Research shows that in the main grading of an enterprise and the credit service for public customers, the status of the enterprise in a group to which the enterprise belongs needs to be known, the supporting strength of the group to the enterprise and the value contribution of the enterprise to the group are analyzed, at present, the status of the enterprise in the group is judged by fully investigating the enterprise mainly depending on the business experience of financial institution business personnel, the automatic judgment and the batch judgment of the enterprise status in the group are difficult to realize by the judgment method, in addition, the current enterprise status judgment method only considers the control relationship of a single layer, but does not consider the influence of a group organization structure on the enterprise status, the status of the enterprise cannot be analyzed according to the overall condition of the group, and the real condition of the enterprise cannot be reflected.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for evaluating corporate status in a group, which can relatively objectively and accurately evaluate the status of each corporate to be evaluated in the group.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an evaluation method for corporate status provided by the present application, where the evaluation method includes the following steps:
s101, obtaining a group map of a target group, wherein the group map comprises at least one enterprise to be evaluated under a target group set flag and an association relation between each enterprise to be evaluated and other enterprises to be evaluated under the target group flag.
In this step, the obtained group atlas of the target group is an expression form of a knowledge atlas, and may be used to represent relationships between enterprises, and as an example, the group atlas of the target group obtained in the embodiment of the present invention is constructed by using each enterprise to be evaluated as a node and using an association relationship between each enterprise to be evaluated as an edge, so that the group atlas may reflect an association relationship between each enterprise to be evaluated under the same target group.
By way of example, the association may include, but is not limited to: the system comprises an investment relation, an arbitrary role relation, a voting right relation and a control relation, wherein the investment relation and the arbitrary role relation can be obtained from the business basic information of the enterprise to be evaluated, and the voting right relation and the control relation can be obtained from an enterprise annual report published by the enterprise to be evaluated. The related relation reflected in the group atlas of the embodiment of the invention is an investment relation and a control relation.
S102, acquiring registered capital data of each enterprise to be evaluated, and performing normalization processing on the registered capital data of all the enterprises to be evaluated to determine a first evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated.
In the step, the registered capital data of the enterprise to be evaluated can be obtained from the business basic information of the enterprise to be evaluated, normalization processing is carried out on the registered capital data of all the enterprises to be evaluated to obtain normalization values corresponding to all the enterprises to be evaluated, and the normalization values are determined as the first evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated.
By way of example, the method for normalizing the registered capital data of all the enterprises to be evaluated is as follows: determining a maximum value and a minimum value of registered capital data from the registered capital data of all the enterprises to be evaluated, and characterizing the registered capital data of each enterprise to be evaluated based on the maximum value and the minimum value of the registered capital data to obtain a corresponding normalized value of all the enterprises to be evaluated.
Specifically, a first evaluation value of the enterprise v to be evaluated is determined by the following equation:
Figure BDA0002876116430000081
wherein x ismaxFor registering capital data maximum, xminFor registering capital data minimum, xνRegistered capital data for the enterprise v to be assessed; pr (x)ν) And obtaining a normalized value corresponding to the registered capital data of the enterprise v to be evaluated.
Further, the normalized value corresponding to the registered capital data of the enterprise v to be evaluated is determined as the first evaluation value pr (v) of the enterprise v to be evaluated.
S103, aiming at each enterprise to be evaluated, determining a second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated based on the first evaluation value of other enterprises to be evaluated having an association relationship with the enterprise to be evaluated under the target group flag and the association relationship between the enterprise to be evaluated and other enterprises to be evaluated under the target group flag.
In the step, for each enterprise to be evaluated, whether the enterprise to be evaluated is associated is judged from a corporate map of a target corporate, wherein the association means whether the enterprise to be evaluated is controlled by or invested by other enterprises to be evaluated, then other enterprises to be evaluated having an association relationship are determined, the first evaluation value and the corresponding association relationship of the other enterprises to be evaluated are used as factors which jointly influence the status of the enterprise to be evaluated, and finally, the second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated is determined through the two influence factors.
As an example, the second valuation value of the business under evaluation may be determined by the following equation:
Figure BDA0002876116430000082
pr (u) is a second evaluation value of the enterprise u to be evaluated, d is a damping factor, N is a total number of nodes, v is another enterprise to be evaluated having an association relationship with the enterprise u to be evaluated under the target group flag, Bu is a set of other enterprises v to be evaluated having an association relationship with the enterprise u to be evaluated, and p (v) is an investment proportion of the other enterprises v to be evaluated to the enterprise u to be evaluated having an association relationship with the enterprise u to be evaluated.
When the second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated is determined, calculating the control relation in the association relation of the enterprise to be evaluated according to the investment relation of 100% to determine the second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated.
It should be noted that the first evaluation values of the other enterprises to be evaluated are not influence factors of the other enterprises to be evaluated, but are used as influence factors of the enterprises to be evaluated for calculating the second evaluation values of the enterprises to be evaluated. Specifically, the embodiment of the invention determines the second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated through an iterative algorithm, and optimizes the first evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated during each iterative calculation.
