It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an embodiment of a method for managing equipment consumables provided by the present application, applied to a server, and the method includes:
step 11: and acquiring the identification information of the target consumable sent by the consumable consumption equipment.
In some embodiments, the consumable consuming device has a communication function that can send the collected data to a server. For example, the consumable consuming device is configured with a communication module for wireless transmission, and when the consumable consuming device is using the target consumable, the identification information of the target consumable needs to be acquired.
In some embodiments, the identification information of the target consumable may be stored in the form of a two-dimensional code or a radio frequency identification technology. When the identification information of the target consumable item is stored in a two-dimensional code form, the consumable item consumption equipment needs to be provided with a two-dimensional code scanning device so as to scan the two-dimensional code of the target consumable item; when the identification information of the target consumable is stored by using the radio frequency identification technology, the identification information of the target consumable is stored in the electronic tag, and the consumable consuming equipment needs to be configured with an electronic tag reading device.
In some embodiments, the identification information may include a production time, an expiration date, and a lot number of the target consumable.
In some embodiments, the consumable consuming device is a blood gas analyzer, the target consumable is a reagent pack, the expiration date of the reagent pack of the blood gas analyzer is approximately one month, and after the reagent pack is purchased back to the medical institution, the information such as the batch number, the quantity, the user information, and the number of the consumable consuming device using the reagent pack is stored in the server. The server associates the number of the consumable consuming apparatus with the information of the reagent pack.
In some embodiments, the number of the consumable device is transmitted to the server together with the identification information of the target consumable to perform step 12.
Step 12: and identifying the identification information to obtain the total amount of the consumable, the validity period and the use condition of the consumable corresponding to the identification information.
In some embodiments, after the identification information of the target consumable item is obtained, the identification information is identified to obtain a batch number of the target consumable item, and the total consumable amount, the expiration date and the use condition of the consumable item of the target consumable item are obtained based on the batch number. The use condition of the consumables is expressed differently according to different consumables, for example, if the target consumable is a disposable consumable, the use condition of the consumable is the use quantity of the target consumable; if the target consumable is a non-disposable consumable, the usage of the consumable is the usage percentage of the target consumable, such as 20%, 40%, 50%, 70%, etc.
In some embodiments, the server stores basic information of the target consumable and a medical institution corresponding to the target consumable, and the basic information of the target consumable includes a manufacturer, a production date, an expiration date, a lot number, a specification, a function description, a product picture, price information, a contact information, and the like. The basic information of the target consumable is stored in the server before the target consumable is used, and the two-dimensional code containing the identification information is manufactured for the target consumable so that consumable consuming equipment can scan and send the two-dimensional code to the server. In one embodiment, a plurality of different consumables are stored in the server, the plurality of different consumables are numbered, and the corresponding numbers are used as identification information of the target consumables to generate the two-dimensional code. When the target consumable material is used, the server acquires the identification information of the target consumable material sent by the consumable material consumption equipment, identifies the identification information, obtains the number of the target consumable material, and finds out the total consumable material amount, the expiration date and the consumable material use condition of the target consumable material according to the number of the target consumable material.
It can be understood that the specific information of the target consumable can be used as the identification information, and the server can find out the information related to the target consumable according to the specific information.
Step 13: based on the total amount of consumables, the validity period and the use condition of the consumables, whether the consumable consumption equipment can use the target consumables in the validity period or not is estimated.
If it is estimated that the consumable supply consuming apparatus cannot use the target consumable supply within the valid period, step 14 is performed.
In some embodiments, the consumable usage is the consumable usage amount, the remaining amount of the target consumable is obtained according to the consumable total amount of the target consumable and the consumable usage amount, then the expected number of days for using the target consumable is calculated, meanwhile, the remaining effective number of days is calculated through the validity period and the current date, and whether the target consumable can be used up in the validity period by the consumable consumption device is estimated by comparing the expected number of days with the remaining effective number of days. For example: the calculated estimated days are 35 days, the remaining effective days are 30 days through the effective period 2020-02-03 and the current date 2020-01-03, the estimated days are 35 days which are more than the remaining effective days and are 30 days, and the estimated consumable consumption equipment cannot use the target consumable in the effective period. It is understood that the current date is not included in the calculation of the number of days.
