Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the excrement collecting and discharging device includes an excrement trough 10, an excrement collecting film 20 and an excrement discharging mechanism 30, wherein the excrement trough 10 is disposed in the toilet, an excrement discharging port 11 is disposed at the bottom of the excrement trough 10, the excrement collecting film 20 is a film with two open ends, one end of the excrement collecting film 20 is located outside the excrement trough 10, and the other end extends along the inner wall surface of the excrement trough 10 to penetrate out of the excrement discharging port 11, as shown in fig. 4; specifically, the feces collection film 20 is a double-layer film with openings at both ends, one open end of the feces collection film 20 is sleeved outside the feces groove 10, and then the feces collection film 20 is stacked and sleeved outside the feces groove 10, when in use, the other open end of the feces collection film 20 is pulled into the feces groove 10 from the outside of the feces groove 10 along the upper edge of the feces groove 10, and then is pulled continuously along the inner wall surface of the feces groove 10 until the open end extends out from the feces discharge opening 11, at this time, the feces collection film 20 positioned in the feces groove 10 covers the inner wall of the feces groove 10, and when in defecation, excrement is in contact with the feces collection film 20 and is not in direct contact with the feces groove 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the defecation mechanism 30 includes a clamping and sealing assembly 31 and a material changing driving assembly 32, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 is used for clamping or releasing the part of the defecation collecting film 20 extending out of the defecation opening 11, when the clamping and sealing assembly 31 clamps the end part of the defecation collecting film 20 extending out of the defecation opening 11, the part of the defecation collecting film 20 located in the defecation groove 10 forms a defecation collecting bag 21 with a closed bottom for containing excrement, a driving end of the material changing driving assembly 32 is connected with the clamping and sealing assembly 31 to drive the clamping and sealing assembly 31 to do reciprocating linear motion along the plane where the defecation opening 11 is located, the material changing driving assembly 32 drives the clamping and sealing assembly 31 to move away from the defecation opening 11 when the clamping and sealing assembly 31 clamps the defecation collecting film 20, so as to pull the defecation collecting bag 21 out of the defecation opening 11, the material changing driving assembly 32 drives the clamping and sealing assembly 31 to move towards the defecation opening 11 when the clamping and sealing assembly 31 releases the defecation collecting film 20, so that the holding and sealing member 31 can re-hold the portion of the fecal collecting film 20 newly extending out of the fecal outlet 11.
The excrement collecting and discharging device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for collecting excrement in the waterless closestool and conveying the excrement to an external excrement storage device. When the excrement collecting bag is used, one end of the excrement collecting film 20 is pulled along the inner wall surface of the excrement groove 10 to penetrate out of the excrement discharging port 11, as shown in fig. 4, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 is started to clamp the part, extending out of the excrement discharging port 11, of the excrement collecting film 20, so that the part, located in the excrement groove 10, of the excrement collecting film 20 forms an excrement collecting bag 21 with the bottom closed, as shown in fig. 5, the excrement collecting bag 21 is sleeved inside the excrement groove 10 and can collect excrement discharged into the excrement groove 10; after the user finishes using the toilet, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 is started to drive the clamping and sealing assembly 31 to move away from the defecation opening 11, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 pulls the excrement collecting film 20 to be continuously discharged from the defecation opening 11, so that the whole excrement collecting bag 21 filled with excrement is pulled out from the defecation opening 11, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the excrement is wrapped in the excrement collecting bag 21 and discharged from the excrement groove 10, and when the excrement collecting bag 21 filled with excrement is pulled out, the new excrement collecting film 20 outside the excrement groove 10 can be synchronously pulled to cover the inner wall surface of the excrement groove 10, so that the material replacement of the excrement collecting film 20 in the excrement groove 10 is completed, therefore, after the excrement collecting bag 21 is pulled out, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 releases the excrement collecting film 20, the material changing drive assembly 32 drives the clamping and sealing assembly 31 to move towards the excrement groove 10, when the clamping and sealing assembly 31 moves to be close to the defecation opening 11, the clamping and clamping assembly 31 is restarted to clamp the part of the excrement collecting film 20 which penetrates out of the excrement discharging opening 11, at this time, a new feces collection bag 21 for collecting new feces is formed in the feces trough 10. Preferably, in this embodiment, the overall toilet bowl 10 is similar to the shape of a conventional toilet bowl, the overall toilet bowl 10 is substantially funnel-shaped, the inner wall surface of the toilet bowl 10 slopes towards the defecation opening 11, so that the portion of the excrement collecting film 20 located in the toilet bowl 10 can be attached to the inner wall surface of the toilet bowl 10 as much as possible, and the accommodating space of the excrement collecting bag 21 is substantially equivalent to the inner space of the toilet bowl 10.