and if the information of the attribution person is consistent with the identity information of the invoice receiving party, automatically sending the electronic invoice to a reserved address based on an intelligent contract and changing the invoice using state of the electronic invoice.
The present embodiments also provide a non-volatile computer storage medium for block chain based ETC invoice management, storing computer-executable instructions, wherein the computer-executable instructions are configured to:
acquiring a signal of an ETC system, and automatically generating an electronic invoice on an ETC invoice management block chain based on intelligent contract;
acquiring an invoice transfer application sent by a user side, verifying the affiliate information of the electronic invoice,
if the attribution person information is consistent with the identity information of the user side, the attribution person information of the electronic invoice is changed according to the invoice transfer application, and the attribution person information is changed into the identity information of the invoice receiving side;
obtaining an invoice use application sent by a receiver side, verifying the affiliate information of the electronic invoice again,
and if the information of the attribution person is consistent with the identity information of the invoice receiving party, automatically sending the electronic invoice to a reserved address based on an intelligent contract and changing the invoice using state of the electronic invoice.

Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based ETC invoice management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a signal of an ETC system, and automatically generating an electronic invoice on an ETC invoice management block chain according to the signal of the ETC system based on an intelligent contract;
acquiring an invoice transfer application sent by a user terminal, verifying the affiliate information of the electronic invoice in response to the invoice transfer application,
and if the attribution person information is consistent with the identity information of the user side, changing the attribution person information of the electronic invoice according to the invoice transfer application, and changing the attribution person information into the identity information of the invoice receiving side.
2. The block chain-based ETC invoice management method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring signals of the ETC system, and automatically generating electronic invoices on the ETC invoice management block chain according to the signals of the ETC system based on an intelligent contract comprises:
the signals of the ETC system comprise user ETC vehicle-mounted equipment signals, and the passing information of the user side is generated according to the user ETC vehicle-mounted equipment signals;
and based on the intelligent contract, automatically generating an electronic invoice on the ETC invoice management block chain according to the passing information, and sending the electronic invoice to the user side, wherein the electronic invoice at least comprises invoice information, invoice use state and attribution person information.
3. The method of block chain based ETC invoice management according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises:
sending the invoice transfer application to the invoice receiver end;
obtaining confirmation information fed back by the ticket receiver, wherein the confirmation information comprises an electronic signature generated by the ticket receiver by adopting a private key;
verifying the electronic signature in the validation information with a public key,
and if the verification is successful, the information of the attribution person is allowed to be changed into the identity information of the ticket-accepting party.
4. The method of block chain based ETC invoice management according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises:
obtaining an invoice use application sent by a receiver side, verifying the attribution information of the electronic invoice again in response to the invoice use application,
and if the information of the attribution person is consistent with the identity information of the invoice receiving party, automatically sending the electronic invoice to a reserved address of the invoice receiving party based on an intelligent contract.
5. The method of block chain based ETC invoice management according to claim 4, characterised in that it further comprises:
the invoice use application comprises an electronic signature generated by the invoice receiver side by adopting a private key;
verifying the electronic signature in the invoice usage application with a public key,
and if the verification is successful, allowing the electronic invoice to be sent to the reserved address of the invoice receiver.
6. The method of block chain based ETC invoice management according to claim 4, characterised in that it further comprises:
based on the intelligent contract, setting the invoice use state as unused when the electronic invoice is generated;
verifying whether the invoice usage status is unused in response to the invoice transfer application,
if yes, allowing to change the information of the attribution of the electronic invoice;
verifying again whether the invoice usage status is unused in response to the invoice usage application,
if yes, allowing the electronic invoice to be sent to a reserved address of the invoice receiver side;
and based on the intelligent contract, after the electronic invoice is sent to the reserved address of the invoice receiving party, the invoice using state of the electronic invoice is changed into used invoice.
7. The method of block chain based ETC invoice management according to claims 1-6, characterised in that it further comprises:
acquiring an identity registration application sent by the user side, wherein the identity registration application at least comprises identity information and an account number of the user side;
based on an intelligent contract, generating a pair of public key and private key by adopting an asymmetric encryption algorithm according to the identity registration application;
associating the public key with an account number of the user side and uploading the public key to an ETC invoice management block chain, wherein the public key is at least used for verifying an electronic signature of the user side and/or the invoice receiver side;
and sending the private key to the user side, wherein the private key is at least used for generating an electronic signature of the user side and/or the ticketing party side.
8. The method of block chain based ETC invoice management according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises:
an invoice management application is obtained, and the invoice management application,
managing electronic invoices stored on the ETC invoice management block chain according to the invoice management application, wherein the management at least comprises one of the following items: inquiring, counting, downloading and printing.
9. An ETC invoice management device based on a block chain, comprising:

and if the attribution person information is consistent with the identity information of the user side, changing the attribution person information of the electronic invoice according to the invoice transfer application, and changing the attribution person information into the identity information of the invoice receiving side.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium for block chain based ETC invoice management, storing computer-executable instructions configured to:
acquiring a signal of an ETC system, and automatically generating an electronic invoice on an ETC invoice management block chain according to the signal of the ETC system based on an intelligent contract;
acquiring an invoice transfer application sent by a user terminal, verifying the affiliate information of the electronic invoice in response to the invoice transfer application,
and if the attribution person information is consistent with the identity information of the user side, changing the attribution person information of the electronic invoice according to the invoice transfer application, and changing the attribution person information into the identity information of the invoice receiving side.
