Abstract
The invention discloses a tool and a method for quickly disassembling a hammer head of a fine crusher, which solve the problem of how to quickly disassemble a large number of hammer heads in a short time. Background
In a coal conveying system of a circulating fluidized bed boiler thermal power plant, a reversible hammering type fine crusher is generally used for secondary crushing coal; after entering a fine coal crusher, the raw coal after coarse crushing is subjected to the actions of impact, shearing, extrusion, rolling, grinding and the like of a hammer head rotating at a high speed and is crushed to the granularity of the designed specified degree; when the amount of crushed coal of the fine crusher reaches 20-25 ten thousand tons in total, the abrasion of the hammer head of the fine crusher is very serious, and a new hammer head needs to be replaced; in the prior art, a hammer head and a hammer handle which are connected together are detached from a fine crusher, after the hammer head and the hammer handle are taken out, a pin shaft connected with the hammer head is removed, and then the hammer head and the hammer handle are separated by a large hammer in a mode of striking the hammer head; during disassembly, the following problems exist: (1) by using a traditional impact type hammer head dismounting mode, an impacted hammer head cannot be fixed, and the hammer head is not controlled in the impacting process and cannot be accurately positioned; (2) one coal crusher is provided with hundreds of groups of hammers, and the workload of hammer disassembly is large and the time consumption is long; (3) the disassembly mode also easily causes safety problems, and the disassembly work efficiency is extremely low.

a tool for quickly disassembling a hammer head of a fine crusher comprises a tool bottom frame plate, a hammer handle and a hammer head, wherein the hammer handle and the hammer head are connected together through a connecting pin, an electric hydraulic push rod is arranged on the left side of the tool bottom frame plate, two parallel slide rails with inner side U-shaped grooves are arranged on the right side of the tool bottom frame plate, a pushing slide block is movably arranged between the two correspondingly arranged inner side U-shaped grooves of the two parallel slide rails, the pushing slide block is clamped in the two correspondingly arranged inner side U-shaped grooves and can slide left and right along the two parallel slide rails, a pushing slide block U-shaped connecting plate is connected to an output shaft extending rightwards of the electric hydraulic push rod, the pushing slide block U-shaped connecting plate is connected with the left end of the pushing slide block, an oval through hole is arranged in the center of the top surface of the pushing slide block, a hammer handle hook is fixedly arranged on the tool bottom frame plate in the oval through hole, and a central notch is arranged on a pushing vertical surface of the right end of the pushing slide block, the central gap is communicated with the oval through hole, the hammer handle and the hammer head which are connected together through the connecting pin are placed on the tool bottom frame plate on the right side of the pushing sliding block, the top hanging ring of the hammer handle is hung on the hammer handle hook, and the right end top connection vertical surfaces of the pushing sliding blocks on the two sides of the central gap are connected with the hammer head shoulder on the hammer head in a propping mode.

A hammer head dismounting method of a tool for quickly dismounting a hammer head of a fine crusher is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, placing a hammer handle and a hammer head which are detached from a fine crusher and connected together through a connecting pin on a tool bottom frame plate at the right ends of two parallel slide rails, and hanging a top hanging ring of the hammer handle on a hammer handle hook;
secondly, knocking the connecting pin downwards to enable the connecting pin to fall off from an oval connecting pin falling hole arranged on a tool bottom plate right below the connecting pin;
secondly, starting the electric hydraulic push rod, wherein an output shaft of the electric hydraulic push rod extends rightwards, and the pushing slide block slides rightwards along the two parallel slide rails with the inner side U-shaped groove, so that a right pushing vertical surface of the pushing slide block is abutted with a hammer head shoulder on the hammer head;

and fifthly, repeating the steps from the first step to the fourth step, and separating the next hammer handle and the next hammer head which are connected together.
The invention greatly reduces the potential safety hazard caused by using a large hammer to strike the hammer head in the disassembling work of the hammer head of the fine crusher, shortens the working time of the disassembling work of the hammer head and improves the working efficiency.
