Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an electronic attendance method and a wireless access point,

The present invention relates to an attendance management method using an Internet router, which makes it possible to manage the attendance at academies, schools, and various organizations with ease by using Internet wired and wireless router and smart phone which are widely used.

Generally, the lecturer checks the attendance of each student at every lecture time, assigns the attendance score based on him / her every semester, and reflects the attendance score to give a final grade to each student.

The attendance management system is a system for confirming attendance by using information and communication technology away from the existing method of checking attendance through a caller name and constructing system so that it can utilize class time more effectively in large scale lectures with many attendants . In addition, since the attendance department that has been recorded / managed offline can be turned into an online system, teachers, students, and parents can check the attendance status anytime and anywhere. Especially, in case of large-scale lectures, it takes a considerable amount of time to check the attendance because the number of attendance is large, and in assigning the score determined in the school rules based on the number of absences according to the attendance score reflecting ratio during grading, There is a difficulty in accompanied by labor.

The attendance management system started to solve the inconvenience of attendance check according to the name. Conventionally, the electronic check-out system automatically checks whether or not the attendees attend the lecture by using attendance check means (mobile communication terminal, IC card, etc.) separately possessed by the attendants. At this time, the attendance check means is integrated into the identification card (or the student card, the registration card), and the attendance person contacts the check terminal with the corresponding identification card to confirm attendance [Patent Documents 1, 2, 3].

Particularly, most of the attendance management systems of the students who are used in the existing schools / institutes use RF cards or fingerprint recognition. When a student or a school student arrives at a school or a school, the RF card is touched by the reader or the fingerprint is recognized, thereby recording the origin and the house. At this time, the school will notify the House of Representatives, etc., by sending letters to the registered parents of the children, such as their children, by SMS. All of the above methods require a separate device. Fingerprint recognition devices are more expensive than small ones, and RF cards are cheaper, but the cost of purchasing cards can be higher in proportion to the number of students (student).

That is, there is a difficulty that the attendance person, the school, the school, the group, etc. purchase the attendance check means separately. If the attendee does not own the attendance check means but attends the lecture, it is not recognized as attendance.

In addition, when checking attendance electronically, there is a problem of identity verification. If the attendance check means of the attendee is held by another person and attended the lecture, problems such as being recognized as attendance occur. In other words, it is difficult to confirm whether the person checking the attendance is the person or the agent of the party, and thus the problem of surrogate attendance arises. For example, if you ask your friend to give you an RFID card, you do not know it, so you are authenticated by your attendance. Also, there is a problem that it is not possible to check the attendance even if you do not participate in the class. Therefore, in real academy or college, it is a very low utilization rate even though the system is built up by investing huge amount of money.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop an attendance management system having a function to prevent surrogate attendance at low cost. That is, it is urgent to develop an attendance management system that can solve the above-mentioned cost burden and can be easily used by anyone including a small scale institute.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In the description of the present invention, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repetitive description thereof will be omitted.

Next, the overall system configuration for implementing the electronic management system according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

1, an example of an overall system for implementing the present invention includes a student's mobile terminal 11, an administrator terminal 12, an Internet router 21, and a attendance management server 30. The attendance management server 30 is connected via the Internet 22 and includes a database 40 for storing information on students and attendance management data.

The administrator terminal 12 is a terminal having a computing function used by a ledger, a teacher, a professor, an employee (hereinafter referred to as an administrator) who manages the attendance management service in a school or academy (or a school building) , A netbook, a PDA, and the like. The manager connects to the attendance management server 30 via the Internet 22 using the manager terminal 12 and inquires and manages the attendance data registered to the mobile terminal 11 of the attendants. Hereinafter, a description of an operation performed by the administrator means that the operation is performed through the administrator terminal 12.

The Internet router (21) is a wired / wireless router, which connects to various devices in a school building by connecting to the internet being used in a school or academy (or a school building) to share data between the devices and to use the Internet together.