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, a mounting frame 40 is disposed beside the excrement trough 10, the holding sealing assembly 31 is slidably mounted on the mounting frame 40 and can perform a reciprocating linear motion on the mounting frame 40 along a plane of the vertical excrement discharging port 11, the material-changing driving assembly 32 includes a mounting frame 321 and a driving linear module 322, the mounting frame 321 is located below the excrement discharging port 11 and has a mounting space (not shown) for mounting the holding sealing assembly 31, the excrement discharging port 11 is located above the mounting space, the driving linear module 322 is mounted on the mounting frame 40 and has an output shaft perpendicular to the plane of the excrement discharging port 11, and an output shaft of the driving linear module 322 is connected to the mounting frame 321 to drive the mounting frame 321 to perform a reciprocating linear motion along the plane of the vertical excrement discharging port 11, so as to drive the holding sealing assembly 31 to move away from or close to the excrement discharging port 11. In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 includes a first clamping plate 311, a second clamping plate 312 and a clamping driving member 313, the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 are oppositely disposed at two sides of the defecation opening 11 at an interval, the first clamping plate 311 and/or the second clamping plate 312 is slidably connected to the mounting frame 321, the clamping driving member 313 is fixedly mounted on the mounting frame 321, and a driving end of the clamping driving member 313 is connected to the first clamping plate 311 and/or the second clamping plate 312 to drive the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 to approach each other or move away from each other to clamp or release a portion of the defecation collecting film 20 extending out of the defecation opening 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, two opposite side portions of the mounting frame 321 are respectively provided with a guide rail 3115, the two guide rails 3115 extend from the position of the first clamping plate 311 to the position of the second clamping plate 312, a penetrating space through which the excrement collecting film 20 penetrates is formed between the two guide rails 3115, two opposite end portions of the first clamping plate 311 and two opposite end portions of the second clamping plate 312 are respectively provided with a guide block 3116 adapted to the guide rail 3115 for guiding and matching, and the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 are respectively connected with the guide rail 3115 vertically and slidably through the corresponding guide block 3116. The clamping driving member 313 includes a clamping motor 3131 and a driving screw 3132, the driving screw 3132 is rotatably installed in the mounting frame 321 and is disposed in parallel at an interval on one side of the guide rail 3115 near the defecation port 11, the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 are both installed above the driving screw 3132, the driving screw 3132 has a first thread section 3133 facing the first clamping plate 311 and screwed towards the second clamping plate 312 and a second thread section 3134 facing the second clamping plate 312 and screwed towards the first clamping plate 311, a moving nut 3135 is fixedly connected to each of the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312, a moving nut 3135 on the first clamping plate 311 is screwed to the first thread section 3133, and a moving nut 3135 on the second clamping plate 312 is screwed to the second thread section 3134; the clamping motor 3131 is fixedly installed on the mounting frame 321 and is drivingly connected to the driving screw 3132 through a timing belt, such that the clamping motor 3131 rotates in a forward or reverse direction to rotate the driving screw 3132, thereby moving the first clamping plate 311 screwed to the first thread section 3133 and the second clamping plate 312 screwed to the second thread section 3134 closer to or away from each other to clamp or release the feces collection membrane 20 protruding from the feces discharge opening 11.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the elastic pressing strips 3112 are disposed on the surfaces of the first holding plate 311 and the second holding plate 312, which are in contact with the feces collection membrane 20, so that when the feces collection membrane 20 is held between the first holding plate 311 and the second holding plate 312, the two opposite elastic pressing strips 3112 are abutted against each other, and the elastic pressure is pressed and deformed, so as to tightly hold the feces collection membrane 20, improve the sealing performance of the seal of the feces collection membrane 20, and prevent the leakage of the excrement in the feces collection bag 21. For example, the elastic bead 3112 may be a polyurethane bead or the like.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the clamp closure assembly 31 further includes a first sensor 3111 and a second sensor 3121 mounted on the mounting frame 321, the first sensor 3111 and the second sensor 3121 cooperating with each other to sense a separation distance between the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312; the first sensor 3111 and the second sensor 3121 are both in communication with the clamp driving member 313 for controlling the closing of the clamp driving member 313 when it is detected that the spaced distance between the first clamp plate 311 and the second clamp plate 312 is equal to the maximum preset distance or the minimum preset distance. The maximum preset distance is the distance between the first holding plate 311 and the second holding plate 312 when moving back to release the excrement collecting film 20 and continuing moving back to ensure the excrement collecting film 20 which newly passes through the excrement discharge opening 11 passes through, and the minimum preset distance is the distance between the first holding plate 311 and the second holding plate 312 when clamping the excrement collecting film 20. Specifically, the first sensor 3111 and the second sensor 3121 may respectively use a fixed point on the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 as a reference, so as to achieve sensing detection of specific positions of the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312. In the present embodiment, the first sensor 3111 and the second sensor 3121 are both photoelectric sensors.