Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In this application, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiment of the application provides a form generation method, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s101, collecting input voice of a user.
Optionally, when the user needs to fill out the form, the user may input a speech in the direction of the business through the client, for example: "I will take the plane to go on business from Beijing to Shanghai tomorrow". Alternatively, the user may click a corresponding virtual key on the client, for example, a "hold-and-speak" virtual key, and then start to enter speech, and the speech received before the user accepts the speech input is all used as the input speech of the user for subsequent processing.
Alternatively, in order to avoid missing information in the speech input by the user, the user may be prompted to enter information that is desired to be included in the speech.
S102, identifying target information contained in the input voice.
Wherein the target information refers to information belonging to a preset type. The preset type mainly refers to an attribute type, such as name, city, date, vehicle, and the like. Thus, the target information contained in the input voice can be recognized according to the preset type. For example, for the input voice "i want to take a plane to go off business from beijing to shanghai tomorrow", four pieces of target information of "tomorrow", "plane", "beijing", and "shanghai" are recognized.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation manner of step S102, as shown in fig. 2, includes the following steps:
s201, performing voice recognition on the input voice to obtain a text corresponding to the input voice.
Optionally, after obtaining the text corresponding to the input voice, the text corresponding to the input voice may be displayed to the user, so that the user can confirm whether the recognized text corresponding to the input voice is the voice input by the user. If the text corresponding to the input voice is wrong, the user can feed back or choose to re-input the voice.
S202, dividing the text corresponding to the input information into a plurality of words.
S203, screening out words belonging to a preset type from the plurality of words according to the information type to serve as target information.
Optionally, the type of each word may be analyzed based on a language model, and then words belonging to a preset type are screened out from the analyzed type, or a trained neural network is used to determine whether the input word belongs to a preset type of word, or the input word is determined in other manners.
And S103, matching preset information corresponding to each target information from the database.
The preset information is the preset standardized information of the finger. And specifically may include names of various cities, various transportation means, dates, and the like.
It should be noted that, since the information in the voice input by the user may not be accurate enough, in order to obtain accurate information and to normalize the information filled into the form template, it is necessary to convert each target information into normalized preset information, that is, to match each target information with the preset information. For example, today is No. 5/10 in 2021, and the user's input voice "i went on a plane to go on business from beijing tomorrow" is "wherein for the recognized target information" tomorrow ", it is apparently intended to be the time of business but" tomorrow "is not accurate enough, so it needs to be converted into normalized preset information. According to the time of the day, the preset information corresponding to the target information is matched to be '2021/05/11', so that the time of the difference can be more clearly shown.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation manner of step S103, as shown in fig. 3, includes the following steps:
s301, determining a preset information set corresponding to the type of each target information from the database.
It should be noted that, in the present application, preset information sets of each type are configured in advance, for example, for a city, a set including names of the respective cities is set. So that the corresponding pre-set can be determined according to the type of the curtain information, and then step S302 is performed.
S302, matching a preset name and a preset code corresponding to the target information from a preset information set corresponding to each target information type.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the preset information includes a preset name and a preset code. Wherein, each preset name corresponds to a unique preset code. The matched preset name can be used for being filled into the form template, and the preset code can facilitate system identification and related information query.
And S104, filling the matched preset information into a corresponding form template kit to obtain the application form.
It should be noted that the form template in the embodiment of the present application is composed of a plurality of suites, each suite is used for filling out one item of information, and is not composed of a plurality of simple blank fields. As shown in fig. 4, the external member may be selected by clicking to pop up preset information, for example, after clicking out the external member of the bad city in fig. 4, a window for selecting the city pops up, and the user may search and select the city.
Specifically, a suite corresponding to the preset information may be determined based on the type of each preset information, and then the preset information is filled into the suite of the corresponding form template to obtain the application form.
Optionally, a specific implementation manner of step S104 includes:
and filling the matched preset information into the external member indicated by the external member identification corresponding to the preset information in the form template.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, for the matched preset information, the kit identifier corresponding to the preset information may be determined according to the type of the preset information. And filling preset information into the kits with consistent kit identifications to obtain the application forms.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, after performing step S104, the method may further include:
and visualizing the application form, and if the application form has a suite which is displayed to be empty, sending prompt information to the user.
The prompt message is used for prompting a user to manually input information of the kit which is displayed to be empty.
According to the form generation method provided by the embodiment of the application, the input voice of a user is collected, then the target information belonging to the preset type in the input voice is identified in a mode of presetting the type of the information needing to be filled in the form template, the preset information corresponding to each target information is matched from the database, and finally the matched preset information is filled in the corresponding form template kit to obtain the application form. Therefore, the information which needs to be filled in the form template by the user is quickly acquired in a voice recognition mode, the recognized target information is matched with the preset information in the database, and the standardized preset information is filled in the form template, so that the accuracy and the uniformity of the information can be effectively guaranteed, and the form can be generated more conveniently on the premise of guaranteeing the accuracy and the uniformity of the information.