As an example, a normalized value obtained by performing normalization processing on registered capital data is used as a first evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated, which is calculated in a first iteration, for determining a second evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated in the first iteration; and during the second iterative computation, taking the second evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated obtained by the first iterative computation as the first evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated of the second iterative computation, determining the second evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated of the second iterative computation, and optimizing the second evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated according to the iterative algorithm. Further, when the second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated gradually converges and stabilizes, the algorithm is terminated, and the second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated is finally determined, wherein it may be determined whether the second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated stabilizes by, as an example, calculating an absolute value of a vector difference between two adjacent second evaluation values, and comparing the absolute value with a preset threshold value of the vector difference, and when the absolute value is smaller than the preset threshold value of the vector difference, the algorithm is terminated, and the second evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated is finally determined.
And S104, evaluating the position of any one enterprise to be evaluated in the target group based on the group map and the second evaluation values of different enterprises to be evaluated.
This step will be explained with reference to the group map of the target group shown in fig. 2, and the evaluation process of the status of the enterprise to be evaluated in the group will be explained.
In the step, a second evaluation value with the maximum value is determined from the second evaluation values of the enterprises to be evaluated, the enterprise to be evaluated corresponding to the second evaluation value with the maximum value is determined to be a lead-ready enterprise, the enterprise to be evaluated is traced upwards according to the incidence relation of the enterprise to be evaluated based on the group atlas, and the enterprise to be evaluated with the highest traced node is determined to be a lead-ready enterprise.
As an example, in fig. 2, the enterprise a to be identified is determined to be a quasi-leading enterprise, and then based on the corporate map, the enterprise a to be evaluated is traced upward according to the association relationship, that is, the enterprise C to be evaluated traced according to the investment relationship is determined to be a leading enterprise. Further, the invention also provides another embodiment, in order to solve the problem that the enterprise to be evaluated with the highest node traced back according to the association relationship is taken as the lead enterprise under the condition that the multi-level association relationship exists, further, in order to solve the problem that the lead enterprise has a plurality of association relationships, the investment relationship of more than 50% is traced back upwards, and finally, the enterprise to be evaluated with the highest node is traced back as the lead enterprise.
Further, the second evaluation values of the enterprises to be evaluated except the leading enterprise are ranked, the second evaluation value of Z% before ranking is determined, and the enterprise to be evaluated corresponding to the second evaluation value of Z% before ranking is determined as a core enterprise.
As an example, the enterprises to be evaluated in the corporate map shown in fig. 2 are sorted from large to small according to the second evaluation value, and the order is as follows: A. c, E, B, G, F, J, I, D, M, H, S, R, K, L, N, O, P, Q, T, U, V, W, the value of Z can be set according to the situation of the target group, for example, the invention sets the value of Z to 40, namely, the business to be evaluated corresponding to the second evaluation value of 40% before the ranking except the leading business is determined as the core business, and then the business A, E, B, G, F, J, I, D, M to be evaluated is determined as the core business.
Furthermore, a faucet enterprise is used as a starting node, based on the group atlas, the data is traced downwards according to the incidence relation of the faucet enterprise, and the traced core enterprise is determined as a keel frame enterprise.
By way of example, the method takes the leading enterprise C as a starting node, and traces back to the core enterprise A, E, B, G, F, J, I, D according to the association relationship, so that A, E, B, G, F, J, I, D of the core enterprises is further determined as a keel enterprise, the keel enterprise is removed from the core enterprise, the rest of the core enterprises are M, and it is noted that for an enterprise to be evaluated with the multi-level association relationship, each level should trace back with the core enterprise as a target until tracing back to the lowest node.
Furthermore, the other enterprises to be evaluated except the dragon head enterprise, the core enterprise and the dragon skeleton enterprise in the enterprises to be evaluated are determined as common enterprises.
By way of example, the present invention identifies the enterprise to be evaluated H, S, R, K, L, N, O, P, Q, T, U, V, W other than the dragon head enterprise a, the core enterprise M, and the keel enterprise E, B, G, F, J, I, D as a general enterprise.
For clarity, in this application, the group graph of the target group with a simple group structure is taken as an example, and the scheme is also applicable to the target group with a more complex group structure.
The method for evaluating the enterprise status in the group, provided by the embodiment of the application, includes the steps of obtaining a group map of a target group, wherein the group map comprises at least one enterprise to be evaluated under the flag of the target group and an incidence relation between each enterprise to be evaluated and other enterprises to be evaluated under the flag of the target group; acquiring registered capital data of each enterprise to be evaluated, and performing normalization processing on the registered capital data of all the enterprises to be evaluated to determine a first evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated; for each enterprise to be evaluated, determining a second evaluation value of the enterprise to be evaluated based on the first evaluation value of other enterprises to be evaluated having an association relationship with the enterprise to be evaluated under the target group flag and the association relationship between the enterprise to be evaluated and other enterprises to be evaluated under the target group flag; and evaluating the position of any one enterprise to be evaluated in the target group based on the group map and second evaluation values of different enterprises to be evaluated.
Therefore, the influence of different incidence relations among the enterprises to be evaluated on the status of the enterprises to be evaluated is considered, the evaluation value of each enterprise to be evaluated is obtained, the enterprises to be evaluated under the cluster flag are evaluated in batches according to the evaluation value, and the status of each enterprise to be evaluated in the cluster can be evaluated relatively objectively and accurately.
