Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides an axle repairing method and an axle, wherein the method comprises the following steps: processing a sinking platform capable of accommodating a plugging bolt at an original bolt hole at the axle end of an axle; plugging a plugging bolt into the original bolt hole; a new bolt hole is formed in the shaft end, and a preset included angle is formed between a connecting line of the center of the new bolt hole and the axle center of the axle and a connecting line of the center of the original bolt hole and the axle center. In the embodiment of the application, the repairing steps in the repairing process of the axle are simple, so that the axle can be repeatedly used, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of rail vehicle maintenance, in particular to an axle repairing method and an axle.
Background
The axle is one of the important parts on the bogie in large road maintenance machinery, it is the pivot of wheel pair rotation, the axle not only forms the wheel pair with the wheel, both ends of the axle also need to cooperate with axle box device to realize the moving function of the vehicle, the quality of the axle is good or bad, directly concerns the running safety of the vehicle, so must strictly control the quality problem in the manufacture and maintenance of the axle.

According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided an axle repairing method, including the steps of:
processing a sinking platform capable of accommodating a plugging bolt at an original bolt hole at the axle end of an axle;
plugging a plugging bolt into the original bolt hole;
a new bolt hole is formed in the shaft end, and a preset included angle is formed between a connecting line of the center of the new bolt hole and the shaft center of the axle and a connecting line of the center of the original bolt hole and the shaft center.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided an axle repaired by the method for repairing an axle as described above.
By adopting the axle repairing method and the axle provided by the embodiment of the application, the following advantages are achieved:

As shown in fig. 1 to 11, an axle repairing method includes the steps of:
s1, processing a sinking platform capable of accommodating the plugging bolt at the original bolt hole at the axle end of the axle;
exemplarily, an axle of the wheel set to be repaired is transferred to a boring machine or a planer type milling machine, two V-shaped blocks are erected on the axle diameters of two ends of the axle, the axle diameters and the V-shaped blocks are noticed, copper sheets are padded at the axle diameters and a pressing plate to protect the axle diameters, the axle diameters are prevented from being damaged by pressing, the axle is aligned, the axle is pressed and positioned by the pressing plate, a plugging bolt 2 is installed at an original bolt hole 11 of the axle end of the axle 1, and the center of the plugging bolt 2 is aligned by the machine tool, namely, the center of the original bolt hole of the axle end of the axle 1 is aligned; as shown in fig. 2, the plugging bolt 2 is detached, and a sinking platform is machined at the original bolt hole opening of the axle end 1 in a boring mode.
S2, plugging the plugging bolt into the original bolt hole;
exemplarily, as shown in fig. 3, according to the specifications of the internal threads of the shaft end threaded hole of the shaft of the original axle 1, selecting M16, M20 and M24 corresponding to the specifications of the internal threads to plug the bolt 2; furthermore, the plugging bolt 2 can be coated with a Letai 263 or other thread fastening glue with strength, the plugging bolt 2 is screwed into the original bolt hole of the shaft end of the axle 1, and the plugging bolt 2 and the sinking platform of the original bolt hole in the shaft end of the axle 1 are screwed and fixed; as shown in fig. 6, the protruding portion of the plug bolt plug 2 is milled in the tightening direction of the plug bolt 2, and the protruding portion of the plug bolt plug 2 is exposed to the axial end face of the axle 1, that is: the surface of the plugging bolt (2) is flush with the end face of the shaft.
And S3, forming a new bolt hole at the shaft end, wherein a preset included angle is formed between a connecting line of the center of the new bolt hole and the axle center of the axle and a connecting line of the center of the original bolt hole and the axle center.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 7, new bolt holes 3 are newly opened at the positions of the original bolt hole distribution diameters of the axle ends of the axle 1 by rotating an angle α, and a preset included angle of 60 degrees is formed between a connecting line of the centers of the new bolt holes 3 and the axle center of the axle 1 and a connecting line of the centers of the original bolt holes and the axle center; as shown in fig. 8, the centers of the new bolt holes 3 and the centers of the original bolt holes are located on the same circle, the number of the original bolt holes is three, and the number of the new bolt holes 3 is three; as shown in fig. 9, a new bolt hole 3 is located between two original bolt holes. And (4) detecting whether the new threaded hole 3 is qualified or not by using a standard thread plug gauge, and engraving, printing or coating a repeated engraving mark 4 on the end face of the axle shaft for identification as shown in fig. 10.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided an axle repaired by the method of repairing the axle in steps S1 to S3.
In the implementation of the embodiments of the present application, the following two alternatives are found:
1. plugging and welding the original bolt hole, and shifting an alpha angle for reprocessing;
2. and (4) reaming and tapping on the basis of the original bolt hole to process a new thread.
In the implementation process of the two alternative schemes, certain potential safety hazards exist in the two alternative schemes compared with the embodiment of the scheme, if the hardness and the brittleness of the welding seam of the end bolt hole of the welding plug are high, the risk of cracks is easy to appear in the subsequent use process, the specification of the thread and the end cover need to be changed when a new thread is reamed and tapped on the basis of the original bolt hole, certain potential safety hazards exist, meanwhile, new materials such as the end cover and the bolt are added, and the management difficulty is high. Therefore, the above two alternatives have obvious disadvantages relative to the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (10)
1. An axle repairing method, comprising:
processing a sinking platform capable of accommodating the plugging bolt (2) at an original bolt hole at the axle end of the axle;
plugging a plugging bolt (2) into the original bolt hole;
a new bolt hole (3) is formed in the shaft end, and a preset included angle is formed between a connecting line of the center of the new bolt hole (3) and the axle center and a connecting line of the center of the original bolt hole and the axle center.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after inserting a plugging bolt into the original bolt hole:
and (3) milling the part of the plugging bolt (2) protruding out of the end surface of the shaft until the surface of the plugging bolt (2) is flush with the end surface of the shaft.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of processing a sinking platform capable of accommodating the blocking bolt at the original bolt hole of the axle end of the axle comprises the following steps:
a sinking platform capable of accommodating the plugging bolt (2) is machined in an original bolt hole at the axle end of the axle in a boring mode.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein before machining a counter-sunk table for receiving the blocking bolt in the original bolt hole at the axle end of the axle, further comprising:
and installing a plugging bolt (2) in the original bolt hole, and performing machine tool alignment according to the position of the plugging bolt (2) to determine the position of the original bolt hole.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising, prior to inserting a blind bolt into the original bolt hole:
and coating thread fastening glue on the plugging bolt (2).
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after opening the new bolt hole at the axial end:
and detecting the new threaded hole (3) by using a standard thread plug gauge.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and after the new threaded hole (3) is detected to be qualified, marking, printing or coating a shaft end mark (4) on the shaft end surface.
8. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the centre of the new bolt hole (3) is located on the same circle as the centre of the original bolt hole;
the preset included angle formed between the connecting line of the center of the new bolt hole (3) and the axis and the connecting line of the center of the original bolt hole and the axis is 60 degrees.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the number of said original bolt holes is three; the number of the new bolt holes (3) is three; a new bolt hole (3) is located between the two original bolt holes.
10. An axle, characterized in that it is repaired by a method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