When the student checks the arrival and departure of the mobile terminal 11 using the mobile terminal 11, the user must access the Internet router 21 to perform the corresponding operation. Otherwise, the related work is not normally performed. Therefore, the students can not carry out an arithmetic (circle) check when the signal of the Internet router 21 is not received at the receiving area, that is, at a school or a school building.

The student's mobile terminal 11 is a smart device such as a smart phone, a tablet PC, a netbook, a PDA used by a student or a student, and is connected to the attendance management server 30 via the Internet router 21 and the Internet 22 The school (circle) attendance check is carried out.

The attendance management server (30) manages the attendance of a student going to school in the school building. The attendance management server 30 is connected to the mobile terminal 11 through the network 21 such as the Internet and the Internet sharing device 21. [ That is, the application installed in the mobile terminal 11 accesses the attendance management server 30 by using the wireless communication function of the mobile terminal 11 and requests work related to the attendance or sends the attendance information to the attendance management server 30 .

Also, preferably, the attendance management server 30 can provide a mobile application-based or web-based interface as an application server linked to an application of the mobile terminal 11 or a web server built on the web.

In addition, the attendance management server 30 is a function of the server program. The attendance management server 30 has functions of registering router identification information such as a MAC address or an IP address of the Internet sharing router 21, inputting personal information or attendance information such as a student, And the like.

Hereinafter, the attendance management server 30 is also used in the attendance management system 30.

In the attendance management server 30, there are the following three methods for checking the attendance of the students.

First, it is an automatic check-in method. If the wireless router (or Internet router) currently connected to the mobile terminal such as a smart phone matches the router specified by the institute, the attendance process is automatically performed. If no signal is detected, the process is automatically processed. At this time, whether or not the router is matched is determined by comparing the MAC address or the public IP of the router. The first method is the most convenient method because attendance and house management can be performed automatically without a student's action. However, it is suitable for the environment where students can leave school after being out of school for a short time because they can be dismissed / treated as a house.

Next, it is an automatic attendance confirmation management system. As in the first method, when an application installed in a mobile terminal such as a smart phone is connected to or disconnected from a router designated by the institute, a check message window is opened without automatic processing and a check button is touched. The second method is suitable for the case where there is a meal after the attendance or out, and it is necessary to confirm the student on the announcement screen.

Finally, it is a passive attendance processing method. When the student arrives at the institute, he or she executes the attendance management application directly and clicks the <Attendance> button. When the designated router is detected, attendance processing is performed. The House of Representatives will also be handled directly by clicking on the <House> button.

All of the above three methods can be selected by changing the mode directly by the user in the application. In the case of the third method, the first and second methods can be used.

In the third method, unlike the first and second methods, it is not necessary to periodically inquire the designated router signal, so that the battery and communication data of the mobile phone are not consumed.

Meanwhile, the attendance management server 30 may further configure the database 40 for storing data. The database 40 is a space for storing all the data related to the server program.

The database 40 includes a member DB 41 for storing student information such as personal information of a student or a student, a mobile terminal number, and an attendance data DB 42 for storing attendance check items of students. However, the configuration of the database 40 is only a preferred embodiment. In the development of a specific device, the database 40 may have a different structure in consideration of ease of access and retrieval, efficiency, and the like.

Next, the Internet router 21 used in the present invention will be described in more detail.

The Internet router 21 transmits a given public Internet IP address (e.g., 175.196.66.xx) to various devices (not shown) in addition to the function of the IP address router (i.e., Which allows devices to share and use at the same time.

Because of this feature, the router is also called NAT (Network Address Translator), and the NAT function has two effects as follows.

(1) allows you to save limited Internet IP resources

The Internet IP address of the world is limited, and one IP address can be used by several persons (or devices) efficiently, and the IP address resource can be used effectively.

(2) It can protect internal network devices from external intruders.

