Embodiment 4 of the present application provides an electronic device, including: a memory and a processor;

acquiring the identity information of the staff, judging the authority level according to the identity information of the staff, limiting the amount of medical supplies extracted from the medicine cabinet at free monthly by utilizing the authority level of the staff, and recording the access record of the medicine cabinet of the staff;
tracking the inventory level of the medical supplies, generating a medicine cabinet inventory alarm, and automatically re-ordering the required medical supplies according to the medicine cabinet inventory alarm;
acquiring temperature and humidity information in the medicine cabinet, monitoring the temperature and humidity information in the medicine cabinet in real time, sending out an environment adjustment alarm when the temperature and humidity in the medicine cabinet exceeds a set range, and informing appointed personnel of the environment adjustment alarm;
and collecting the use, inventory data and employee data of the medical supplies, and generating reports of the consumption condition, epidemic pattern and supplementary requirements of the medical supplies according to the use, inventory data and employee data of the medical supplies.
2. The intelligent medicine cabinet management method for enterprises according to claim 1, wherein the free medicine taking amount of each employee is monitored; calculating the total amount of medical supplies extracted by staff once, and comparing with the monthly free amount of staff;
if the monthly free amount is not less than the total amount of the medical supplies extracted by the staff once, deducting the total amount of the medical supplies extracted by the staff once from the monthly free amount;
if the monthly free amount is less than the total amount of medical supplies that the employee has extracted once, the employee is denied the request to get the medication or the employee is required to pay the excess amount.
3. The intelligent medicine cabinet management method for enterprises according to claim 2, wherein the free medicine taking amount of staff is reset at the beginning of each month and is restored to the set initial value;
reminding the rest free drug taking amount of the staff through a short message, a mail or a mobile application program;
when the responsibilities of the staff change, the authority level and the free medicine taking limit of the staff are adjusted according to the actual situation.

The intelligent medicine cabinet management method for enterprises according to claim 1, wherein the quantity and the position of medical supplies are monitored in real time through an inventory monitoring sensor installed inside the medicine cabinet; the inventory monitoring sensor continuously uploads inventory data including drug names, quantity and shelf life information;
when the inventory quantity of the specified medical supplies is detected to be lower than the warning value, a drug cabinet inventory alarm is generated, and an automatic re-ordering function is triggered.

The intelligent medicine cabinet management method for enterprises according to claim 4, wherein when the automatic re-ordering function is triggered, a medical supplies purchase list is generated according to the inventory information, including medicine names, quantity, and specifications; transmitting the medical supplies purchasing list to a designated supplier, and triggering order generation and delivery flow;
managing qualification information of the provider, including registration information and certificate validity period; bringing authenticated suppliers into collaboration; when new suppliers are needed or qualification information is updated, the manager is prompted to conduct auditing and confirmation.

The intelligent medicine cabinet management method for an enterprise of claim 1, wherein collecting usage, inventory data of medical supplies comprises: the staff takes medicine records, frequency, time and amount information; collecting employee data including age, sex and disease history, generating an enterprise employee medication demand table, wherein the table field comprises employee ID, employee chronic disease, employee allergy history, employee gender, employee age and employee medication frequency; and analyzing stock drug purchase quantity of the company per month according to the use of the collected medical supplies, the inventory data and the employee data.

The intelligent medicine cabinet management method for enterprises according to claim 6, wherein the report content of the epidemic disease mode analyzes the medical record data of the patient, and identifies the high incidence trend or abnormal growth of the appointed disease within the preset time range, and comprises the disease incidence rate, the regional distribution and the disease crowd characteristic information;
and analyzing the cases according to disease types, age groups and sexes, and predicting epidemic disease modes according to historical data.
8. An intelligent medicine cabinet management device for an enterprise, comprising:
