As shown in FIG. 1, the enterprise valuation method can include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S101: acquiring enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated, wherein the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated comprises bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated.
The enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated is input into the electronic equipment by a user. Or the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated may be generated by the electronic device itself, that is, the electronic device may obtain the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated from a local area. Or the electronic device may acquire the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated from other devices (such as other terminal devices or other servers). For example, the information may be obtained from a server corresponding to a certain network. The number of the enterprises to be evaluated may be one or more. When the number of the enterprises to be evaluated is multiple, the enterprise information of different enterprises to be evaluated may be obtained from the same device or from different devices, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The bid information for the business to be evaluated may include bid information and/or bid information. The bid information for the business to be evaluated may include one or more of: bidding information of an enterprise to be evaluated in N industries in each industry; the amount of the bid-winning item, the time of the bid/bid, the frequency of the bid/bid, the amount of the bid-winning item in a certain period of time (e.g., in the last year), the amount of the bid-winning item in a certain period of time, and the like of the enterprise to be evaluated. The number of winning bid items for each enterprise to be evaluated may be one or more. The number of winning bid items for each enterprise to be evaluated may be one or more. The amount of the bid items for each enterprise to be evaluated may be: the bid amount corresponding to each bid item may also be a total bid amount summarized by all bid items, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The aforementioned N is an integer of 1 or more.
Step S102: and determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated according to the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated.
After the electronic device acquires the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated, the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated can be determined according to the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated. The evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated can represent the competitiveness of the enterprise to be evaluated.
The enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated is objective, public and accurate information, and the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated is determined according to the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated, so that the accuracy of the evaluation result is improved. Therefore, enterprise decision-makers can be effectively helped to accurately seek partners, an enterprise ecological cooperation circle is constructed, the enterprise synergistic effect is played to the maximum extent, and the market share is occupied.
The enterprise evaluation method provided by the embodiment of the application can determine the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated in a certain industry and can also determine the evaluation results of the enterprise to be evaluated in a plurality of industries. The enterprise evaluation method provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for evaluating the competitiveness of the enterprise to be evaluated in a certain industry and can also be used for evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise to be evaluated. It is to be appreciated that the obtained business information for the business to be evaluated can include business information within one or more industries.
In one implementation, the electronic device may determine the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated in a certain industry by: the specific implementation manner of determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated by the electronic device according to the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated may be: and aiming at each industry in the N industries, determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated in the industry according to the bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated in the industry.
In one implementation, the electronic device may determine the evaluation results of the enterprise to be evaluated in multiple industries by: the specific implementation manner of determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated by the electronic device according to the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated may be: and determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated according to the bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated in the N industries and each industry. At this time, the evaluation results of the enterprises to be evaluated are determined jointly according to the bidding information of the N industries.
The specific implementation manner of determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated according to the bid and ask information of the enterprise to be evaluated in the N industries and each industry may be as follows: aiming at each industry in N industries, determining an evaluation result of an enterprise to be evaluated in the industry according to bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated in the industry; and determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated according to the evaluation result of each industry and the corresponding weight of each industry of the enterprise to be evaluated in the N industries. For example, the result of weighted summation between the evaluation result and the weight of each industry in the N industries may be used as the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated. The weight corresponding to each industry can be set by the electronic equipment in a default mode or can be customized by a user, and the weight can be modified as required. The weights corresponding to different industries may be the same or different, and this is not limited in this application embodiment.
In one implementation mode, the number of the types of the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated can be one or more; each enterprise information includes a first information value; the specific implementation manner of determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated by the electronic device according to the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated may be: for each type of the one or more types of enterprise information, determining a second information value corresponding to the type of enterprise information according to an information value range to which a first information value included in the type of enterprise information belongs; the second information value is an information value corresponding to an information value range, and the information values corresponding to different information value ranges are different; and determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated according to the second information value corresponding to each enterprise information in the one or more enterprise information.
In this embodiment of the application, a plurality of information value ranges may be preset for each type of enterprise information, and the plurality of information value ranges may include a value size of a first information value included in the enterprise information that may be acquired in an actual situation. Therefore, the acquired first information value can be ensured to be within a certain information value range, and the corresponding second information value can be further determined. For example, taking the enterprise information as the amount of the winning bid item, and the amount of the winning bid item corresponds to 3 information value ranges and 3 second information values, the corresponding relationship between the information value ranges and the second information values may be as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 correspondence between information value ranges and information value ranges
Information value range (winning bid item quantity) Second information value
(20,∞) 3
[10,20] 2
(0,10) 1
As can be seen from table 1, if the first information value in the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated is 11, the second information value corresponding to the enterprise information is 2. The evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated can be determined according to the second information values corresponding to the different types of enterprise information. For example, the difference between the first information values of the amount of the winning bid item and the amount of the winning bid item is large, the value of the amount of the winning bid item may be several tens of thousands, and the value of the second information value of the amount of the winning bid item and the amount of the winning bid item may be within 10.
In one implementation, the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated may include an evaluation value. The higher the evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated, the stronger the competitiveness of the enterprise to be evaluated can be represented. By comparing the evaluation values, quantitative results can be provided for the users, and thus enterprises with strong competitiveness can be found quickly as partners. In one implementation, in a case where the number of the enterprises to be evaluated is plural, the electronic device may output the evaluation value of each of the plural enterprises to be evaluated in order of the high or low evaluation value. The comprehensive competitiveness of a plurality of enterprises can be sequenced, and enterprise users can more intuitively know which enterprises have stronger comprehensive competitiveness.
In one implementation, in a case that the number of the enterprises to be evaluated is multiple, for each of the N industries, the electronic device may output the evaluation value of each of the enterprises to be evaluated in the industry in an order of high and low of the evaluation value in the industry. In other words, the comprehensive competitiveness of a plurality of enterprises can be sequenced in different industries, and enterprise users can more intuitively know which enterprises have stronger comprehensive competitiveness in a certain industry.
By implementing the embodiment of the application, the enterprise is evaluated through the bidding information of the enterprise, and the evaluation accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another enterprise evaluation method according to an embodiment of the present application. The execution subject is an electronic device or a chip in the electronic device, and the electronic device is taken as an example of the execution subject of the enterprise evaluation method.
Step S201: acquiring enterprise information of an enterprise to be evaluated, wherein the enterprise information of the enterprise to be evaluated comprises bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated and one or more non-bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated.
Wherein the one or more non-bidding information may include, but is not limited to: enterprise business data and/or enterprise loyalty data. The enterprise business data may include one or more of: the address location (such as the province) of the enterprise to be evaluated, the establishment date or the registered capital, and the like. The enterprise trustworthiness data may include one or more of: the information of losing credit, the information of keeping credit, the information of administrative penalty or the tax credit level of the enterprise to be evaluated and the like.
It should be noted that the rest of the content in step S201 may refer to the specific description in step S101 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
Step S202: and determining the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated according to the bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated and the weight corresponding to the bidding information and the weight corresponding to each non-bidding information and each non-bidding information in the one or more non-bidding information.
Optionally, the bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated, the weighted sum result between each type of non-bidding information and the corresponding weight may be used as the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated.
In the embodiment of the application, the weights corresponding to the bidding information and various non-bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated can be set by default by the electronic device or can be defined by a user, and the weights can be modified as required. The weights corresponding to different non-bidding information may be the same or different, and this is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Optionally, the weight corresponding to the bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated may be higher than the weight corresponding to the non-bidding information.
It should be noted that the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated is used for representing the competitiveness of the enterprise to be evaluated for example, and the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated can be flexibly applied to enterprise analysis under multiple dimensions and multiple scenes, and is not limited to the competitive analysis. For example, the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated can also be used for evaluating the enterprise risk level of the enterprise to be evaluated. If the user wants the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated to be used for evaluating the enterprise risk level of the enterprise to be evaluated, the weight corresponding to the enterprise integrity data of the enterprise to be evaluated can be higher than the weight corresponding to other non-bidding information and can also be higher than the weight corresponding to the bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated.
It should be noted that the enterprise evaluation method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by a mathematical model, and various parameters (for example, the mentioned weights, the second information values, the correspondence between the information value ranges and the second information values, and the like) in the embodiment of the present application may be obtained by training the model.
By way of example, how to determine the weights in the model and how to determine the evaluation values of the business to be evaluated will be described below by taking the example that the non-bidding information includes business data and business integrity data:
A. comprehensive evaluation
The calculation formula of the evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated is as follows: sn ═ Gn + Zn + Cn
Wherein, Sn represents the comprehensive evaluation value of the nth enterprise, and Gn, Zn and Cn represent evaluation values of the enterprise in 3 dimensions of enterprise business data, bid and bid information and enterprise integrity data, respectively. 1< ═ n < Y, Y is the number of enterprises to be evaluated, and Y > -1.
