One skilled in the relevant art will recognize, however, that the subject matter of the present disclosure can be practiced without one or more of the specific details, or with other methods, components, devices, steps, and the like. In other instances, well-known structures, methods, devices, implementations, materials, or operations are not shown or described in detail to avoid obscuring aspects of the disclosure.
Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for editing contact information, which may be used in a mobile terminal, which may be a smart device, such as a mobile phone, according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, in step S10, a preset editing interface for the contact information is launched. The "preset editing interface" in this embodiment refers to an interface for refining other information after a certain item of information in the contact information is known, for example, an interface for filling in information of a phone, a company, and the like of a contact in a case where a name of the contact has been filled in, as shown in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, before starting the preset editing interface of the contact information, the following steps are further included:
and starting a function application, wherein the function application can be an address book or an electronic business card (a cloud business card and the like), for example.
After that, a recommendation list is formed through steps S21 and S22, as shown in fig. 1, in step S21, memo information of the shared contact in the shared server is detected.
As shown in fig. 1, in step S22, the remark information of the detected shared contact is added as a recommended entry to the recommendation list.
As shown in fig. 1, in step S30, a recommendation list is displayed, and the recommended entries are displayed in a list form, so that the user can select one of the plurality of recommended entries in the recommendation list to input into the preset editing interface.
In different embodiments of the present disclosure, the recommendation list is formed in a plurality of ways, wherein the recommendation terms may be derived from remark information and/or input history of the shared contacts in the sharing server.
In this embodiment, the composition of the recommendation list may be formed in three ways according to the source of the recommendation entry, and correspondingly, fig. 3, fig. 5, and fig. 7 respectively show flowcharts of methods for editing contact information according to three embodiments provided by examples of the present disclosure.
In a first embodiment, the recommendation entries in the recommendation list are derived from the grouping of remark information of shared contacts in the sharing server, and fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a method for editing contact information according to the first embodiment provided by an example of the present disclosure. That is, when the recommendation entries in the recommendation list are derived from a grouping of remark information of shared contacts, the following steps are specifically performed to form the recommendation list:
as shown in fig. 3, in step S23, the remark information of the sharing contact is obtained, and the remark information of the sharing contact is saved to the sharing server, which may be a cloud server, for example.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S21, the remark information of the shared contact in the sharing server is detected, that is, the remark information of the shared contact stored in the sharing server is matched according to the known information in the contact information to be input in the preset editing interface, and the remark information of the shared contact which is successfully matched is taken as the remark information of the contact to be input.
And storing remark information of the shared contact in the sharing server. After the sharing contact X finishes editing the information (such as the company name) of the contact W on the mobile terminal device of the sharing contact X, the information of the contact W is saved to the cloud server for sharing by other sharing contacts. When one of the other sharing contacts (such as the sharing contact Y) edits the information of the contact W, monitoring that the sharing contact edits the company name according to the number of the contact W, and using the company name edited by the sharing contact X as remark information of the sharing contact for the sharing contact Y to view and select. As shown in fig. 3, in the step S21, in the process of detecting the remark information of the sharing contact of each sharing contact in the address book, since there are generally multiple sharing contacts in the address book, the company name of the contact W may be labeled by not only one person, that is, when the sharing contact X is also not only one person, the labels of the company name of the contact W by multiple persons can be used as the remark information of the sharing contact for viewing and selecting by the sharing contact Y. The user selects the company name meeting the requirement from the recommendation list, and the selected company name is input into the preset editing interface by clicking, so that the input can be completed, the process is simple, the input time is greatly saved, and the editing efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in step S22, the remark information of the detected shared contact is added as a recommended term to the recommendation list.
Through the first method provided by the embodiment, the contact information can be quickly edited by using the remark information of the shared contact, namely the non-privacy shared information of the address book shared contact, especially the information of names, telephones, mailboxes, companies and the like. The "address book" in this embodiment may be a mobile phone address book, a micro-communication address book, a mailbox address book, or the like. The purpose of improving the editing efficiency is achieved by sharing the non-privacy shared information of each shared contact in the address list.