In some embodiments, the consumable usage is the consumable usage amount, the remaining amount of the target consumable is obtained according to the consumable total amount of the target consumable and the consumable usage amount, the expected number of days for using the target consumable is calculated, the current date is obtained, the end date for using the target consumable is calculated, and whether the estimated consumable consumption device can use the target consumable within the valid period is determined by judging whether the end date exceeds the valid period. For example: the calculated expected days are 35 days, the current date 2020-01-03 is calculated to be the ending date 2020-02-08, and the validity period 2020-02-03 is calculated. The estimated consumable consumption equipment cannot use the target consumable in the valid period when the end date 2020-02-08 exceeds the valid period 2020-02-03.
Step 14: and reminding.
In some embodiments, if the estimated consumable consumption device cannot use the target consumable within the valid period, the expected expiration number of the target consumable is calculated, and the expiration number is included in the reminding message to remind the user.
In some embodiments, if the estimated consumable consumption device can use up the target consumable in the valid period, the buyer is reminded to purchase the target consumable in the form of mail or short message.
In some embodiments, after acquiring the identification information of the target consumable transmitted by the consumable consumption device, the current date is acquired; acquiring the validity period of the target consumable based on the identification information; if the current date exceeds the validity period, a use forbidding instruction is sent to the consumable consumption equipment, so that the consumable consumption equipment does not use the target consumable, the use of overdue consumable is prevented, and the generation of bad test results and medical accidents are avoided.
In an application scenario, the number of consumable consuming apparatuses may be one or more in units of medical institutions. The method includes classifying the consumable consumption devices in the server according to different medical institutions, associating the consumable consumption devices with departments of the medical institutions, and associating the consumable consumption devices with target consumables when the target consumables are used by the consumable consumption devices for the first time. It is understood that information of the target consumable has been stored in the server. A consumable contact is provided in the server so that information related to the target consumable can be notified to the consumable contact. When the target consumable is disposable consumable, when the consumable consuming equipment uses the target consumable every time, the server adds 1 to the number of uses after acquiring the identification information of the target consumable sent by the consumable consuming equipment, and whether the consumable consuming equipment can use the target consumable in the validity period is estimated through the number of uses of the current target consumable, the validity period and the like, if not, the server sends reminding information to a consumable contact person to remind the target consumable to be about to expire.
In an application scenario, the server searches the use condition of each consumable of a corresponding medical institution at a fixed time, such as nine am and three pm every day, estimates whether the consumable consuming equipment can use the target consumable in the validity period, and sends related information of the target consumable, the associated consumable consuming equipment and the like to an alarm contact corresponding to the consumable consuming equipment in the form of mails and alarm short messages if the consumable consuming equipment cannot use the target consumable in the validity period. Such as: and the information of consumable consumption equipment of a certain medical institution is sent to an alarm contact person of the certain medical institution. The overdue early warning information can comprise equipment numbers, target consumable information, medical institution information, expected overdue quantity, remarks and the like; and if the hyperlink exists in the alarm short message, clicking the hyperlink to jump to a fault checking page at the mobile phone terminal. The offline alarm contact person can also log in the server, open a fault checking page, input the equipment information or consumable information in the query condition, click for query, display the consumable information in the fault information list, click for checking connection of overdue early warning information, open a recording detail page of early warning, and check specific early warning information and suggestions.
Be different from prior art's condition, the management method of an equipment consumptive material of this application, through the identification information who acquires the target consumptive material, in order to obtain the consumptive material total amount of target consumptive material, expiry date and consumptive material in service, calculate the end date of using up the target consumptive material, with this estimate whether consumptive material consumer can use the target consumptive material in the expiry date, can remind the user to use the target consumptive material in the expiry date, reduce the overdue quantity of target consumptive material, prevent to use overdue consumptive material, in order to avoid the production and the medical negligence emergence of the bad result of test.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of a management method for equipment consumables provided by the present application, applied to a server, the method including:
step 21: and acquiring the identification information of the target consumable sent by the consumable consumption equipment.
Step 22: and identifying the identification information to obtain the total amount of the consumable, the validity period and the use condition of the consumable corresponding to the identification information.
Step 23: and calculating the residual quantity of the target consumable through the total quantity of the consumable and the use condition of the consumable.
In some embodiments, the consumable usage includes a first usage amount of the target consumable, and the remaining amount of the target consumable is calculated from the total amount of the consumable and the consumable usage. For example: the total amount of consumables is 200 parts, and the first used amount is 100 parts, and then the remaining amount is calculated to be 100 parts.
It is understood that the first usage amount represents the usage amount of the target consumable from the purchase date to the current date.
Step 24: the remaining quantity is used to calculate a first expected number of days for use of the target consumable.
