircular lantern rings and a locking bolt; both ends of each semicircular lantern ring extend outwards along the radial direction, and a through hole for the locking bolt to pass through is formed in the extending end;
and each supporting rod and each first vertical rod are provided with annular grooves for the clamping structure to be clamped in.
6. A support system for a post-cast strip according to claim 5, wherein the outer annular surface of one of the semi-circular collars is hinged to the connecting rod with the axis of hinging lying horizontally.
7. The support system for a post-cast strip of claim 1, wherein each auxiliary form comprises a plate body and a tie bar; the plate body is a rectangular plate body; the pull rod is positioned below the plate body, one end of the pull rod is hinged with the plate body, and the other end of the pull rod is hinged with the corresponding first template;
the bottom of the plate body is provided with a first hinged seat for hinging one end of the pull rod, and the bottom of the first template is provided with a second hinged seat for hinging the other end of the pull rod.
8. The support system for a post-cast strip as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of the two ends of each of the panels is tongue and groove mated with two corresponding ones of the first forms along the second direction.
9. The support system for a post-cast strip of claim 1, wherein each set of the beam panel support units includes a second support truss and a plurality of second formworks; a plurality of second template horizontal tiling is established the top of second support truss, and with first template parallel and level sets up.
