In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a subframe to facilitate the installation of a motor reducer and provide a good installation structure for the motor reducer.
The auxiliary frame comprises longitudinal beams arranged on two opposite sides respectively, and a cross beam connected between the longitudinal beams on the two sides; the cross beam comprises a first cross beam and a second cross beam which are sequentially arranged from front to back along the length direction of the longitudinal beam; the middle section of the second cross beam in the length direction is provided with a mounting structure for mounting a motor reducer, and the middle section and the first cross beam are connected with a reinforcing longitudinal beam.

Furthermore, a plurality of reinforcing columns are arranged in the cavity of the second cross beam corresponding to the mounting holes; the reinforcing column is supported between the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the cavity, a threaded hole which is arranged opposite to the mounting hole is formed in the reinforcing column, and the fastening piece is in threaded connection with the threaded hole.
Furthermore, two mounting bosses which are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second cross beam are formed at the top of the middle section; and a group of mounting holes are respectively formed in the two mounting bosses, and each group of mounting holes are formed in the longitudinal beam at intervals.

In addition, the two mounting bosses formed at the top of the middle section and the plurality of mounting holes formed in the two mounting bosses facilitate the processing of the mounting structure and the mounting of the motor reducer on the motor reducer; moreover, a plurality of reinforcing plates which are arranged in a crossed mode are arranged inside the second cross beam, so that the structural strength of the mounting point and the whole second cross beam is enhanced; moreover, the rubber and the counterweight arranged at the crossed part of the reinforcing plate can absorb the vibration transmitted to the part by the motor reducer, and the vibration damping capacity of the auxiliary frame is enhanced, so that the driving comfort is improved.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle, which employs the subframe of the present invention; the auxiliary frame has the advantages that the auxiliary frame is not described in a repeated way.

Example one
The present embodiment relates to a subframe, an exemplary structure of which is shown in fig. 1. In general, the subframe includes side members 21 respectively disposed at opposite sides, and a cross member connected between the side members 21; the cross beams comprise a first cross beam 22 and a second cross beam 3 which are sequentially arranged from front to back along the length direction of the longitudinal beam 21; the middle section of the second cross beam 3 in the length direction is provided with a mounting structure 100 for mounting a motor reducer, and a reinforcing longitudinal beam 24 is connected between the middle section and the first cross beam 22.
Based on the above design concept, the reinforcing side member 24 may preferably be arranged as follows.
As shown in fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2, in order to further enhance the structural strength of the subframe, both upper and lower sides of the reinforcing side member 24 are formed in an arc shape that curves downward. The arching value (the ratio of the vertical distance between the highest arching point and the two bottom points to the horizontal distance between the two bottom points) of the upper side of the reinforcing longitudinal beam 24 is greater than that of the lower side, and a side wall is provided between the upper and lower sides. Meanwhile, one end of the reinforcing longitudinal beam 24 connected to the first cross beam 22 may preferably be connected to both the bottom portion of the first cross beam and the side portion of the side facing the reinforcing longitudinal beam; alternatively, it may be connected to either one of the two. In addition, one end of the reinforcing longitudinal beam, which is connected with the middle section, is connected with the bottom of the middle section and the side part facing to one side of the reinforcing longitudinal beam; alternatively, it may be connected to either one of the two. Above-mentioned setting combines arch and cavity structure, has utilized arch, cavity structural stability strong characteristics, has promoted the holistic structural strength of sub vehicle frame.
In the present embodiment, a third cross member 23 may be provided behind the second cross member 3 in the longitudinal direction of the two side members 21, and the third cross member 23 may be provided with a mounting position to be mounted to another part of the automobile. Meanwhile, the positions where the two longitudinal beams 21 are connected with the second cross beam 3 are also provided with mounting positions, bosses are formed on the mounting positions, and the auxiliary frame can be mounted on the chassis through bolt holes in the bosses.