In some embodiments, step 24 may be acquiring a second usage amount of the target consumable in a preset number of days to obtain an average daily usage amount of the target consumable; the first expected number of days for which the target consumable is used up is calculated from the remaining number and the daily average used number. In one embodiment, if only one consumable consuming device in the medical institution uses the target consumable, the second usage amount of the target consumable within a preset number of days may be obtained, where the preset number of days is less than or equal to the used number of days of the target consumable, for example, the preset number of days may be 35 days, 30 days, or 25 days if the target consumable has been used for 40 days. It is understood that the preset number of days is the number of consecutive days, not an intermittent day or a combination of days. Thus, the average daily usage amount of the target consumable part can be obtained, and the first estimated days for which the target consumable part is used up can be obtained by dividing the average daily usage amount by the remaining amount, for example, if the second usage amount of the target consumable part within 30 days of the preset number of days is 120, the average daily usage amount is calculated to be 4, and the remaining amount is calculated to be 40, and the first estimated days for which the target consumable part is used up is 10 days.
It can be understood that if the medical institution has a fixed rest day, if the medical institution has a rest day on weekends, the target consumables are not consumed, and the rest day should be eliminated during calculation and then calculated. If the consumable consumption equipment has a maintenance plan within the preset days, the target consumable is not consumed, and the maintenance days are removed when the preset days are obtained.
In some embodiments, the medical institution has a plurality of consumable consuming apparatuses using the target consumable, according to the method, the second usage number of the plurality of consumable consuming apparatuses using the target consumable in the preset number of days can be obtained, so as to obtain the daily average usage number of the plurality of consumable consuming apparatuses using the target consumable, and the first expected number of days for the plurality of consumable consuming apparatuses to use the target consumable is obtained by calculating the remaining number and the daily average usage number.
Step 25: a first expected date of use of the target consumable is calculated based on the first expected number of days.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the first projected number of days, the current date is obtained, and a first projected time to use up the target consumable is calculated. For example, if the first expected number of days is 20 days and the current date is 2020-01-06, the first expected time to use up the target consumable is calculated to be 2020-02-05.
In some embodiments, if the medical institution has a fixed rest day, such as a weekend rest, and the target consumables are not consumed, the rest day should be eliminated during calculation and then the calculation is performed.
In some embodiments, if the consumable consuming device has a maintenance plan in the near future, and the target consumable will not be consumed, the number of days for maintenance should be eliminated during calculation and then calculated.
Step 26: the first expected date is compared with the expiration date to estimate whether the consumable consuming apparatus can use up the target consumable within the expiration date.
If it is estimated that the consumable supply consuming apparatus cannot use the target consumable supply within the valid period, step 27 is performed.
Step 27: and reminding.
In some embodiments, the target consumable item has multiple batches of inventory, and if the first expected date of the target consumable item in this embodiment exceeds the validity period, it is determined that a part of the target consumable item is left and becomes an expired consumable item, and a reminder is given to remind a user of the consumable item consumption equipment to pay attention to the validity period, so that the target consumable item of the batch number is used preferentially as much as possible, waste is reduced, and the user is reminded to avoid using the expired consumable item in a subsequent use process.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for managing equipment consumables according to another embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
step 31: and acquiring the identification information of the target consumable sent by the consumable consumption equipment.
Step 32: and identifying the identification information to obtain the total amount of the consumable, the validity period and the use condition of the consumable corresponding to the identification information.
Step 33: based on the total amount of consumables, the validity period and the use condition of the consumables, whether the consumable consumption equipment can use the target consumables in the validity period or not is estimated.
If it is estimated that the consumable supply consuming apparatus cannot use the target consumable supply within the valid period, step 34 is performed.
Step 34: and respectively acquiring the service conditions of the target consumables of the plurality of medical institutions within the preset range so as to obtain second expected days corresponding to the target consumables used by the plurality of medical institutions respectively.
In some embodiments, the expected number of expired is calculated from the remaining number. Specifically, the valid days are obtained through the valid period and the current time, then the usage number of the target consumable in the valid days is calculated, and the usage number is subtracted from the residual number to obtain the predicted expiration number.
In some embodiments, if it is estimated that the consumable consumption device cannot use the target consumable within the validity period, the usage statuses of the target consumables of the plurality of medical institutions within the preset range are respectively obtained, then the remaining number of the target consumables of the plurality of medical institutions is respectively obtained through calculation, the daily average usage is respectively calculated, and the remaining number is divided by the corresponding daily average usage to obtain second expected days corresponding to the target consumables used by the plurality of medical institutions.
