Typically, the hardware of the evaluator user terminal 12 is the smartphone of the evaluator, and the hardware of the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 is the smartphone of the evaluation supervisor. The evaluator/supervisor/user terminal 12/13 may also be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile station (mobile station), a subscriber unit (subscriber unit), a station (station), a Terminal Equipment (TE), a cellular phone (cellular phone), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device (handset), a laptop computer (laptop computer), a tablet computer (pad), a notebook computer (notebook computer), etc., among other possible scenarios.
An evaluation management mode of the intermediate information of the health condition of the insured life of the personal care insurance application is described below, which needs to be assisted by the above evaluation system, so as to implement the solution of the relevant embodiment of the present application.
The evaluation management mode is roughly: an evaluator management organization is set by the government to manage the evaluators and is responsible for affairs such as qualification audit of the evaluators; after accepting the application of personal care insurance application, an insurance company randomly chooses initial appraisal evaluators from qualified evaluators; after the initial assessment personnel receive the assessment task, the site assessment is carried out in the preset time and place, and during the site assessment, the assessment supervisor assigned by the insurance company takes part in the supervision process in the whole process; in addition, if any party disagrees with the evaluation result, a re-evaluation application can be proposed according to a specified program, re-evaluation evaluators in the re-evaluation task are selected from expert evaluators, and the re-evaluation process is similar to the initial evaluation process.
Obviously, the above evaluation management mode has the following requirements: first, it is ensured that evaluators (first-evaluation evaluators and second-evaluation evaluators) can perform evaluation only under the supervision of an evaluation supervisor. Second, the authenticity of the supervision is ensured. Thirdly, the standardization of the evaluation process and the evaluation record is ensured, and the evaluation efficiency is improved. Fourthly, when the initial evaluation result is disputed, the reevaluation can be efficiently completed.
The embodiment of the application provides an unlocking method for an evaluation task, which can ensure that evaluators (an initial evaluation evaluator and a re-evaluation evaluator) can only evaluate under the supervision of an evaluation supervisor. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an unlocking method for an evaluation task according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the method for unlocking the evaluation task needs to be executed by the evaluation server 11, the evaluator user terminal 12, and the supervisor user terminal 13. The method comprises the following specific steps:
step S101, the user end 13 of the assessment supervisor takes a face shot of the assessment object of the assessment task to obtain facial feature data of the assessment object.
This step requires the use of software and hardware resources in the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13. The hardware resource is mainly a shooting module (as an input device of the user terminal 13 of the assessment supervisor); the software resource is mainly a face recognition program, which can be integrated into an evaluation supervision APP or application developed specifically for the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13, and by means of which almost all functions of the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 can be implemented.
In step S102, the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 transmits the facial feature data of the evaluation target to the evaluation server 11 by wireless communication.
In step S201, the evaluation server 11 compares the received facial feature data of the evaluation target with the facial feature data of the preset evaluation target for which the evaluation task is directed, and generates corresponding feedback information.
The feedback information may be: when the comparison is successful, generating corresponding confirmation information according to rules; and generating corresponding failure information according to rules when the comparison is unsuccessful.
The confirmation message may contain a code dynamically generated by the evaluation server 11 according to relevant conditions (such as comparison time, etc.), and this code may be stored in the evaluation server 11 for password verification in a subsequent invocation.
Here, the preset evaluation object for the evaluation task is the insured life insurance application. The evaluator user terminal 12 is preset for use by an independent professional evaluator other than the party in contract with the personal care insurance application, and the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 is preset for use by a worker assigned by the insurer of the personal care insurance application.
In step S202, the evaluation server 11 returns the feedback information to the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13.
Step S103, after the evaluation supervisor user 13 receives the feedback information of the evaluation server 11, if the comparison is successful, the dynamic two-dimensional code is generated according to the set rule and displayed on the display interface of the supervisor user 13, otherwise, a notification that the face recognition is unsuccessful is sent.