In order to facilitate the installation of the motor reducer in the subframe, a mounting structure 100 for mounting the motor reducer is arranged in the middle section of the second cross beam 3 in the length direction. The mounting structure 100 includes a plurality of mounting holes 301 formed in the middle section.
Meanwhile, the structural rigidity of the second beam 3 is affected to a certain extent by the installation holes 301, and for this reason, a plurality of reinforcing columns 302 may be provided in the cavity 30 of the second beam 3 corresponding to the installation holes 301, the reinforcing columns 302 may be supported between the upper and lower sidewalls of the cavity 30, and for the convenience of installation of the reinforcing columns 302, screw holes are provided to be opposite to the installation holes 301.
When the motor reducer is installed, the motor reducer needs to correspond to the installation structure 100, so that the motor reducer is fixedly installed on the installation structure 100 of the second cross beam 3 through the fasteners in the installation holes 301.
Preferably, the fastener is a bolt, and the motor reducer is fixed to the mounting structure 100 by inserting the bolt into the mounting hole 301 and screwing the bolt into the screw hole of the reinforcing column 302.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to ensure sufficient space for the second cross member 3 to open the mounting holes 301, the reinforcing posts 302, and the like, and to provide sufficient structural strength to the entire mounting structure 100 and the subframe, it is necessary to increase the width of the middle section to be greater than the other portions of the second cross member 3, so that stress in the subframe during operation of the motor reducer is not concentrated on the mounting structure 100, but is transmitted to the cross member and the side member 21 through the entire structure of the subframe.
In order to facilitate the processing of the mounting structure 100, two mounting bosses 300 are formed at the top of the middle section and are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second cross beam 3, a group of mounting holes 301 are respectively formed in each of the two mounting bosses 300, and each group of mounting holes 301 is a plurality of mounting holes arranged at intervals along the length direction of the longitudinal beam 21, so that the mounting structure 100 does not need to be milled flat on the whole plane with the mounting holes 301 in the processing process, and only the end face with the mounting bosses 300 needs to be milled flat; in addition, the mounting holes 301 are arranged in a plurality at intervals along the length direction of the longitudinal beam 21, and the mounting mode of the motor speed reducer on the auxiliary frame is mainly considered; the mounting bosses 300 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the second beam 3, and are also arranged according to the positions of the mounting holes 301.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, a reinforcing plate 304 is provided in the cavity 30 of the second cross member 3; in addition, the reinforcing plate 304 is arranged in the cavity 30 in an X-shaped cross manner, so that the mounting point position and the structural strength of the second cross beam 3 are enhanced; meanwhile, a rubber 305 can be arranged at the crossed part of the reinforcing plate 304, and a counterweight is arranged in the rubber 305 and is integrated with the reinforcing plate 304 in a vulcanization molding mode; through rubber 305 and counter weight, the energy that can attenuate motor reducer noise vibration transmission promotes the damping ability of sub vehicle frame to be favorable to promoting the travelling comfort of driving experience.
In the present embodiment, the weights may be a plurality of mass pieces having different mass sizes, and the mass pieces may be embedded in the rubber 305 during the vulcanization molding of the rubber 305, so that the mass pieces having different mass sizes may form a plurality of vibration absorbers having different frequencies to absorb the vibration transmitted thereto from the motor reducer; therefore, the integral anti-vibration capability of the auxiliary frame is improved, and comfortable driving experience is facilitated to be created.
In summary, the subframe of this embodiment sets up mounting structure 100 through the second crossbeam 3 middle section at the subframe to set up between the middle section of first crossbeam 22 and second crossbeam 3 and strengthen longeron 24, thereby first crossbeam 22, second crossbeam 3, strengthen longeron 24 and two longerons 21 and form "day" font structure, thereby provide a stable installation basis for mounting structure 100, not only be convenient for motor reducer's installation, and provide a good installation framework for motor reducer.
Example two
The present invention relates to a vehicle, and more particularly, to a vehicle having a subframe according to the first embodiment, wherein the subframe is mounted on a vehicle body, so as to facilitate the installation of a motor reducer in the vehicle, and the subframe has a structure in a shape like a Chinese character 'ri', so that the structural rigidity of the vehicle is enhanced.