In one embodiment, the following table 1 shows the results of acquiring the medical institution using the target consumable and calculating the expected days:
medical institution | Second expected number of days |
A | 5 |
B | 10 |
C | 8 |
It is understood that the target consumables in the medical institution A, B, C may be the same lot or different lots from the target consumables used by the consumable consuming apparatus in the present embodiment.
Step 35: and calculating second expected dates corresponding to the plurality of medical institutions using the target consumables according to the second expected days.
In some embodiments, as in the method of the above embodiments, the current date is obtained, resulting in a second projected date for each healthcare facility to use up the target consumable.
In one embodiment, combining the second projected day of care facility A, B, C of Table 1 above with the current date 2020-01-06, a second projected date for each care facility to run out of the target consumable is given in Table 2 below:
medical institution | Second predicted date |
A | 2020-01-11 |
B | 2020-01-16 |
C | 2020-01-14 |
Step 36: the second projected date is compared to the expiration date to generate an allocation recommendation for the target consumable based on the plurality of healthcare facilities.
It is understood that the expiration date of the target consumable part is the expiration date of the target consumable part for which the identification information is acquired in step 31 in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, when the second expected date does not exceed the expiration date, respectively estimating the expected usage amounts of the plurality of medical institutions from the second expected date to the expiration date of the target consumable; when the expected usage number is greater than the remaining number, determining a medical institution corresponding to the expected usage number to generate a first distribution recommendation for the target consumable. For example, the expected usage number of each medical institution before the validity period of the target consumable is calculated by the second expected dates of the plurality of medical institutions and the validity period of the target consumable and the daily average usage amount of each medical institution for the target consumable, and when the expected usage number is larger than the remaining number, the medical institution corresponding to the expected usage number is determined to generate the first distribution suggestion of the target consumable.
Referring to fig. 4, the following is illustrated:
the expected usage numbers of the medical institutions A, B, C in fig. 4 are 100, 50 and 70 respectively, and if the remaining number of the target consumables is 40, the dispensing mechanism can be expected to be assigned to any one of the medical institutions A, B, C to generate a first dispensing recommendation of the target consumables. Or the information of the expected usage amount of A, B, C can be directly used as the first allocation proposal. If the remaining quantity of the target consumable is 80, the predicted usage quantity information of A is taken as the first distribution proposal. It is understood that when the expected usage amount is greater than the remaining amount, it is possible to ensure that the target consumable is used up before the expiration date after the dispensing.
In some embodiments, the expected expiration number of the target consumable is calculated, or as described above, when the expected usage number is greater than the expected expiration number, the medical institution to which the expected usage number corresponds is determined to generate a first dispensing recommendation for the target consumable.
In some embodiments, when the second expected date does not exceed the expiration date, respectively estimating the expected usage amounts of the plurality of medical institutions from the second expected date to the expiration date of the target consumable; when the predicted usage amount is smaller than the predicted overdue amount of the target consumable, the target consumable with the predicted overdue amount is distributed to a plurality of medical institutions according to preset rules to generate a second distribution suggestion of the target consumable.
The description is made with reference to fig. 4:
the expected number of uses of the medical institution A, B, C in fig. 4 is 100, 50, 70 respectively, the expected number of expired target consumables is 130, none of the medical institutions A, B, C can use up the target consumables before the expiration date alone, and the expected number of expired target consumables is distributed to a plurality of medical institutions according to a preset rule, wherein the preset rule can be that the plurality of medical institutions are sorted according to the size of the expected number of uses, and the distributed medical institutions are selected in sequence until the expected number of expired target consumables is distributed. Or the expected usage numbers of a plurality of medical institutions are directly used for generating a second distribution suggestion, so that the distribution suggestion receiving personnel can distribute themselves after knowing the suggestions.
Step 37: an allocation proposal is sent to alert.
At the same time as step 37, the information, in particular the number, of the target consumables of a plurality of medical institutions is modified according to the actual allocation proposal.