The dynamic two-dimensional code may be generated according to a certain rule based on the code in the confirmation information. In this way, the dynamic two-dimensional code is associated with the code in the confirmation information, and the code is dynamically generated by the evaluation server 11 according to the relevant condition, so that the dynamic two-dimensional code generated each time is also different.
Thus, through the above steps S101 to S103, the user 13 of the assessment supervisor generates a dynamic two-dimensional code by performing on-site identification and confirmation on the assessment target of the assessment task. The dynamic two-dimensional code is used as an unlocking password, so that the unlocking of the evaluation task can be realized.
The subsequent steps of the method for unlocking the evaluation task further comprise:
step S301, the user end 12 of the evaluator scans the dynamic two-dimensional code by using a computer to obtain the dynamic two-dimensional code.
In step S302, the user end 12 of the evaluator sends the obtained dynamic two-dimensional code data to the evaluation server 11 through wireless communication.
In step S203, the evaluation server 11 receives the dynamic two-dimensional code data sent from the user end 12 of the evaluator and performs password verification.
An optional implementation of the password verification is as follows: firstly, analyzing the dynamic two-dimensional code data to extract a specific code, then comparing the specific code with a code which is stored in the evaluation server 11 and dynamically generated by the evaluation server 11 according to related conditions when the confirmation information is generated, if the comparison is successful, the password verification is passed, otherwise, the password verification is not passed.
In step S204, the evaluation server 11 instructs the evaluator user terminal 12 to unlock the evaluation task.
In step S303, the evaluator user terminal 12 unlocks the evaluation task. Thereby, the unlocking of the evaluation task is completed.
In the above unlocking method for the evaluation task, the evaluator user side 12 must perform field unlocking password interaction with the evaluation supervisor user side 13, and then can unlock the evaluation task in the evaluator user side through password verification, so that the evaluation task can be started, and thus the evaluation task can be effectively ensured to be supervised by the evaluation supervisor 15, thereby ensuring the fairness of the evaluation.
In addition, the unlocking method for the evaluation task also needs to be based on the premise that the evaluation object of the evaluation task passes face recognition, that is, the evaluation object of the evaluation task is simultaneously recognized on site through unlocking of the evaluation task, so that the evaluation efficiency can be improved.
When the assessment task is unlocked, the field assessment human-machine interaction component corresponding to the assessment task in the assessor client 12 can be activated. The field assessment human-computer interaction component outputs the items to be assessed of the assessment tasks through the output device of the assessment personnel user side 12 and inputs the assessment contents corresponding to the items to be assessed through the input device of the assessment personnel user side 12.
The field assessment human machine interaction component requires the utilization of software and hardware resources in the assessor user side 12. The hardware resources comprise output equipment and input equipment. When the evaluator user terminal 12 uses a smartphone, the output device may be a display screen of the smartphone and the input device may be a keypad or a touch panel of the smartphone. The software resources can be integrated into an evaluation APP or application developed specifically for the evaluator user terminals 12, by means of which almost all functions of the evaluator user terminals 12 can be implemented.
8-12 respectively show different states of the human-computer interaction interface of the on-site evaluation human-computer interaction component provided by the embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 8, when a field evaluation human-computer interaction component corresponding to a certain evaluation task is activated, the user can enter the human-computer interaction page shown in fig. 8. In this human-computer interaction page, evaluation task information including applicant name 1611, evaluation sheet number 1612, and the like is first displayed above the page. Under the evaluation task information, there are four icons respectively representing a category of items to be evaluated, namely, a "Barthel scale" corresponding icon 1613, a "mental state" corresponding icon 1614, a "sensory perception and social participation" corresponding icon 1615, and a "medical care question" corresponding icon 1616, wherein each icon represents a plurality of specific items to be evaluated in the category of items to be evaluated. Arrows are arranged among the icon 1613, the icon 1614, the icon 1615 and the icon 1616 to indicate the evaluation sequence of the large categories of the items to be evaluated, for example, the items to be evaluated in the large category of the items to be evaluated, namely the mental state, can be evaluated only after all the items to be evaluated in the large category of the items to be evaluated, namely the Barthel scale, are evaluated. In addition, a submit button 1616 is provided below the interface for uploading the contents of the assessment to the assessment server 11 from the assessor client 12 by clicking on the submit button after the assessment of all the categories of the items to be assessed is completed.
