一种FTU监控装置
技术领域
本发明涉及属于FTU监控技术领域,特别涉及一种FTU监控装置。
背景技术
FTU监控装置即配电开关监控终端,具有遥控、遥测、遥信,故障检测功能,并与配电自动化主站通信,提供配电系统运行情况和各种参数及监测控制所需信息,它可以与远方的配电子站通信,将配电设备的运行数据发送到配电子站,还可以接受配电子站的控制命令,对配电设备进行控制和调节。安装在室外配电杆上的FTU在进行检修时,需要作业人员通过攀爬工具爬上配电杆,在检修过程中若另需其他检修用具,作业人员需要回到地面取相应工具,再重新爬到配电杆上进行工作,不仅麻烦,而且在检修时,作业人员长时间处于高空作业状态,可能会引发摔落等安全事故,在夏季时,长时间的室外暴晒也影响着作业人员的身心安全。
发明内容
鉴以此,本发明提供了一种FTU监控装置,提高了作业人员的灵活性,降低了检修难度,提高了检修效率以及安全性,提高了配电终端的上线率以及配电线路的运行可靠性。

本发明提供了一种FTU监控装置,FTU机箱正常工作时,通过纳线箱对预留的电缆进行收纳、固定和保护,监控装置机箱对配电设备的检测和控制,实时检测无线加密模块与配网主站之间的链路情况,一旦发现链路中断,第一时间重启无限加密模块设备,确保设备于主站之间的通信链路重新建立,减少了运维人员到现场检修重启的工作量。当需要对机箱进行定期检修时,作业人员向借助工具攀爬至纳线箱处,旋出锁紧螺母,取下压线板,将纳线箱中的电缆从布线柱上取出,电缆随重力自由垂落,此时作业人员再从配电杆上将机箱拆卸,随后将机箱移至地面,作业人员可在地面对机箱进行检修,提高了作业人员的灵活性,从而在一定程度上降低了检修难度,提高了检修效率。夏季时可配合遮阳工具大幅度降低作业人员受到的暴晒。同时在地面进行检修操作相比于高空作业,大大提高了安全性。

实施例一
参见图1至图5,本发明提供了一种FTU监控装置,包括配电杆1监控装置的机箱2和连接电缆101,机箱2内部有无线加密模块掉电监测核心插件、无线加密模块掉电重启出口控制核心插件等,机箱2内部通过开出元件与扩展继电器回线实现无线通信模块的电源接入控制。同时装置通过网口与无线模块通信,实现无线通信监控功能,当装置检测到无线模块掉线后,操作无线模块断电重启使无线模块恢复通信,从而降低运维人员操作,缩短在线恢复时间,提高终端在线率,从而提高配电网调度运营能力,所述机箱2通过滑轮锁链卡接在所述配电杆1上,所述配电杆1上还安装有纳线箱3,所述纳线箱3位于所述机箱2的上方,所述纳线箱3的顶部设有进线口4,所述纳线箱3的底部设有出线口5,所述机箱2的底部设有进线孔6,所述连接电缆101依次穿过进线口4、出线口5和进行孔6并与所述机箱2连接,所述纳线箱3内均匀设有若干布线柱7,布线柱7呈蛇形分布,所述纳线箱3内还安装有压线板8,所述压线板8 的中部穿设有锁止螺杆9,所述锁止螺杆9的与所述纳线箱3的内壁固定连接,所述压线板8的两侧穿设有导向杆10,所述导向杆10与所述纳线箱3的内壁固定连接,所述锁止螺杆9上还设有对所述压线板8进行限位的锁止螺母11,锁止螺母11与锁止螺杆9螺纹连接。