In a specific mode, the consumable consumption equipment is IVD equipment, and the IVD equipment is provided with a 4G module; registering the IVD equipment to a third-party Internet of things platform (such as a China Mobile Internet of things platform) when the IVD equipment is started for the first time; the IVD equipment sends equipment information to a third-party Internet of things platform, and the third-party Internet of things platform pushes the equipment information to an IVD equipment consumable expiration early warning server; the IVD equipment consumable expiration early warning server stores the equipment information to the database, and then relevant personnel associate hospital department information of the equipment on an equipment management page. When a user purchases the IVD equipment consumables, the batch number, the quantity and the user information of the consumables purchased by the user are input into the equipment consumable expiration early warning server. When this batch of consumptive material of IVD equipment when using, the two-dimensional code on the scanning consumptive material reads production time, validity period, consumptive material batch number, instrument serial number and sends to third party thing networking platform. The third party Internet of things platform can push the production time, the validity period and the consumable batch number information of the consumables to the IVD equipment consumable expiration early warning server, and the server can store the information to the database. The IVD equipment consumable expiration early warning server analyzes the production time and the expiration date of the consumables and obtains the expiration time of the consumables. And acquiring the total quantity purchased and the used quantity of the equipment user at this time through the instrument number and the card batch number, thereby acquiring the unused quantity of the consumable materials of the batch of the user. Retrieving the number of last 30 days of use of the device (less than 30 days, counting data of used days) and calculating the average number of daily uses of the device; dividing the number of unused consumables by the average number of consumables used by the device per day to obtain the number of days that the device is approximately used to run out of the remaining consumables in the batch; and compares the current date plus the number of days with the expiration time of the batch of consumables.
If the consumable materials in the batch exceed the expiration time when the consumable materials are used up, the server sends mails and short messages to the consumable material expiration early warning contact person in the hospital A, and the mail content comprises: the hospital a may have expired consumable quantities and recommended hospitals for distribution. The method comprises the following specific steps:
a, ordering 400 parts of consumables in a batch, 200 used consumables and 200 remaining consumables in hospital A; when the instrument sends out the consumables in the batch for 10 days to be expired, the server calculates the consumables of the instrument for the last 30 days to obtain the average 10 consumables used by the instrument every day, thereby calculating that the instrument can still use 100 cards in the valid period, and the rest 100 cards will be expired.
Counting the use conditions of consumables of other hospitals in a city where the hospital A is located to obtain hospitals b1, b2 and b3 (the three hospitals can use up own consumables within the valid period in a calculation mode that the daily consumable quantity is the valid period days of the consumables, as long as the result is larger than the consumable quantity ordered by the hospital), calculating to obtain the daily consumption of the consumables of the three hospitals as 20, 15 and 5 and the residual quantity of the consumables as 100, 100 and 100, and respectively calculating the residual time of the valid period as 6 days, 10 days and 20 days; the time for the three hospitals to use the self consumables is 5 days, 6 days and 20 days, namely the three hospitals can use the consumables ordered by themselves in the valid period; obviously, hospital b3 still needs 20 days to use its own consumables, and cannot accept 100 consumables which hospital A needs to allocate; b2 Hospital still needs 6 days after using its own consumables, while Hospital A only needs to allocate 100 consumables for its effectiveness for 4 days, and b2 Hospital can not use 100 consumables allocated by Hospital a in 4 days; the b1 hospital needs 5 days to use the self consumable, and at this time, the a hospital only remains 5 days for the effectiveness of 100 consumable materials to be prepared, the b1 hospital analyzes the daily consumable quantity, and the b1 hospital can completely use 100 consumable materials to be prepared in the a hospital in the remaining time. Therefore, the suggested hospital obtained by the server is a b1 hospital, and like the hospital which can completely receive the consumables of the a hospital, the number of hospitals which can be recommended to be distributed is more than b1, so that more than one hospital can be recommended to be distributed when the consumables expiration warning mail and short messages are sent, and finally the batches of consumables are allocated to the hospitals and are determined by consumables expiration warning contacts; the allocation scheme is successfully implemented, the consumable expiration early warning contact logs in a consumable record page to modify the quantity of consumable items ordered by the hospital A at this time (the original quantity is subtracted by the allocated 100-minute consumable items to prevent repeated alarm), and information of the 100-minute consumable items just allocated by the hospital b1 is added on the page.
In the above, no hospital is found that can be deployed, and the server will try to distribute the consumable lot to multiple hospitals, such as: c1, c2, c3 and c4 can all receive partial consumables, and the consumable quantities are 40, 80, 20 and 60 respectively; therefore, when the early warning mail and the short message for the expiration of the consumable items are sent, more than one hospital is recommended to be allocated, and the batch of consumable items are finally allocated to the hospitals and are determined by the early warning contact person for the expiration of the consumable items; the steps following successful implementation of the formulation are consistent with those described above.
The consumable early warning contact receives the mail and the short message, and then can inform the hospital user of paying attention to the use of the consumable as soon as possible, and reasonably allocates the consumable which is about to expire.
Through the mode, the consumable materials which cannot be used up in the valid period are reasonably allocated to other medical institutions, and resource waste is avoided.
