Abstract
The application relates to a threaded hole repairing method, which comprises the following steps: reaming a threaded hole to be repaired on the workpiece and machining a first thread to form a mounting hole; installing a blocking head in the installation hole, wherein a second thread on the blocking head is in matched connection with the first thread; cutting off the part of the blocking head protruding out of the mounting hole so that the blocking head is flush with the outer end face of the mounting hole; and processing a target threaded hole. The difficult prosthetic problem of present screw hole can be solved to this scheme.

S200, installing the blocking head 600 in the installation hole, and enabling a second thread on the blocking head 600 to be connected with the first thread in a matched mode. In this case, the second thread on the plugging head 600 matches with the first thread in the mounting hole, so that the plugging head 600 can be screwed into the mounting hole to plug the mounting hole.
And S300, cutting off the part of the blocking head 600 protruding out of the mounting hole so that the blocking head 600 is flush with the outer end face of the mounting hole. Compared with other plugging modes, the embodiment disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in use, firmness in plugging and the like, so that plugging and repairing of the threaded hole can be quickly realized, the difficulty and cost of plugging and repairing the threaded hole are reduced, and the repairing effect of the threaded hole is improved.
It should be noted that, in the threaded hole repairing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, not only the threaded hole may be repaired to process the target threaded hole, but also the threaded hole drilled in the workpiece 700 by a deviation or an error may be plugged, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the plugging head 600 may include the connected threaded section 610 and the straight rod section 620, the threaded section 610 may have the second thread, and under the condition that the second thread is in fit connection with the first thread, that is, under the condition that the plugging head 600 plugs the mounting hole, at least a part of the straight rod section 620 may be in interference fit with the opening of the mounting hole, so that not only the plugging firmness of the plugging head 600 may be improved, but also the plugging effect of the plugging head 600 may be better, so as to prevent the first thread or the second thread from being exposed outside the mounting hole, and further, the appearance performance of the workpiece 700 may be ensured.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the outer end of the plugging head 600 may be provided with a handle 630, and the step S200 may specifically include:

In table 1 below: the parameter A expresses the aperture of a target threaded hole; parameter B represents the length of the plugging head 600; the parameter D represents the outer diameter of the plugging head 600. Moreover, in the following table 1, not only the parameters of different apertures corresponding to the same kind of target holes are provided, but also the application parameters of different kinds of target holes are included, for example, the target holes may be threaded holes, through holes and NPT (National (American) Pipe Thread, american standard spinal canal) threaded holes, and the worker may select a proper plugging head 600 according to the specific aperture of the target hole to be processed, so that not only the difficulty and cost increase due to too large drilling for the threaded hole can be better prevented, but also the material of the plugging head 600 is prevented from being wasted; the blocking head 600 and the target threaded hole can be prevented from being damaged when the target threaded hole is machined again, and therefore the reliability of the insert blocking is affected.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the plug 600 may be a solid rod-shaped member, the strength of the plug 600 with this structure is relatively high, so that the plug is not easily broken, and the plug 600 with this structure is also convenient for forming the target threaded hole.
In the embodiment disclosed by the invention, in an optional embodiment, the material of the plug can be the same as that of the workpiece 700, so that the problems of stress concentration and insufficient strength of the material can be avoided.
In another optional embodiment, the material of the plugging head 600 may be nodular cast iron, and the plugging head 600 made of the material may be suitable for some workpieces 700 which are complex in stress and have high requirements on strength, toughness and wear resistance, and is suitable for being used as a raw material for plugging. For example, the material of the plugging head 600 may be nodular cast iron 400, and the carbon content may be 3.0-4.0%. Of course, the material of the blocking head 600 may be other types, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.

1. A method of repairing a threaded hole, comprising:
reaming a threaded hole to be repaired on the workpiece and machining a first thread to form a mounting hole;
installing a blocking head in the installation hole, wherein a second thread on the blocking head is in matched connection with the first thread;
cutting off the part of the blocking head protruding out of the mounting hole so that the blocking head is flush with the outer end face of the mounting hole;
processing a target threaded hole;
the blocking head comprises a thread section and a straight rod section which are connected, the thread section is provided with the second thread, and at least part of the straight rod section is in interference fit with the opening of the mounting hole under the condition that the second thread is in fit connection with the first thread.
2. The threaded hole repairing method according to claim 1, wherein a handle is arranged at an outer end of the blocking head, the blocking head is installed in the installation hole, and the matching connection of the second thread on the blocking head and the first thread specifically comprises:
screwing at least part of the stopper head into the mounting hole by the handle.

The method for repairing a threaded hole according to claim 1, wherein before the step of mounting the plugging head to the mounting hole and the step of connecting the second thread of the plugging head with the first thread in a matching manner, the method further comprises the following steps:
and coating thread tooth fixing glue on the first threads.
4. A method of repairing a threaded hole as defined in claim 3 wherein said thread bond adhesive is a loctite adhesive.
5. The threaded hole repairing method according to claim 1, wherein the reaming of the threaded hole to be repaired in the workpiece and the machining of the first thread to form the mounting hole specifically comprise:
measuring the wall thickness of the threaded hole;
and expanding and drilling the mounting hole according to the wall thickness of the threaded hole.
6. A method of repairing a threaded hole as defined in claim 1 wherein said plugging head is a solid rod member.
7. The method for repairing a threaded hole according to claim 1, wherein the material of the plugging head is the same as the material of the workpiece.
8. The method for repairing a threaded hole according to claim 1, wherein the material of the plugging head is nodular cast iron.