Since the devices connected to the inside of the router receive the private IP such as 192.168.0.xx for example, the connection to the device which is not approved from the outside or uses the private IP in a general way And it is advantageous for security.

On the other hand, when all the devices having internal private IP addresses access the other services outside the router due to the NAT function, the access is made using the public IP address of the router. Therefore, all users (devices) connected to a specific router will appear to be connected to the same IP address when viewed from outside the router.

After registering the public IP address assigned to the router by using this characteristic, it is required that the various devices connect to the router (that is, only when accessing the registered IP address) It is possible to do.

The attendance management system (30) according to the present invention performs attendance management at academy, school, and various organizations using the same.

Next, a configuration of a attendance management system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

2, the attendance management system 30 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a router registration unit 31, a member information registration unit 32, a attendance check reception unit 33, and an attendance data extraction unit 34 . And may further include an event management unit 35. [

The router registration unit 31 registers the Internet router 21 to be used as the attendance management system in the school or institute from the administrator terminal 12. At this time, it is possible to register a plurality of Internet router (21), so that a wide area or a plurality of layers can be made a checkable attendance area. Or the details attended by each Internet router (21) can be searched for, and classified by the attendance history of each class.

The administrator terminal 12 accesses the attendance management system 30 through the Internet router 21 to be used for attendance management and registers the Internet router 21. In addition, the administrator terminal 12 assigns a virtual name to be given to the Internet router 21, and then performs registration of the router.

Preferably, the router registration unit 31 identifies and registers the connection IP address of the administrator terminal 12. The connection IP address is a source IP address to which the administrator terminal 12 connects, and is a public IP address. That is, the connection IP address of the administrator terminal 12 is actually the public IP address of the Internet router 21, and all the devices connected through the same router use the same IP address.

Using these characteristics, when the students who arrive at the school or the institute access the attendance management system 30 and check their attendance, the IP address registered in the attendance management system 30 is compared with the currently accessed IP address to see if they are the same Or not

Next, the member information registration unit 32 registers the attendance management object by inputting the student information for checking attendance.

The member information registration unit 32 registers member information by the following two methods. First, an administrator enters an attendance management target by using the manager terminal 12. The second is registered by directly accessing the student who is the attendance management subject and registering for membership.

All the members registered in the above two ways are given or assigned a unique attendance code. The attendance code is authentication information for authenticating a registered member or a student. It is possible to distinguish between the same name using the attendance code. An ID or the like can be used as an attendance code. Alternatively, an ID and a password may be used as the authentication information. Further, the mobile telephone number of the mobile terminal may be used as the authentication information of the student.

Preferably, attendance registration can be performed by inputting an attendance code manually using an attendance device provided in a smart device of another person, a school, or a school building, even in the absence of the mobile terminal 11, such as a smart device to perform attendance check.

Next, the attendance check receiving unit 33 receives an attendance check from the member or student registered in the member information registering unit 32 through connection to the Internet router 21 registered by the router registering unit 31. [ Attendance check is performed through the mobile terminal 11 of the student or the mobile terminal 11 of another student, teacher, or the like.

Preferably, attendance check can be performed using a computer terminal such as a PC installed for attendance management in a school or a school building.

The student who logs in to the attendance management system 30 can perform clicking on the application screen of the mobile terminal 11 or the mobile terminal 11, that is, the button of the ascending or descending or descending circle on the attendance check screen.

The attendance check receiving unit 33 receives from the mobile terminal 11 the authentication information of the member such as the attendance code of the member or the student, and the router identification information such as the connection IP address. The connection IP address or public IP address can be extracted automatically as follows. An Internet session is established for connection between the mobile terminal 11 and the attendance management system 30. [ At this time, the IP address of the mobile terminal can be automatically extracted as the connection IP address.

The attendance check receiving unit 33 authenticates and identifies the member and the router using the authentication information and the router identifying information of the received member (or student). If both the member and the router are identified (or authenticated), the member or student is judged to be present. Then, the attendance check receiving unit 33 records and registers the current time or the time when the attendance is checked.