In this embodiment, taking a mobile phone address book as an example, when the user a edits the address book, the user a needs to edit the information of the shared contact C, and then the user a can provide a recommendation list through the information about the shared contact C shared by the shared contact B, so that the user a can quickly edit the shared contact C. The term "shared contact" in the specification means that if B and C are in the address book of A, B and C are shared contacts of A.
In this embodiment, the known information based on which the stored contact information is matched with the sharing server may be a contact name, a mobile phone number, a company name, a mailbox address, and the like, for example, the contact information stored in the sharing server may be matched according to the contact name, so as to provide the company name or the mailbox address, and recommend the information to other sharing contacts as remark information of the sharing contacts. Generally, due to the fact that the company name and the mailbox address are long, the time spent on editing is long, and the editing efficiency can be greatly improved through the recommendation list mode.
After the recommendation list is formed through the steps S23, S21, and S22, the following steps are further included:
as shown in fig. 3, in step S31, a recommendation list is displayed, and a plurality of recommendation terms in the recommendation list are displayed in a grouping form of remark information of shared contacts for the user to view and select. The user selects the company name meeting the requirement from the recommendation list, and the selected company name is input into the preset editing interface by clicking, so that the input can be completed, the process is simple, the input time is greatly saved, and the editing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a display of a recommendation list obtained according to the first embodiment (i.e., recommending entry from remark information of shared contact) shown in fig. 3 in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The prompt "your shared contact marks his company" means that the following recommended terms "a 1" and "a 2" are all remark information groups from the shared contact, and the recommended terms may be more, which is not shown in the figure.
In a second embodiment, the recommended terms in the recommendation list are from a grouping of input histories, and fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a method for editing contact information according to the first embodiment provided by an example of the present disclosure. That is, forming a recommendation list when the recommendation terms in the recommendation list are from a grouping of input histories specifically includes the steps of:
as shown in fig. 5, in step S24, an input history of the user is detected, where the input history includes entries that have been input recently and belong to the same type as the contact information to be input in the preset editing interface.
As shown in fig. 5, in step S25, the entries in the input history are added to the recommendation list as recommended entries. The recommended entries of the input history grouping are based on the entries recently input by the user in the local mobile terminal as the recommendation standard, but the types of the entries recently input by the user are possibly complex, and the possibility of meeting the user requirements is too low, so in order to provide the accuracy of the recommended entries, the types of the entries recently input need to be further divided.
After the recommendation list is formed through the steps S24 and S25, the following steps are further included:
as shown in fig. 5, in step S32, a recommendation list is displayed, and a plurality of recommended entries in the recommendation list are displayed in a grouped form of the input history for the user to view and select. The user selects the company name meeting the requirement from the recommendation list, and the selected company name is input into the preset editing interface by clicking, so that the input can be completed, the process is simple, the input time is greatly saved, and the editing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a recommendation list displayed according to the second embodiment (i.e., the recommendation entry is from the input history) shown in fig. 5 in an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. The prompt "the company label you input before" indicates that the following recommended terms "A3" and "a 4" are from the input history group, and the recommended terms may be more, which is not shown in the figure.
In a third embodiment, the recommended entries in the recommendation list are from two groups, i.e., the input history and the remark information of the shared contact in the sharing server, and fig. 7 shows a flowchart of a method for editing contact information according to the third embodiment provided by an example of the present disclosure. In the process of displaying the recommendation list, the recommendation according to the input history or the recommendation of the remark information of the shared contact are not distinguished in the execution sequence, and the recommendation can be performed simultaneously or one by one, and the final effect of the embodiment is not influenced.