When the icon 1613 is clicked, a sub-page is entered, and the sub-page is an evaluation page of the first item to be evaluated in the category of the items to be evaluated, namely the Barthel scale. As shown in fig. 9, the man-machine interaction page shown in the figure is an evaluation page of the fourth item to be evaluated in the large category of the items to be evaluated, i.e. as can be seen from the "Barthel table title 4" displayed above the page of fig. 9. Accordingly, the page of fig. 9 also shows the item subject to be evaluated 1617 as "stool", while three selectable items 1618, respectively "incontinence", "occasional incontinence (less than 1 time per week)" and "controllable", are listed under the item subject to be evaluated 1617, and a corresponding checkable box is also shown next to each selectable item 1618, in which a "√" or similar icon appears when clicked, indicating that the selectable item 1618 corresponding to the checkable box is selected. In addition, next to the "Barthel scale title 4" displayed above the page of fig. 9, there is a drop-down arrow 1619, which when clicked, will assume the state in the page shown in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 10, when the drop-down arrow 1619 is clicked, a menu 1620 pops up from the drop-down arrow 1619, the menu 1620 lists the numbers of the items to be evaluated in the category of the items to be evaluated where the current item to be evaluated is located, and clicking any one number can quickly enter the sub-page where the item to be evaluated corresponding to the number is located. In addition, after any item to be evaluated is evaluated, an icon (for example, "√") appears on the number of the item to be evaluated displayed in the menu 1620, so that an evaluator can quickly find an incomplete item to be evaluated.
As can be seen from the above description, in the above field evaluation human-computer interaction assembly, the items to be evaluated are classified by attributes and are structured and arranged according to the classifications, the field evaluation human-computer interaction assembly has a plurality of displayable pages, the hierarchical structure of the pages corresponds to the structured and arranged manner, and when each displayable page is displayed on the display screen as the output device of the user end 12 of the evaluator, the displayed content includes the corresponding item to be evaluated and the mark to be input of the evaluation content corresponding to the item to be evaluated.
When the icon 1614 is clicked, a sub-page is entered, and the sub-page is an evaluation page of the first item to be evaluated in the category of the item to be evaluated, namely the "mental state". As shown in fig. 11, the man-machine interaction page shown in the figure is an evaluation page of the first item to be evaluated in the category of the item to be evaluated, i.e. as can be seen from the "question 1 of mental state" displayed above the page of fig. 11. Accordingly, the page of fig. 11 also shows the item subject to be evaluated 1617 as "test for drawing a clock (draw a locked circle, with the pointer position pointing to 10 points 45 minutes)", and at the same time, two selectable items 1618 are listed under the item subject to be evaluated 1617 as "correct for drawing a clock" and "incorrect for drawing a clock", respectively, and a corresponding checkable box is also shown next to each selectable item 1618, and when a checkable box is clicked, a "√" or similar icon appears in the checkable box to indicate that the selectable item 1618 corresponding to the checkable box is selected.
Since the selectable items 1618 corresponding to more items 1617 to be evaluated in the category of items to be evaluated, i.e., "mental state", are all non-judgment items and are prone to misjudgment, in such evaluation pages, functions such as photographing, shooting, recording, etc. may also be provided, so as to record the pictures, images, and voices of the evaluation subject when the evaluation subject receives the evaluation, thereby providing a basis for the later examination. For example, in fig. 11, a photo button 1621 is further provided below the selectable part 1618, the photo button 1621 is clicked to enter a photo page, and after the photo is taken and saved, the photo taken can be displayed in a photo display frame 1622 below the photo button 1621, so that the evaluator can determine whether the photo is saved.
