In an example, if there are multiple types of traffic violation penalty rule lists, a corresponding traffic violation penalty list may be obtained according to the traffic violation information, whether the data acquisition end has the authority to trigger the traffic violation penalty is determined by determining whether the public key identifying the data acquisition end is in the traffic violation penalty rule list, and whether to execute a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information is determined according to a determination result.
The following explains 2 methods for collecting and processing traffic violation information.
In an optional implementation manner, the data acquisition end is an intelligent automobile data recorder installed on an automobile, and the traffic management processing end is a network system which is established by a traffic management department and is formed by computer equipment nodes and based on a block chain technology. The data acquisition end is responsible for acquiring and sending the traffic violation information to a network system based on the block chain technology, the network system based on the block chain technology transmits the data to a traffic management processing end, namely a computer equipment node of a traffic management department, and the traffic management processing end finishes the judgment and processing of the traffic violation information. The traffic violation information collected by the data collection end can be the current position, the current vehicle speed, the information of a front vehicle license plate and the information of the distance between the front vehicles, the information collection can be carried out according to a certain frequency, when the information of the distance between the front vehicles is collected every time, the information is compared with the information of the distance between the front vehicles, when the information of the distance between the front vehicles is changed greatly, the submission of the traffic violation information is triggered, and the data collection end sends the traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain technology through transaction information.
And transmitting the transaction information carrying the traffic violation information to a traffic management processing terminal through a network system based on the block chain. Because the block chain has the characteristic of distrust removal, the information received by the traffic management processing end is the information which is sent by the data acquisition end and is not tampered, and therefore the reliability of the information is guaranteed.
And the traffic management processing end determines whether to execute a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information according to the public key of the identification data acquisition end and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list.
An optional rule in the locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list may be a decision rule as follows: and taking out the previous vehicle distance information of multiple times in the traffic violation information, and judging whether the vehicle distance information sent by the data acquisition end is triggered to have larger change with the immediately previous vehicle distance information. And when the change is large, taking out the license plate information of the front vehicle corresponding to the vehicle distance information sent by the data acquisition terminal, judging and triggering the data acquisition terminal, comparing the license plate information with the license plate information corresponding to the immediately previous vehicle distance information, and when the license plate information is inconsistent, judging that the traffic violation information is effective information, namely that the front vehicle in the data acquired by the data acquisition terminal has illegal traffic behaviors (illegal lane change). The judgment condition of large change of the vehicle distance information can be different according to the current traffic position, the current vehicle speed and other data, namely the vehicle distance requirements of the front vehicle can be different at different positions and different vehicle speeds.
When the traffic management processing end determines that the penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information can be executed according to the public key of the identification data acquisition end and the locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list, an optional operation is to call a service interface of a related system of a traffic management related department to realize the penalty and deduction operation of the traffic violation.
In another optional implementation manner, the data acquisition end and the traffic management processing end are both intelligent automobile data recorders installed on the automobile, and all the intelligent automobile data recorders installed on the automobile jointly form a network system based on the block chain technology. The intelligent automobile data recorder installed on the automobile is simultaneously responsible for collecting traffic violation information, sending the traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain technology, receiving the traffic violation information, judging the traffic violation information and carrying out traffic violation punishment. The traffic violation information collected by the data collection end can be the current speed, the current driving position, the distance before the change, the distance after the change, the front license plate before the obvious change of the distance, the front license plate after the obvious change of the distance, and the license plate information of the vehicle. In an optional implementation manner, the data acquisition end downloads and updates the traffic violation penalty rule list stored locally through the internet or communication manners such as bluetooth and NFC.
The information is collected at a certain frequency, when the distance information is collected every time, the distance information is compared with the previous distance information, judgment is carried out according to a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list, and when the distance information is greatly changed, the traffic violation information is triggered to be processed. And the data acquisition end acquires the license plate information of the front vehicle corresponding to the vehicle distance information triggering the data acquisition, compares the license plate information with the license plate information corresponding to the immediately previous vehicle distance information, and judges that the traffic violation information is effective information when the license plate information is inconsistent, namely that the front vehicle in the data acquired by the data acquisition has a violation traffic behavior (illegal lane change). And the data acquisition end generates data elements of transaction information such as penalty objects, penalty directions, penalty amounts and penalty points according to the acquired license plate information of the front license plate and the license plate information of the vehicle (after the vehicle distance is obviously changed) in the acquired traffic violation information and a penalty rule list of locally stored traffic violation behaviors and the like, and the data elements jointly form the transaction information. And the data acquisition terminal sends the generated transaction information to a network system based on the block chain technology. In the process of sending the transaction information, the traffic violation information may be used as additional information of the transaction information, or may be used as a part of the transaction information, and is sent to the network system based on the block chain technology together, which is not limited herein.