After the recommendation list is formed through the steps S23, S21 and S22 and the steps S24 and S25, the following steps are further included:
as shown in fig. 7, in step S33, a recommendation list is displayed, and a plurality of recommendation terms in the recommendation list are displayed in a grouped form of the input history and the remark information of the shared contact for the user to view and select. The user selects the company name meeting the requirement from the recommendation list, and the selected company name is input into the preset editing interface by clicking, so that the input can be completed, the process is simple, the input time is greatly saved, and the editing efficiency is improved. And because the entries in the recommendation list are from both the input history and the remark information of the shared contact, the provided recommendation entries have higher possibility of meeting the requirements of the user, so that the company name to be input can be selected through the recommendation list, and the editing efficiency is higher than that of the case of singly using the input history or the remark information of the shared contact.
Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating a display of a recommendation list obtained according to the third embodiment (i.e., two groups of input history and remark information of shared contacts) in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Each grouping is preceded by a grouping prompt, for example, the prompt "your shared contact labels his company" means that the following recommended terms "a 1", "a 2" are all remark information groups from shared contacts; the prompt "the company label you input before" indicates that the following recommended terms "A3" and "a 4" are all from the input history group. The number of the recommended entries in each group is determined according to the actual detection input history and the result of sharing the remark information of the contact, and the figure is only an example and is not limited thereto.
Fig. 9 also shows a flowchart of a method for editing contact information, which may be used in a terminal, which may be a smart device, such as a cell phone, according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure. In the method, a recommendation list is formed by adopting one of the three embodiments and displayed (fig. 9 shows that the first embodiment is taken as an example), when none of the recommendation entries displayed in the recommendation list meets the requirements of the user, the method further comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 9, in step S40, the entry input by the user is acquired from the preset editing page. If the user does not find a required entry in the recommendation list before inputting, the user is required to input an entry in the preset editing interface, wherein the entry can be a word, a letter or a letter combination.
As shown in fig. 9, in step S50, the entry entered by the user is matched with the yellow page, and an entry that is the same as or similar to the entry entered by the user is selected as an association entry to be added to the association list, so that the user can input one of the plurality of association entries in the association list into the preset editing interface. Therefore, the method provided by the embodiment can be derived from a recommendation list composed of input history and/or remark information of shared contacts in the sharing server, and can also be derived from an association list obtained after yellow page matching. By acquiring the entry input by the user from the preset editing interface, the entry and the yellow page can be quickly matched, the company name which is recorded in the yellow page and is related (same or similar) to the entry is obtained as an associated entry, and information which possibly meets the requirements of the user is quickly associated according to a small amount of information input by the user and is selected by the user.
Similarly, the association list is also displayed like the recommendation list, and referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating the display of the recommendation list obtained according to the yellow page matching in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. And the user inputs the selected company name into a preset editing interface by clicking to complete the input process. Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating completion of contact information tagging in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and all names do not need to be input one by one in a yellow page matching manner, so that the input time can be greatly saved in the whole process, and the editing efficiency can be improved.
It should be noted that the above illustration is only a schematic illustration of the processing involved in the method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and is not intended to be limiting. It will be readily understood that the processes shown in the flow charts do not indicate or limit the chronological order of these processes. In addition, it is also readily understood that these processes may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, e.g., in multiple modules.
In summary, the method for editing contact information provided by this embodiment can provide recommended entries by detecting remark information of shared contacts in the shared server before user input, so that the user can select the recommended entries, the user can directly select entries meeting user requirements from the recommended entries, and input can be completed by clicking, so that the process is simple, input time is greatly saved, and editing efficiency is improved. The input history can be detected to provide recommended entries, so that the user can directly select entries meeting the user requirements from the recommended entries, the input can be completed by clicking, the process is simple, the input time is greatly saved, and the editing efficiency is improved. In addition, if the recommended entries provided before input cannot meet the user requirements, the entries meeting the user requirements can be obtained according to the short entries input by the user and the yellow pages in a quick matching mode, all names do not need to be input and finished one by one, the input time can be greatly saved in the whole editing process, and the editing efficiency is improved.