Zn1+ Zn 2. Zn1 represents an evaluation value corresponding to the amount of the bid winning items of the nth enterprise; zn2 represents an evaluation value corresponding to the amount of the winning bid item for the nth business. Illustratively, the bid information of the enterprise to be evaluated corresponds to a weight of 50%. Wherein, the weight of the amount of the winning bid items and the amount of the winning bid items is 25 percent.
Figure BDA0003182378970000091
Wherein Qn is the bid price of the nth enterpriseNumber of items, QmaxFor the largest winning bid item quantity, Q, of the enterpriseminThe minimum bid amount for the enterprise.
Figure BDA0003182378970000092
Wherein Mn is the sum of the bid items of the nth enterprise, MmaxFor the maximum bid amount of the winning bid item, MminThe minimum amount of the bid items for the enterprise.
B. Industry-wide assessment
The calculation formula of the evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated in the ith industry is as follows: sni Gn + Zni + Cn
Sni represents the evaluation value of the nth enterprise in the ith industry, and Gn, Zni and Cn represent the evaluation values of the enterprise in 3 dimensions of enterprise business data, bid and bid information of the ith industry and enterprise integrity data respectively. 1< ═ i < the aforementioned N, N being the total number of industries.
Zni ═ Zni1+ Zni 2. Zni1 represents the evaluation value corresponding to the amount of winning bid items of the nth enterprise in the ith industry; zni2 represents the evaluation value corresponding to the amount of the bid item in the ith industry for the nth enterprise. And the weight corresponding to the bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated is 50%. Wherein, the weight of the amount of the winning bid items and the amount of the winning bid items is 25 percent.
Figure BDA0003182378970000093
Qni represents the winning bid item quantity of the nth enterprise in the ith industry, QimaxThe largest bid amount, Q, for the enterprise in the ith industryiminThe minimum bid amount for the enterprise in the ith industry.
Figure BDA0003182378970000094
Where Mni is the amount of the item bid by the nth enterprise in the ith industry, MimaxFor the largest winning bid item amount of the enterprise in the ith industry, MiminThe minimum amount of the bid items for the enterprise in the ith industry.
Illustratively, the business data of the business to be evaluated corresponds to a weight of 25%. The weights of the region, the established date and the registered capital are 5%, 10% and 10%, respectively.
Gn=G1+G2+G3
Wherein, G1, G2, G3 represent the evaluation values corresponding to the area where the business is located, the established date and the registered capital, respectively. For the region: factors of the enterprise territory can influence whether to cooperate and communicate with the enterprise. For example, the weights may be divided according to whether the enterprise to be evaluated and the enterprise corresponding to the user are in the same province. For example, in the same province, the corresponding weight is 5%; in different provinces, the corresponding weight is 3%. And the corresponding established date: illustratively, the weight division is performed at 3-year and 5-year separation periods. For example, the duration of the establishment is more than 5 years, and the corresponding weight is 10%; the establishment duration is 3 to 5 years (including 3 years and 5 years), corresponding to a weight of 5%; the length of establishment was 3 years or less, corresponding to a weight of 2%. Corresponding to the registered capital: and dividing different registered capital intervals for weight design. For example, the registered capital is above 5 million, corresponding to a weight of 10%; the registered capital is in the interval of 1 million to 5 million (including boundary values), and the corresponding weight is 5%; the capital registered is under 1 million, corresponding to a weight of 2%.
Illustratively, the enterprise trustworthiness data for the enterprise to be rated corresponds to a weight of 25%. The weight of the administrative punishment, the loss of credit and the tax credit level is respectively 10%, 10% and 5%.
Cn=C1+C2+C3
Wherein, C1, C2 and C3 represent the evaluation values corresponding to the administrative penalty, the loss of credit and the tax credit level of the enterprise respectively. It is understood that, if the larger the evaluation value is, the stronger the competitiveness is, the larger the number of administrative penalties is, the smaller the corresponding evaluation value is. Similarly, if the larger the evaluation value is, the stronger the competitiveness is, the larger the number of lost messages is, the smaller the corresponding evaluation value is. The corresponding evaluation value may be a negative number.
By implementing the embodiment of the application, the evaluation result of the enterprise to be evaluated is determined according to the bidding information and each non-bidding information of the enterprise to be evaluated, so that the evaluation result is more comprehensive, objective and accurate.
The method of embodiments of the present invention is described above and the apparatus of embodiments of the present invention is further described below.