The network system based on the block chain technology sends the transaction information to a data acquisition end of the front vehicle according to the target address of the transaction, namely an intelligent automobile data recorder of the front vehicle in the implementation mode. Because the block chain has the characteristic of distrust removal, the information received by the traffic management processing end is the information which is sent by the data acquisition end and is not tampered, and therefore the reliability of the information is guaranteed.
And after the data acquisition end of the front vehicle receives the transaction information, judging the validity of the transaction through the public key for identifying the data acquisition end. And when the judged transaction is a legal transaction, confirming the transaction and writing the transaction into the block, and then executing penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information, such as calling a traffic management processing system to carry out traffic violation penalty operation such as deduction and the like.
When the traffic management processing end carries out the punishment operation of the traffic violation information, various realization forms or methods can be provided,
an optional penalty operation of the traffic violation information can be calling a traffic administration and management processing system, submitting information such as the information of a previous vehicle license plate and position information as key information, and uploading all traffic violation information as evidence information for the traffic administration and management processing system to carry out penalty and deduction. Another optional penalty operation of the traffic violation information may be to confirm the transaction and write the transaction into the block when the traffic management processing end determines that the transaction is legal. Then, comparing the driving position information in the traffic violation information received from the network system based on the block chain technology with the driving position information of the vehicle collected by the vehicle data collection end, and judging that a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information can be executed under the condition that the position information is consistent within a certain allowable range, such as calling a traffic management system to perform a deduction penalty operation. For another example, the driving speed information in the traffic violation information received from the network system based on the blockchain technology is compared with the speed information of the vehicle, and when the position information is consistent within a certain allowable range, it is determined that a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information can be performed, for example, a traffic administration system is invoked to perform a deduction penalty operation. And if the punishment operation corresponding to the traffic violation information cannot be executed, refusing to execute the punishment operation corresponding to the traffic violation information, and initiating a reverse transaction, namely sending transaction information in the opposite direction to the transaction information transaction direction to the network system based on the block chain. The penalty operation of the traffic violation information performed by the traffic management processing end can also have many other forms and methods, which are not described herein in detail.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a timing chart of a method for collecting and processing traffic violation information for intelligent traffic control according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The timing chart comprises the following steps:
the data acquisition end acquires traffic violation information through equipment such as a GPS (global positioning system), a camera and a driving radar.
And judging whether the traffic violation behavior is the traffic violation behavior according to a locally stored traffic violation behavior penalty rule list.
When the traffic violation behavior is judged to occur, the data acquisition end signs the traffic violation information through the private key to obtain signature information, and broadcasts the transaction information carrying the public key and the signature information in a network system based on a block chain. The transaction information comprises front vehicle identity information, account deduction requirements based on the front vehicle identity information and the like; the traffic violation information comprises detailed traffic violation information data collected by various devices. The public key and the private key are a public key and private key pair in the data acquisition terminal.
And the block chain based network system informs the transaction to the traffic management processing terminal.
After receiving the message, the traffic management processing terminal judges the validity of the transaction through the public key of the identification data acquisition terminal. And when the judged transaction is a legal transaction, confirming the transaction and writing the transaction into the block. And verifying and signing the signature information according to a public key of the data acquisition end, obtaining traffic violation information after the verification and signing are passed, obtaining violation punishment rules from a locally stored traffic violation punishment rule list according to the traffic violation information, and operating according to the rules. For example, the traffic processing system is called to perform operations such as deduction and the like.
And if the transaction information is incorrect, generating reverse transaction, adding the transaction into the traffic violation information, and broadcasting the traffic violation information to a network system based on the block chain.
For the traffic violation information, in an optional implementation manner, the data acquisition end signs the traffic violation information by using a private key corresponding to the public key, acquires signature information, and sends the traffic violation information and the signature information to the bit stream network. The bit stream network (BitTorrent) is a point-to-point content distribution protocol, and can realize the sharing of large-volume files through an efficient software distribution system and a point-to-point technology.