When the icon 1616 is clicked, a sub-page is entered, and the sub-page is an evaluation page of the first item to be evaluated in the category of the items to be evaluated, namely, the "medical care question". As shown in fig. 12, the human-computer interaction page shown in the figure is an evaluation page of the fourth item to be evaluated in the main category of the item to be evaluated, i.e. as can be seen from the "question 4 of medical care question" displayed above the page of fig. 12. Accordingly, the page of fig. 12 also shows that the item subject 1617 to be evaluated is "skin condition", and two selectable items 1618, which are "normal" and "abnormal", are listed under the item subject 1617 to be evaluated, and a corresponding checkable box is also displayed beside each selectable item 1618, and when a checkable box is clicked, a "√" or similar icon appears in the checkable box, indicating that the selectable item 1618 corresponding to the checkable box is selected. When selectable item 1618 corresponding to "exception" is selected, a number of sub-selectable items 1623 may appear to further select the exception condition. When the "wound" corresponding sub-selectable item 1623 is selected, a number of further detail input ports 1624 may be present to input the location of the wound, the size of the wound, and the grade of the wound. Wherein the size of the wound requires the evaluator to make a measurement and then enter the measurement value at the detail input port 1624 corresponding to "size of wound".
The field evaluation man-machine interaction assembly can reduce the randomness of evaluation personnel and can accurately evaluate items to be evaluated.
According to a general idea, after the evaluator user side 12 unlocks the evaluation task according to the unlocking method of the evaluation task, the evaluation supervisor 15 is already indicated to be in the evaluation site, and the evaluation task can be effectively supervised as long as the evaluation supervisor 15 is in the evaluation site. However, in the embodiment of the present application, it is further innovatively proposed to establish an evaluation supervision task at the evaluation supervisor user end 13, so as to further improve the authenticity and effectiveness of supervision.
The embodiment of the application provides an unlocking method for an evaluation supervision task, which can ensure that evaluators (a first evaluation evaluator and a second evaluation evaluator) and the evaluation supervisor mutually unlock tasks of opposite parties, namely, the evaluation task is unlocked on an evaluator user side 12, and the evaluation supervision task is unlocked on an evaluation supervisor user side 13. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an unlocking method for evaluating a supervision task according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the unlocking method for the evaluation task is executed by the evaluation server 11, the evaluator user terminal 12, and the supervisor user terminal 13. The method comprises the following specific steps:
step S101, the user end 13 of the assessment supervisor takes a face shot of the assessment object of the assessment task to obtain facial feature data of the assessment object.
This step requires the use of software and hardware resources in the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13. The hardware resource is mainly shooting module (as an input device of the user end 13 of the assessment supervisor); the software resource is mainly a face recognition program, which can be integrated into an evaluation supervision APP or application developed specifically for the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13, and the evaluation supervisor APP or application can implement the related work of the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13.
The feedback information may be: when the comparison is successful, generating corresponding confirmation information according to rules; and when the comparison is unsuccessful, generating corresponding failure information according to the rule.
The confirmation message may contain a code dynamically generated by the evaluation server 11 according to a relevant condition (such as comparison time, etc.), and this code may be stored in the evaluation server 11 for password verification in a subsequent call.
Here, the preset evaluation object for the evaluation task is the insured life care insurance application. The evaluator user side 12 is preset for use by an independent professional evaluator other than the party to the contract for the personal care insurance application, and the assessment supervisor user side 13 is preset for use by a worker assigned by the insurer of the personal care insurance application.
In step S202, the evaluation server 11 returns the feedback information to the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13.
Step S103, after the evaluation supervisor user 13 receives the feedback information from the evaluation server 11, if the comparison is successful, the dynamic two-dimensional code is generated according to the set rule and displayed on the display interface of the supervisor user 13, otherwise, a notification that the face recognition is unsuccessful is sent.
Thus, through the above steps S101 to S103, the user end 13 of the assessment supervisor generates a dynamic two-dimensional code by performing on-site identification and confirmation on the assessment target of the assessment task. The dynamic two-dimensional code is used as an unlocking password to realize the unlocking of the evaluation supervision task.
The subsequent steps of the unlocking method for evaluating the supervision task further comprise:
step S301, the user end 12 of the evaluator scans the dynamic two-dimensional code by using a computer to obtain the dynamic two-dimensional code.