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 further includes a heat-sealing main board 314, a heat-sealing back board 315 and a heat-sealing motor 316 for heat-sealing the feces collection film 20, the heat-sealing main board 314 and the heat-sealing back board 315 are oppositely disposed at two sides of the feces discharge opening 11 at intervals, the heat-sealing main board 314 is located below the first clamping board 311, the heat-sealing back board 315 is located below the second clamping board 312, and the heat-sealing main board 314 and/or the heat-sealing back board 315 are slidably connected to the mounting frame 321; the heat-seal motor 316 is fixedly mounted on the mounting frame 321, and an output shaft of the heat-seal motor 316 is connected to the heat-seal main plate 314 and/or the heat-seal back plate 315 to drive the heat-seal main plate 314 and the heat-seal back plate 315 to approach each other or move away from each other, seal the feces collection film 20 when the feces collection film 20 is clamped by the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312, and release the feces collection film 20 after sealing. When the excrement collecting film 20 is clamped by the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312, the heat-sealing motor 316 is started to drive the heat-sealing main plate 314 and the heat-sealing back plate 315 to be close to each other to clamp the excrement collecting film 20, so that the excrement collecting film 20 is heat-sealed; so, on setting up the sealed basis of first grip block 311 and the centre gripping of second grip block 312, add heat-seal mechanism and carry out heat-seal to album just film 20 and seal, collection just bag 21 bottom is sealed whether no longer depends on the clamping-force between first grip block 311 and the second grip block 312, and sealed effect is better more stable.

In this way, when the clamping motor 3131 drives the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 to move towards each other to clamp the feces collection film 20, the heat-sealing main plate 314 and the heat-sealing back plate 315 move towards each other synchronously, and then the heat-sealing motor 316 is started to drive the heat-sealing main plate 314 to move towards the heat-sealing back plate 315 continuously and clamp the feces collection film 20 to perform heat-sealing. In this way, after the excrement collection bag 21 containing excrement is dragged to be discharged from the excrement discharge port 11, the cutting motor 319 is started to drive the first cutter 317 and the second cutter 318 to move oppositely, and the excrement collection film 20 is cut from the opening end of the excrement collection bag 21, so that the excrement collection bag 21 containing excrement is separated from the unused excrement collection film 20, the excrement collection bag 21 containing excrement is separated and discharged, and the unused excrement collection film 20 is prevented from being pulled by the used excrement collection bag 21, so that the excrement collection film 20 is broken and damaged.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a cutting support frame 3114 is further disposed between the first clamping plate 311 and the heat-sealing support frame 3113, the cutting motor 319 is fixedly mounted on the cutting support frame 3114, the first cutter 317 is slidably mounted on the cutting support frame 3114, an output shaft of the cutting motor 319 is disposed in parallel with the driving screw 3132 and connected to the first cutter 317, and the second cutter 318 is disposed at a position where the connecting frame 3122 faces the first cutter 317 and is located between the second clamping plate 312 and the heat-sealing back plate 315. Thus, when the clamping motor 3131 drives the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 to move towards each other to clamp the feces collection film 20, the first cutter 317 and the second cutter 318 synchronously move towards each other, and then the cutting motor 319 is started to drive the first cutter 317 to continuously move towards the second cutter 318 and cut off the feces collection film 20, so that the feces collection bag 21 filled with excrement falls. Furthermore, the clamping and sealing assembly 31 further includes a push plate 3141 disposed below the heat-sealed main plate 314 and fixedly connected to the heat-sealed main plate 314, the push plate 3141 has a pushing end perpendicular to the heat-sealed main plate 314 and extending toward the heat-sealed back plate 315, the pushing end is used for pushing the feces collection bag 21 located below the feces discharge opening 11, and after the feces collection film 20 is cut by the first cutter 317 and the second cutter 318, the feces collection bag 21 below the feces discharge opening 11 is pushed away from the heat-sealed main plate 314, so that the feces collection bag 21 is separated from the feces collection film 20 above more quickly and efficiently.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the following describes the operation of the refueling driving assembly 32:
when the excrement collecting and discharging device of the present embodiment is assembled, the mounting frame 321 is close to the excrement discharging opening 11, and the end of the excrement collecting film 20 is pulled to be conveyed out from the excrement discharging opening 11, as shown in fig. 4; starting a clamping motor 3131, driving a driving screw 3132 by the clamping motor 3131 to rotate forward so as to drive the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 to approach each other and clamp the excrement collecting film 20, then starting a heat-sealing motor 316 to drive the heat-sealing main plate 314 to move to contact with the heat-sealing back plate 315 and seal the excrement collecting film 20, so that the part of the excrement collecting film 20 in the excrement trough 10 forms a standby excrement collecting bag 21 for receiving excrement, and after heat sealing is completed, reversely rotating the heat-sealing motor 316 to drive the heat-sealing main plate 314 to move away from the heat-sealing back plate 315, as shown in fig. 5; after the excrement collection bag 21 in the excrement trough 10 collects excrement, the module motor 3225 for driving the linear module 322 is started, the module motor 3225 drives the mounting frame 321 to move away from the excrement discharge port 11, and the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 always clamp the excrement collection film 20 in the moving process so as to pull the excrement collection bag 21 filled with the excrement out of the excrement discharge port 11, as shown in fig. 6; after the feces collection bag 21 is completely dragged out of the feces discharge opening 11, the clamping motor 3131 drives the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 to move back and open the feces collection film 20, and then the module motor 3225 drives the mounting frame 321 to move to the initial position towards the feces discharge opening 11 in a reverse rotation manner, as shown in fig. 7; subsequently, the clamping motor 3131 is started again to drive the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 to clamp the newly penetrated excrement collecting film 20 from the excrement discharge port 11, the heat-sealing motor 316 is started again to seal the newly penetrated excrement collecting film 20, the upper end of the discharged excrement collecting bag 21 is sealed, and as shown in fig. 8, the heat-sealing motor 316 drives the heat-sealing main plate 314 to move away from the heat-sealing back plate 315 in a reverse rotation mode after heat sealing is finished; finally, the cutting motor 319 is started, the first cutter 317 and the second cutter 318 are driven to move oppositely to cut off the excrement contained in the excrement, the excrement collecting bag 21 containing the excrement is separated from the residual unused excrement collecting film 20 and falls into an external excrement collecting device, and thus, the excrement collecting process is finished once.
Further, after one defecation collecting action is completed, the module motor 3225 starts the driving mounting frame 321 to drive the first clamping plate 311 and the second clamping plate 312 to clamp the defecation collecting film 20 to move downwards by a distance (about the distance between the first cutter 317 and the heat-sealing main plate 314), so that the port of the defecation collecting film 20 moves and extends to the lower part of the heat-sealing main plate 314, then starts the heat-sealing motor 316 to drive the heat-sealing main plate 314 to perform the heat-sealing action, and forms a new defecation collecting bag 21 to be used in the defecation tank 10, and after the defecation collecting action, repeats the defecation action to complete the next defecation action. Thus, the excrement collecting and discharging process can be orderly and efficiently carried out, so that the reliable collection and discharge of excrement are ensured, and the pollution-free excrement discharging without water and contacting with the inner wall of the excrement groove 10 is realized.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 6, an annular groove 12 is formed around the outer periphery of the excrement trough 10, and the portion of the excrement collecting film 20 located outside the excrement trough 10 is accommodated in the annular groove 12, so that when the excrement collecting film 20 is installed, the opening end of the excrement collecting film 20 away from the excrement discharge opening 11 is sleeved on the excrement trough 10, and then the portion of the excrement collecting film 20 located outside the excrement trough 10 is folded and stacked in the annular groove 12, so that the excrement collecting film 20 is convenient to store, manage and replace. Furthermore, the excrement tank 10 further comprises an annular weight plate 121 with a shape matched with the annular groove 12, the annular weight plate 121 is fittingly embedded in the annular groove 12 and is pressed above the excrement collecting film 20 to press the excrement collecting film 20 in the annular groove 12, so that the annular weight plate 121 is arranged to balance the tension of the excrement collecting film 20 in the excrement discharging and material changing process of the excrement discharging mechanism 30, the excrement collecting film 20 is in a tension state when being clamped by the clamping and sealing assembly 31, and the excrement collecting film 20 is ensured not to be pulled out of the annular groove 12 without constraint due to the pulling of the excrement collecting bag 21 filled with excrement when not being clamped by the clamping and sealing assembly 31, and the pulling and material changing process of the excrement collecting film 20 is only controlled by the excrement discharging mechanism 30.

A defecation collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the excrement collecting film is arranged in the excrement groove, the part of the excrement collecting film, which is positioned outside the excrement groove, is accommodated in the annular groove, the excrement groove also comprises an annular weight plate with a shape matched with that of the annular groove, and the annular weight plate is matched and embedded in the annular groove and pressed above the excrement collecting film so as to be used for pressing the excrement collecting film in the annular groove; and a third sensor is further arranged at a position, close to the bottom of the groove, of the inner side wall of the annular groove and used for sensing and detecting position change of the annular counterweight plate in the annular groove so as to obtain the number of the excrement collecting films remaining in the annular groove.
9. A defecation collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the excrement collecting film is a biodegradable film.
10. A waterless toilet bowl, comprising a toilet bowl main body and the excrement collecting and discharging device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the excrement collecting and discharging device is arranged in the toilet bowl main body.