Therefore, the traffic violation information and the signature information are stored in the BitTorrent by using the decentralization network of the BitTorrent, so that the aim of not needing centralization service is fulfilled, and the cost is reduced.
Various technical features in the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, so long as there is no conflict or contradiction between the combinations of the features, but the combination is limited by space and is not described one by one, and therefore, any combination of the various technical features in the above embodiments also belongs to the scope of the present application. One combination is listed below for explanation, as shown in fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a timing chart of another method for collecting and processing traffic violation information for intelligent traffic control according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In the timing chart, the following steps are included:
the data acquisition end acquires traffic violation information through equipment such as a GPS (global positioning system), a camera and a driving radar.
And judging whether the traffic violation behavior is the traffic violation behavior according to a locally stored traffic violation behavior penalty rule list.
When the traffic violation behavior is judged to occur, the data acquisition end signs the traffic violation information through the private key to obtain signature information, issues the signature information and the traffic violation information data to a BitTorrent network, and records an address.
And after the BitTorrent network is successfully published, returning a successfully published result to the data acquisition end.
And the data acquisition terminal broadcasts the transaction information carrying the public key, the signature information and the traffic violation information in a network system based on the block chain. The transaction information comprises front vehicle identity information, account deduction requirements based on the front vehicle identity information and the like; the traffic violation information includes an address of the traffic violation information data on the BitTorrent network. The public key and the private key are a public key and private key pair in the data acquisition terminal.
And the block chain based network system informs the transaction to the traffic management processing terminal.
After receiving the message, the traffic management processing terminal judges the validity of the transaction through the public key of the identification data acquisition terminal. And when the judged transaction is a legal transaction, confirming the transaction and writing the transaction into the block. And verifying and signing the signature information according to a public key of the data acquisition end, obtaining traffic violation information after the verification and signing pass, downloading traffic violation information data according to a BitTorrent address in the traffic violation information, then obtaining violation punishment rules from a locally stored traffic violation behavior punishment rule list, and operating according to the rules. For example, the traffic processing system is called to perform operations such as deduction and the like.
And if the transaction information is incorrect, generating a reverse transaction and broadcasting the reverse transaction to the network system based on the block chain.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the method for acquiring and processing the traffic violation information of the intelligent traffic management, the invention also provides the embodiment of the intelligent traffic management.
The embodiment of the intelligent traffic management can be applied to the intelligent traffic management, wherein the embodiment of the intelligent traffic management can be realized through software, and can also be realized through hardware or a mode of combining the hardware and the software. Taking a software implementation as an example, as a logical device, the device is formed by the processor 420 of the intelligent traffic management where the device is located reading the corresponding computer program information in the non-volatile memory 450 into the memory 440 for running. From a hardware aspect, as shown in fig. 4, a hardware structure diagram of a method, an apparatus, and an intelligent traffic management for collecting and processing traffic violation information of intelligent traffic management according to the present application is shown, except for the processor 420, the memory 440, the network interface 430, the data collector 410, and the nonvolatile memory 450 shown in fig. 4, the intelligent traffic management where the apparatus is located in the embodiment may also include other hardware according to an actual function of the device, which is not shown in fig. 4 one by one.
Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of an embodiment of a method and a device for collecting and processing traffic violation information for intelligent traffic management according to the present application is shown:
the device includes: a data acquisition module 510 and a traffic management processing module 520.
The data collection module 510 is configured to collect traffic violation information, and send transaction information carrying the traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain, where the traffic violation information is information for operating a traffic management processing module, and the transaction information includes a public key identifying the data collection module.
The traffic management processing module 520 is configured to receive the transaction information sent by the network system, and determine whether to execute a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information according to the information and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list.
For the device embodiments, since they correspond substantially to the method embodiments, the relevant expenditure may be referred to in the partial description of the method embodiments. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, wherein the modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. Because the block chain has the characteristic of being not falsifiable, the information received by the traffic management processing end can be ensured to be unmodified information sent by the data acquisition end, so that the reliability of the information is ensured, and the credibility reduction caused by centralized service is avoided. In addition, the network based on the block chain technology provides the capabilities of authorization, storage and communication among devices, idle computing resources of the devices are fully utilized, and long-term support can be provided for the devices, so that a user does not need to trust any centralized organization, centralized data processing caused by unified processing of traffic violation punishment by a central server is avoided, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed. In addition, traffic management processing participants comprise driving drivers, and the acceptance of traffic penalties is improved.

