The invention discloses an axle suspension integrating a thrust rod support and an air bag support, which comprises a thrust rod support, a lower support seat, an air bag support, a connecting reinforcing plate, a shock absorber support and a height valve support, wherein the connecting reinforcing plate is arranged on the lower support seat; the lower bracket is arranged on the thrust rod seat, and one side of the lower bracket is connected with the shock absorber bracket and the altitude valve bracket; the air bag support is arranged above the lower support and is connected with the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support through the connecting reinforcing plate. The suspension bracket can solve the problems that the structural design of the existing suspension bracket is unreasonable, the cost is increased, the total mass is larger, the lightweight degree of the whole suspension bracket is influenced, the lightweight design of the whole vehicle is realized, interference and abnormal sound are easy to occur in the running process of the vehicle, and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to a suspension with an integrated thrust rod support and an air bag support for a suspension axle.
Background
The conventional suspension of the axle is usually provided with four air bag structures (shown in figure 1), wherein four air bags are respectively placed on a C-shaped beam, then a connecting interface of a transverse stabilizer bar is added on the C-shaped beam, the C-shaped beam is connected on the axle through a bolt, a shock absorber support is arranged at the rear side of the C-shaped beam, and a shock absorbing support and a height valve support are arranged beside the air bags at two ends of the C-shaped beam;
because a plurality of parts are connected, the structural design is unreasonable, the cost is increased, the total mass is large, the light weight is unfavorable, and the light weight degree of the whole suspension and the light weight design of the whole vehicle are seriously influenced; there are also assembly problems and problems of interference and abnormal sound during vehicle operation.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an axle suspension integrating a thrust rod support and an air bag support, which can solve the problems that the structural design of the suspension in the prior art is unreasonable, the cost is increased, the total mass is large, the lightweight degree of the whole suspension is seriously influenced, the lightweight design of the whole vehicle, the assembly problem, the interference and abnormal sound in the vehicle running and the like.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the axle suspension integrating the thrust rod support and the air bag support comprises a thrust rod support, a lower support seat, the air bag support, a connecting reinforcing plate, a shock absorber support and a height valve support; the lower bracket is arranged on the thrust rod seat, and one side of the lower bracket is connected with the shock absorber bracket and the altitude valve bracket; the air bag support is arranged above the lower support and is connected with the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support through the connecting reinforcing plate.
In the above technical solution, a more specific solution is: the thrust rod seat is a thick plate with notches at two sides corresponding to the corresponding parts of the axle housing; and a stabilizer bar mounting threaded hole and a thrust rod mounting threaded hole which are respectively used for mounting the transverse stabilizer bar and the lower thrust rod are processed on two opposite sides of the thrust rod seat.
Further: lower saddle upper portion sets up two relative lower installation stoppers that are used for fixing on the axle housing, and the lower part is equipped with installation protruding portion and the breach that corresponds other positions of axle housing.
Further: two opposite upper mounting limit blocks for fixing on the axle housing are arranged at the lower part of the air bag support; and an air bag mounting threaded hole for mounting an air bag is processed in the center of the top surface of the air bag support.
Further: the connecting reinforcing plate is a rectangular plate and is used for connecting the airbag support with the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support to play a role in fixing and reinforcing.
Further: and a damping support mounting hole and a height valve support mounting hole which are respectively used for mounting the damper and the height valve support are processed on the damper support and the height valve support.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention integrates the thrust rod seat, the lower bracket, the air bag support, the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support into a steel support body, and the concentrated components are respectively provided with the air bag mounting threaded hole, the transverse stabilizer bar mounting hole, the altitude valve support hole and the lower thrust rod connecting threaded hole, so that the space and the number of parts required by the mounting of the suspension are greatly reduced, the structural design is reasonable, the cost is reduced, the overall mass is smaller, and the lightweight design of the whole vehicle is facilitated; meanwhile, the assembly problem possibly caused by excessive parts and the interference and abnormal sound problem in the running process of the vehicle are reduced, so that the installation is simpler and more reliable, and the after-sales maintenance is more convenient to disassemble.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples:
fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a suspension according to the prior art, which has the disadvantages described in the background art and will not be described herein.
The axle suspension integrating the thrust rod support and the air bag support shown in fig. 2 and 3 comprises a thrust rod support 1, a lower support 2, an air bag support 4, a connecting reinforcing plate 5 and a shock absorber support and height valve support 6. The lower bracket 2 is arranged on the thrust rod seat 1, and one side of the lower bracket 2 is connected with the shock absorber bracket and the altitude valve bracket 6; the airbag support 4 is arranged right above the lower bracket 2 and is connected with the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support 6 through a connecting reinforcing plate 5.
As shown in fig. 4, the thrust rod base 1 is a thick plate with notches formed at both sides thereof corresponding to the portions of the axle 3, and stabilizer bar mounting screw holes 1-1 and thrust rod mounting screw holes 1-2 for mounting the lower thrust rod 7 and the stabilizer bar 11 are formed at opposite sides of the plate.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper portion of the lower bracket 2 is provided with two opposite lower mounting limit blocks 2-1 for fixing on the axle housing 3, and the lower portion is provided with mounting protrusions and notches corresponding to other portions of the axle housing 3.
As shown in figure 6, two opposite upper mounting limit blocks 4-2 for fixing on the axle housing 3 are arranged at the lower part of the air bag support 4, and an air bag mounting threaded hole 4-1 for mounting an air bag 8 is processed in the center of the top surface of the air bag support 4.
As shown in fig. 7, the connection reinforcing plate 5 is a rectangular plate for connecting the airbag support 4 and the shock absorber support and height valve support 6, and plays a role in fixing and reinforcing.
As shown in fig. 8, the shock absorber bracket and the altitude valve bracket 6 are provided with a shock absorber bracket mounting hole 6-1 and an altitude valve bracket mounting hole 6-2 for mounting the shock absorber 10 and the altitude valve bracket 9, respectively.
As shown in fig. 9, when in use, the lower thrust rod 7 is in threaded connection with the thrust rod base 1 through the thrust rod mounting threaded hole 1-2, and the transverse stabilizer bar 11 is in threaded connection with the thrust rod base 1 through the stabilizer bar mounting threaded hole connection 1-1; the air bag 8 is arranged on the air bag support 4 through an air bag connecting threaded hole 4-1 at the upper part of the air bag support 4; the shock absorber 10 is mounted on the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support 6 through the shock absorber support mounting hole 6-1, and the altitude valve support 9 is mounted on the shock absorber support and the altitude valve support 6 through the altitude valve support mounting hole 6-2.

The integrated thrust rod carrier and air bag carrier axle suspension of claim 1, wherein: the thrust rod seat (1) is a thick plate with notches at two sides corresponding to the corresponding parts of the axle housing; and stabilizer bar mounting threaded holes (1-1) and thrust rod mounting threaded holes (1-2) which are respectively used for mounting a transverse stabilizer bar and a lower thrust rod are processed on two opposite sides of the thrust rod seat (1).