In step S205, the evaluation server 11 instructs the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 to unlock the evaluation supervision task.
Step S104, the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 unlocks the evaluation supervision task. Thereby, unlocking of the evaluation supervision task is completed.
In the unlocking method for the evaluation monitoring task, the evaluation monitoring task in the evaluation monitoring user terminal 13 can be unlocked only by password verification after the evaluation monitoring user terminal 13 has to perform field unlocking password interaction with the evaluation monitoring user terminal 12, and then the evaluation monitoring task can be started (for example, the monitoring content is input through a field evaluation monitoring man-machine interaction component corresponding to the evaluation monitoring task in the evaluation monitoring user terminal), so that the problem of falsely filling the monitoring content afterwards can be effectively prevented, and the authenticity of the evaluation monitoring task is ensured.
In addition, the unlocking method for the evaluation and supervision tasks enables the evaluators and the evaluation and supervision personnel to unlock the tasks of the other parties through a set of actions, namely, the evaluation tasks are unlocked on the user end 12 of the evaluators, and the evaluation and supervision tasks are unlocked on the user end 13 of the evaluation and supervision personnel, so that the complexity of operation is greatly reduced.
When the evaluation supervision task is unlocked, the on-site evaluation supervision human-computer interaction component corresponding to the evaluation supervision task in the evaluation supervisor user side 13 is activated. The field evaluation supervision human-computer interaction component outputs the items to be supervised of the evaluation supervision tasks through the output device of the evaluation supervisor user end 13 and inputs the supervision contents corresponding to the items to be supervised through the input device of the evaluation supervisor user end 13.
The on-site evaluation supervision human-computer interaction component can refer to the related content of the on-site evaluation human-computer interaction component. In a possible implementation manner, the items to be supervised in the field assessment supervision human-machine interaction component are also classified by attributes and are structured and arranged according to the classification (which may correspond to the classification and arrangement manner of the items to be supervised), the field assessment supervision human-machine interaction component has a plurality of displayable pages, the hierarchical structure of the pages corresponds to the structured arrangement manner, and when each displayable page is displayed on the display screen serving as the output device of the assessment supervisor user terminal 13, the display content comprises the corresponding item to be supervised and the supervision content to-be-input mark corresponding to the item to be supervised.
Fig. 13 is a state diagram of a human-machine interaction interface of a site evaluation monitoring human-machine interaction component according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 13, the man-machine interaction page shown in the figure is an "assessment supervision Barthel meter No. 4" page, i.e. a page used by an assessment supervisor to supervise the assessment process when the assessment supervisor assesses the assessment on the "Barthel meter No. 4" (as shown in fig. 9). The page of fig. 13 also shows a supervised assessment item heading 1711 as "stool" and two selectable items 1712 listed under the supervised assessment item heading 1711, respectively "normal assessment" and "abnormal assessment", and a corresponding checkable box is also displayed next to each selectable item 1712, where a check or similar icon appears when a checkable box is clicked to indicate that the selectable item 1712 to which the checkable box corresponds is selected. In addition, in the related page of the on-site evaluation supervision human-computer interaction component, the functions of photographing, shooting, recording and the like can be provided, so that the photos, images and voice of the evaluation object subjected to evaluation can be recorded, and a basis is provided for the later examination. For example, in fig. 13, a video capture button 1714 is provided below the selectable item 1713, and the user enters a video capture page for capturing an evaluation process by clicking the video capture button 1714.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a recording method for evaluating content according to an embodiment of the present application. The method for recording the evaluation content can be applied to the evaluation task unlocking method and the evaluation supervision task unlocking method. As shown in fig. 7 and fig. 5, the method for recording the evaluation content is executed by the evaluation server 11, the evaluator user terminal 12, and the supervisor user terminal 13, and includes the following steps:
step S304A: the evaluator user terminal 12 performs a first evaluation operation through the field evaluation human-computer interaction component.
Step S305A: the evaluator user terminal 12 uploads the evaluation content of the first evaluation operation to the evaluation server 11.