Claims (9)

1. A method for collecting and processing traffic violation information of intelligent traffic management is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the data acquisition end acquires traffic violation information through various data acquisition equipment;
the method comprises the steps that a data acquisition end sends transaction information carrying traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain, wherein the traffic violation information comprises traffic violation record information, and the transaction information comprises a public key for identifying the data acquisition end;
the delivery management processing end receives the transaction information sent by the network system;
and the traffic management processing terminal determines whether to execute a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information according to the transaction information, the traffic violation information and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the data collection end collects traffic violation information through a plurality of data collection devices, and the method comprises:
the method comprises the following steps that a plurality of data acquisition devices acquire traffic violation information at a certain frequency, the acquired traffic violation information for multiple times jointly form traffic violation recorded information, and part or all of the traffic violation recorded information jointly form the traffic violation information;
the data acquisition end signs the traffic violation information by using a private key corresponding to the public key to obtain signature information, and sends the transaction information carrying the signature information, the public key and the traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain, wherein the public key is used for identifying the data acquisition end.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the data collection end collects traffic violation information through a plurality of data collection devices, and the method further comprises:
the method comprises the following steps that a plurality of data acquisition devices acquire data of traffic violation information at a certain frequency; the data acquisition end determines whether the traffic violation is a traffic violation or not according to the traffic violation information acquired for multiple times and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list;
the repeatedly collected traffic violation information jointly forms traffic violation record information, and part or all of the traffic violation record information jointly forms traffic violation information;
signing the traffic violation information by using a private key corresponding to a public key to obtain signature information, and sending the transaction information carrying the signature information, the public key and the traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain, wherein the public key is used for identifying a data acquisition end;
and if the traffic violation is not the violation, abandoning the operation and continuing to acquire the data of the traffic violation information next time.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the data acquisition end sends transaction information carrying traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain, wherein the transaction information includes a public key identifying the data acquisition end, and the method comprises the following steps:
the data acquisition end signs the traffic violation information by using a private key corresponding to a public key to obtain signature information, and sends transaction information carrying the signature information and the public key to a network system based on a block chain, wherein the public key is used for identifying the data acquisition end.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the data acquisition end sends transaction information carrying traffic violation information to a network system based on a block chain, the transaction information including a public key identifying the data acquisition end, the method further comprising:
the data acquisition end signs the traffic violation information by using a private key corresponding to the public key to obtain signature information, sends the signature information and the traffic violation information to a bit stream network, and records an address; and then, the data acquisition end sends the transaction information carrying the signature information, the public key and the bit stream network address information to a network system based on a block chain, wherein the public key is used for identifying the data acquisition end.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the traffic management processing terminal determines whether to execute a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information according to the transaction information, the traffic violation information and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list, and the method comprises:
and the traffic management processing end determines that the illegal traffic behavior can be judged according to the traffic violation information according to the current speed information, the current vehicle position information, the front vehicle distance change information, the front vehicle information change and other information in the traffic violation information, executes the penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information, and calls a service interface of a related system of a traffic management related department to realize the penalty and deduction operation of the traffic violation behavior.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the traffic management processing end determines whether to execute a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information according to the transaction information, the traffic violation information and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list, and the method further comprises:
after receiving the transaction information, the traffic management processing terminal judges the validity of the transaction through the public key of the identification data acquisition terminal; and when the judged transaction is a legal transaction, confirming the transaction and writing the transaction into a block, then executing a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information, and calling a service interface of a related system of a traffic management related department to realize the penalty and deduction operation of the traffic violation.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the traffic management processing end determines whether to execute a penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information according to the transaction information, the traffic violation information and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list, and the method further comprises:
after receiving the transaction information, the traffic management processing terminal judges the validity of the transaction through the public key of the identification data acquisition terminal; when the judged transaction is a legal transaction, confirming the transaction and writing the transaction into the block; then, according to the traffic violation information and a locally stored traffic violation penalty rule list, further confirming the legality of the transaction information;
for legal transaction information, executing penalty operation corresponding to the traffic violation information, and calling service interfaces of related systems of related departments of traffic management to realize penalty and deduction operation of traffic violation;
and for illegal transactions, initiating reverse transactions, and sending transaction information in the opposite direction to the transaction information transaction direction to the network system based on the block chain.
