随着无明火热源的不断倡导,电磁炉、微波炉等更加表现出强劲的生命力,而陶瓷锅无毒无害,原汁原味的特点更是其它材料的厨具不能代替的,现有的陶瓷锅只能在具有明火的炉子上使用,因其没有导磁性,无法在电磁炉上使用,所以,设计一种可以满足燃气炉、电磁炉、微波炉等一切炉具均可使用的陶瓷锅极其具有意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复底导磁陶瓷锅及其制作工艺,解决以下技术问题:
现有的陶瓷锅只能在具有明火的炉子上使用,因其没有导磁性,无法在电磁炉上使用的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种复底导磁陶瓷锅,包括耐高温陶瓷锅,所述耐高温陶瓷锅的底部开设有凹槽,所述凹槽内固定设置有远红外导磁片。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述远红外导磁片通过耐高温粘合剂与耐高温陶瓷锅粘结固定。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述远红外导磁片的表面喷涂有防水涂层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述远红外导磁片由如下步骤制成:
步骤A1:将70份的煤系煅后焦、30份热固型的酚醛树脂真空中加热至80-90℃,混合均匀,挤压成圆柱棒,挤压成型温度150℃,送料段温度为90℃,挤压速度为10cm/min;
步骤A2:然后对挤压成型的圆柱棒进行埋沙焙烧得到石墨化导磁棒;
步骤A3:将石墨化导磁棒机加工制成薄片,即得到远红外导磁片。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述耐高温粘合剂采用高铝耐火泥和磷酸混合加入蒸馏水中进行稀释,以3000r/min的速度搅拌30min制得。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述煤系煅后焦的颗粒直径小于100目。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤A2中,焙烧分为两个阶段:
第一阶段焙烧温度为1250℃,时间为10h;
第二阶段焙烧温度达到2600℃即可。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述高铝耐火泥、磷酸和蒸馏水的重量比为60-80:20-40:20-30。
本发明还公开了一种复底导磁陶瓷锅的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在耐高温陶瓷锅的底部开设凹槽;
步骤二:分别在凹槽内和远红外导磁片上涂刷耐高温粘合剂,静置30min后把远红外导磁片上刷有耐高温粘合剂的一面贴在陶瓷锅底部的凹槽内;
步骤三:用夹具将远红外导磁片与耐高温陶瓷锅进行加压粘合,然后将其放入高温烘箱里,经烘箱烘烤使耐高温粘合剂脱水固化,其中烘烤时每分钟升温10℃直至升温至400℃并保持10min;
步骤四:在耐高温陶瓷锅底部的远红外导磁片上喷上一层防水涂层。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明中,该复底导磁陶瓷锅采用耐高温陶瓷锅与远红外导磁片通过耐高温粘合剂粘合制成,其中远红外导磁片采用煤系煅后焦与酚醛树脂混合挤压、焙烧石墨化最后经过机加工制成,其耐高温达到3600℃,且远红外法向发射率为87%,导热系数达到150W/m.k,是铁的4倍,是陶瓷的60倍,石墨材料还具有导磁性,可在电磁炉上使用,节省能源人工;在使用时,使该复底导磁陶瓷锅的底部可以均匀受热,达到满锅沸腾,而不会像普通耐热陶瓷锅只出现局部沸腾的现象,并且在煤气炉、电磁炉、电陶炉上使用,均可以达到满锅沸腾,解决了传统陶瓷锅在煤气炉、电磁炉、电陶炉上使用出现受热不均匀,局部沸腾的问题;
(2)当在电磁炉上使用时,该复底导磁陶瓷锅使煮食材更快速,远红外功能在煮食物的过程中,可以穿透食物,使分子产生快速震动产生热量,从中心加热,使食材内外同时受热,缩短烹饪时间,节省了能源,也加快了对食物中农残的分解。

步骤二:分别在凹槽10内和远红外导磁片2上涂刷耐高温粘合剂3,静置30min后把远红外导磁片2上刷有耐高温粘合剂3的一面贴在陶瓷锅底部的凹槽10内;
步骤三:用夹具将远红外导磁片2与耐高温陶瓷锅1进行加压粘合,然后将其放入高温烘箱里,经烘箱烘烤使耐高温粘合剂3脱水固化,其中烘烤时每分钟升温10℃直至升温至400℃并保持10min;
步骤四:在耐高温陶瓷锅1底部的远红外导磁片2上喷上一层防水涂层4。

Claims (1)

1.一种复底导磁陶瓷锅,包括耐高温陶瓷锅(1),其特征在于,所述耐高温陶瓷锅(1)的底部开设有凹槽(10),所述凹槽(10)内固定设置有远红外导磁片(2);
所述远红外导磁片(2)通过耐高温粘合剂(3)与耐高温陶瓷锅(1)粘结固定;
所述远红外导磁片(2)的表面喷涂有防水涂层(4);
所述远红外导磁片(2)由如下步骤制成:
步骤A1:将70份的煤系煅后焦、30份热固型的酚醛树脂真空中加热至80-90℃,混合均匀,挤压成圆柱棒,挤压成型温度150℃,送料段温度为90℃,挤压速度为10cm/min;
步骤A2:然后对挤压成型的圆柱棒进行埋沙焙烧得到石墨化导磁棒;
步骤A3:将石墨化导磁棒机加工制成薄片,即得到远红外导磁片(2);
所述耐高温粘合剂(3)采用高铝耐火泥和磷酸混合加入蒸馏水稀释,以3000r/min的速度搅拌30min制得;
所述煤系煅后焦的颗粒直径小于100目;
所述步骤A2中,焙烧分为两个阶段:
第一阶段焙烧温度为1250℃,时间为10h;
第二阶段焙烧温度达到2600℃即可;
所述高铝耐火泥、磷酸和蒸馏水的重量比为60-80:20-40:20-30;
该复底导磁陶瓷锅的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在耐高温陶瓷锅(1)的底部开设凹槽(10);
步骤二:分别在凹槽(10)内和远红外导磁片(2)上涂刷耐高温粘合剂(3),静置30min后把远红外导磁片(2)上刷有耐高温粘合剂(3)的一面贴在陶瓷锅底部的凹槽(10)内;
步骤三:用夹具将远红外导磁片(2)与耐高温陶瓷锅(1)进行加压粘合,然后将其放入高温烘箱里,经烘箱烘烤使耐高温粘合剂(3)脱水固化,其中烘烤时每分钟升温10℃直至升温至400℃并保持10min;
步骤四:在耐高温陶瓷锅(1)底部的远红外导磁片(2)上喷上一层防水涂层(4)。