将与配电设备的连接的连接电缆101伸入到纳线箱3的进线口4,沿着布线柱7进行缠绕固定,通过纳线箱3和布线柱7对连接电缆101进行收纳,连接电缆101呈蛇状盘在布线柱7上,最后通过纳线箱3的出线口5向外延伸,通过压线板8和锁止螺母11对盘曲在布线柱7上的连接电缆101进行压线,配合布线柱7对连接电缆101进行固定,纳线箱3出线口5延伸出的连接电缆101 从机箱2底部的进线口4连接至机箱2内部,完成机箱2与配电设备的连接,以实现监控装置机箱2对配电设备的检测和控制。需要对机箱2进行检修时,作业人员向借助工具攀爬至纳线箱3处,旋出锁紧螺母,取下压线板8,将纳线箱3中的连接电缆101从布线柱7上取出,连接电缆101随重力自由垂落,此时作业人员再从配电杆1上将机箱2拆卸,随后将机箱2移至地面,作业人员可在地面对机箱2进行检修,提高了作业人员的灵活性,从而在一定程度上降低了检修难度,提高了检修效率。夏季时可配合遮阳工具大幅度降低作业人员受到的暴晒。同时在地面进行检修操作相比于高空作业,大大提高了安全性。检修完成后,作业人员重新将机箱2搬至配电杆1上重新卡接,垂落的连接电缆101再重新沿着布线柱7盘曲缠绕在纳线箱3中,装上压线板8,旋紧锁紧螺母,机箱2即可重新恢复工作。现有的FTU大多数在安装时预留的连接电缆101 不够长,无法将机箱2从配电杆1上取下检修,而有预留较长连接电缆101的则是将连接电缆101吊挂在配电杆1上,长期暴露在大气中,没有保护装置对其进行保护。本装置在FTU机箱2正常工作时,通过纳线箱3对预留的连接电缆101进行收纳、固定和保护,需要检修时将连接电缆101取出,配合预留的长连接电缆101可将FTU机箱2拆卸至地面进行检修,提高了作业人员的灵活性,降低了检修难度,提高了检修效率以及安全性。
所述纳线箱3顶部安装有主定滑轮12和绳索13,所述纳线箱3后端设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有绕线杆14,所述绳索13的一端绕接在所述绕线杆14上,所述绳索13的另一端绕过所述主定滑轮12且与所述机箱2顶部连接,所述纳线箱3后端还设有对所述凹槽密封的盖板15,所述盖板15与所述纳线箱3铰接。需要将机箱2拆卸至地面进行检修时,可将缠绕在绕线杆14上的绳索13取下,抛给地面上的作业人员,配电杆1上的作业人员将机箱2与配电杆1的固定件拆除后,地面上的作业人员可通过主定滑轮12和绳索13,缓缓将机箱2垂放至地面,省去了配电杆1上的作业人员徒手搬运机箱2的不便,也能有效防止机箱2摔落;检修完成后,亦可通过主定滑轮12和绳索13将机箱2吊起至配电杆1指定位置,再由配电杆1上的作业人员重新固定安装,省时省力,提高了机箱2拆卸搬运的便捷性。对机箱2重新安装完成后,可将绳索13沿着绕线杆 14重新置于纳线箱3后端,盖上盖板15封存。
所述绳索13的一端安装有吊钩16,所述机箱2顶部设有把手17,所述绳索13通过所述吊钩16与所述把手17钩接。通过吊钩16与把手17钩接,提高稳定性,配电杆1上的作业人员也可手握把手17调整机箱2的位置,方便将机箱2垂放或吊起。
所述纳线箱3底部设有若干排水孔18。雨天时雨水容易从纳线箱3的进线口4流进箱内部,通过在底部设置排水孔18能够有效将雨水排出。
所述纳线箱3顶部两侧分别设有副定滑轮19,所述绳索13均绕在所述主定滑轮12和副定滑轮19上。机箱2在吊起或垂放时,绳索13容易与纳线箱3的两侧接触,从而发生摩擦,长期以往,易加快绳索13的磨损,纳线箱3顶部两侧的副定滑轮19呈“V”字型向外倾斜安装,绳索13搭接在副定滑轮19上,机箱2在吊起或垂放时,不与纳线箱3直接接触,大大降低了纳线箱3对绳索 13的摩擦,提高了绳索13的使用寿命。
