The invention provides a repairing structure and a repairing method for a bushing on a flat side of a working roll, wherein the repairing structure for the bushing on the flat side of the working roll comprises mounting holes formed in the connecting position of the flat side and the bushing, the diameter of each mounting hole is larger than the fit clearance between the flat side and the bushing, the mounting holes are uniformly distributed around the bushing, and the mounting holes are threaded holes; and screws are arranged in the mounting holes, the depth of the mounting holes is greater than the length of the screws, and when the bushing is repaired, the screws are completely arranged in the mounting holes and then subjected to end face spot welding. The repair structure of flat side is simple in this scheme, and repair operation steps are few, and the realization bush that can be quick restores with being connected of flat side, returns the factory to restore and compares, and required cost is low, the effectual repair efficiency that has improved for the equipment after restoreing comes into use fast.

Background
When equipment is purchased, the flat square inner bushing of the hot continuous rolling working roll is in interference fit with the flat square inner hole, so that the flat square and the bushing are fixed, and in the using process, the bushing in the flat square is often loosened and falls off due to the vibration of the equipment, the abrasion of the bushing and the like, and if the equipment accident cannot be found in time, the equipment accident is caused. If the problem of liner falling occurs, the existing method can only be used for factory restoration, and a new liner is re-processed according to the flat square size after the liner is returned to the factory for installation, so that the time consumption is long, the transportation cost is high, and the quantity of the on-site normal backup rollers is influenced.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a repair structure for a bushing on a flat side of a work roll, comprising mounting holes formed at the connecting position of the flat side and the bushing, wherein the diameter of the mounting holes is larger than the fit clearance between the flat side and the bushing, the mounting holes are uniformly distributed around the bushing, and the mounting holes are threaded holes; and screws are arranged in the mounting holes, the depth of the mounting holes is greater than the length of the screws, and when the bushing is repaired, the screws are completely arranged in the mounting holes and then the end face spot welding is carried out.
Further, when the fit clearance between the bush and the flat square is larger than 0.1mm, a circle of bulges used for compensating the fit clearance between the bush and the flat square are arranged on the cylindrical surface of the bush.
Further, the mounting holes are provided with four in total.
In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides a method for repairing a work roll edgewise upper bushing, comprising the steps of:
s1, measuring the fit clearance between the flat square and the bushing, and placing the bushing into the flat square;
s2, when the fit clearance between the flat square and the bushing is smaller than 0.1mm, drilling a hole between the flat square inner hole and the bushing, uniformly drilling the hole around the circumference of the bushing, and then tapping the drilled hole to form a mounting hole for mounting a screw;
s3, pre-installing screws in the installation holes, and screwing out the screws after the screws are completely installed;
and S4, coating thread sealing glue on the screws, reloading the screws into the mounting holes and screwing the screws tightly.
Further, after step S4 is performed, mounting hole spot welding is performed and the spot protruding portion is ground so that the welding surface is flush with the end surface of the bush.
Further, after step S1, if the fit clearance between the flat square and the bushing is greater than 0.1mm, a circle of protrusions are formed on the outer cylindrical surface of the bushing, and then the hole is tapped after the hole is drilled between the flat square and the bushing, and then the above step S3 is performed.

When the fit clearance between the flat square 1 and the lining 2 is too large, a circle of bulges can be arranged on the outer cylindrical surface of the lining 2 to make up the fit clearance between the flat square 1 and the lining 2. In this embodiment, four mounting holes 3 are formed.

The repair structure of the bushing on the edgewise of the work roll according to claim 1, wherein when the fit clearance between the bushing and the edgewise is greater than 0.1mm, a circle of protrusions for making up the fit clearance between the bushing and the edgewise is provided on the cylindrical surface of the bushing.

s1, measuring the fit clearance between the flat square and the bushing, and placing the bushing into the flat square;
s2, when the fit clearance between the flat square and the bushing is smaller than 0.1mm, drilling a hole between the flat square inner hole and the bushing, uniformly drilling the hole around the circumference of the bushing, and then tapping the drilled hole to form a mounting hole for mounting a screw;
s3, pre-installing screws in the installation holes, and screwing out the screws after the screws are completely installed;
and S4, coating thread sealing glue on the screws, reloading the screws into the mounting holes and screwing the screws tightly.
5. The method for repairing a work roll edgewise bushing according to claim 4, wherein after performing step S4, the mounting hole spot welding is performed and the spot weld bead protrusion is ground so that the weld face is flush with the bushing end face.

The method of claim 4, wherein after step S1, if the fit clearance between the flat and the bushing is greater than 0.1mm, the step S3 is performed after a circle of protrusions are formed on the outer cylindrical surface of the bushing, and the hole is tapped after the hole is drilled between the flat and the bushing.