Step S105A: the supervisor user terminal 13 performs a first step of evaluation supervision operation through the on-site evaluation supervision human-computer interaction component.
Step S106A: the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 uploads the supervision contents of the first-step evaluation supervision operation to the evaluation server 11.
Step S206A: the evaluation server 11 matches the evaluation content of the first-step evaluation operation with the supervision content of the first-step evaluation supervision operation to determine whether or not the first-step evaluation operation can be confirmed to be supervised by the first-step evaluation supervision operation.
Step S207A: if yes, the assessment server 11 instructs the assessor client 12 to unlock the field assessment human-computer interaction components corresponding to the second assessment operation.
Step S304B: the evaluator user terminal 12 performs a second evaluation operation through the field evaluation human-computer interaction component.
After that, the evaluator user terminal 12 uploads the evaluation content of the second evaluation operation to the evaluation server 11, the supervisor user terminal 13 executes the second evaluation supervision operation through the field evaluation supervision human-computer interaction component, the evaluation supervisor user terminal 13 uploads the supervision content of the second evaluation supervision operation to the evaluation server 11, the evaluation server 11 matches the evaluation content of the second evaluation operation with the supervision content of the second evaluation supervision operation to judge whether the second evaluation operation can be supervised by confirmation of the second evaluation supervision operation, and when the judgment is yes, the evaluation server 11 instructs the evaluator user terminal 12 to unlock the field evaluation human-computer interaction component corresponding to the next evaluation operation. And so on, the evaluator user terminal 12 can complete all evaluation operations through the field evaluation man-machine interaction component.
It can be seen that, in the above method for recording evaluation content, the field evaluation human-computer interaction component in the evaluator user terminal 12 and the corresponding field evaluation monitoring human-computer interaction component in the supervisor user terminal 13 are operated in association, and when a specific evaluation operation performed by the field evaluation human-computer interaction component is determined to be over-supervised by a supervision confirmation operation performed by the field evaluation monitoring human-computer interaction component, the field evaluation human-computer interaction component can perform a next evaluation operation. Thus, the cooperation of the evaluation task and the evaluation supervision task can be realized.
In an alternative embodiment, on the human-computer interaction page shown in fig. 8 in the evaluator user side 12, the categories of the items to be evaluated corresponding to the icon 1613, the icon 1614, the icon 1615, and the icon 1616 are used as one-step evaluation operations, and after the evaluation content of the category of the items to be evaluated corresponding to one of the icon 1613, the icon 1614, the icon 1615, and the icon 1616 is uploaded to the evaluation server 11 and the supervision content of the corresponding category of the items to be evaluated is also uploaded to the evaluation server 11, the evaluation server 11 matches the evaluation content of the category of the items to be evaluated with the supervision content of the corresponding category of the supervision to be evaluated, and then activates the next icon among the icon 1613, the icon 1614, the icon 1615, and the icon 1616.
According to the evaluation management mode, when there is an objection in the evaluation result, a review can be made according to a specified procedure, and the review can comprise two parts of field evaluation and subsequent evaluation. Wherein, the process of field evaluation can be basically consistent with the related contents of evaluation and evaluation supervision described in the specification.
Fig. 14 is a schematic state diagram of a human-computer interaction interface of a human-computer interaction component at a user side of a reevaluation evaluator according to an embodiment of the present application, which can be used for performing the subsequent evaluation. As can be seen from fig. 14, a difference item between the first-rated content and the second-rated content (i.e., "Barthel scale item 4" is evaluated as "incontinence" at the first rating, and "Barthel scale item 4" is evaluated as "occasional incontinence (less than 1 time per week)" at the second rating) is displayed on the page, and an input box for inputting a description of the difference item is provided on the page for inputting the content of the difference item. The above-mentioned difference items may be automatically extracted by the evaluation server 11 after comparing the first-evaluated content with the second-evaluated content.
Because the difference items are automatically extracted from the initial evaluation content and the re-evaluation content through the computer, the re-evaluation evaluating personnel can quickly and specially explain the difference items to a great extent.