Specifically, the attendance check receiving unit 33 determines whether the IP address connected to the mobile terminal 11 matches the IP address registered by the router registration unit 31, and registers the registered login (Origin) time of the corresponding student by referring to the authentication information such as ID

If the student does not have a mobile terminal 11 such as a smart phone or does not carry it, a unique attendance number assigned to him or her by a friend, a teacher's mobile terminal 11, Authentication information) can be inputted to perform the back-and-forth (circle) processing. In this case, the student's authentication information is not used as a mobile phone number, but it is used when using an ID and password or a unique attendance code.

Next, the attendance data extracting unit 34 generates attendance statistical information by using the attendance or descent information of the students recorded through the attendance check receiving unit 33. [0064] FIG.

For example, the attendance data extracting unit 34 extracts the students' descent or descent information recorded by the attendance check by date, time, and individual, or provides the extracted information in the form of a downloadable file.

It is possible to manage the attendance, perception, etc. of the students through the data provided by the attendance data extracting unit 34.

On the other hand, the member DB 41 of the database 40 stores the member information registered by the member information registering unit 32, and the administrator terminal 12 adds, modifies and deletes the member information.

The attendance data 42 is recorded in the attendance check receiving unit 33. The attendance data 42 is matched with the member DB 41 to generate observation data for each member.

Next, the event registration unit 35 processes various jobs required when the attendance check receiving unit 33 checks the attendance check, such as an escalation check or an equal pay check.

For example, you can send a notification letter or a smartphone push message to your parents when you arrive at school.

Next, the preparation for use of the attendance management system 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

First, the manager 12 performs membership registration to define the school or institute (S11). At this time, the registered member ID becomes the administrator ID of the school or institute.

Upon completion of membership registration, the attendance management system 30 generates and issues a unique member code. At this time, the member code is generated as a random random number so that an outsider can not guess.

After completing membership, the manager 12 registers the Internet router 21 to be used in the attendance management system 30 (S12). At this time, a plurality of Internet sharing devices 21 may be registered to allow attendance management to be performed in a wide space or a separate space.

The administrator 12 can perform the step S12 at any time for replacement or addition of the router, re-registration upon occurrence of a change in the public IP address of the Internet router 21 due to some cause, and the like.

Next, the students (members) that are the attendance management targets are registered (S13). The registration of the member can input the student information held by the manager directly into the attendance management system (30) or allow the students to directly join the membership.

If the student directly joins the membership, the student must define his / her affiliation by inputting the unique code of the school (won) given in step S11. In order to do so, the manager must give the code of the school I have to inform.

After the above steps are taken, preparation for use of the attendance management system is completed (S14). Students will download applications (apps) required to check attendance management or access mobile web pages to carry out check-in and check-out procedures.

Next, a method of manually conducting a check-out of a student according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

First, the student who arrives at the school or institute logs in to the attendance management system 30 and checks the escort (circle) (S21). A method of checking attendance is a method of logging in to the attendance management system by a mobile terminal 11 such as a smart phone and pressing the attendance (circle) or dispatch (circle) button, There are two methods of inputting the attendance number of the attendant at the attendance management computer terminal provided at the school (won).

The attendance management system 30 confirms whether the student who is attempting attendance check is a normal attendance management subject (S22). If the member is not confirmed, the relevant message will be sent out and then terminated without any further processing.

Next, it is confirmed whether the connection of the attendance check is a connection by the registered Internet router 21 (S23). In other words, when it is determined that the member is registered as a member of the attendance management by referring to the login ID of the student who tries to check attendance or the attendance number inputted, It is determined whether or not the router is currently connected to the router registered with reference to the router list.

At this time, there are two methods of determining whether the registered router is connected or not.

[Method 1]

It is determined whether or not the public IP address of the registered router is the same as the IP address of the current student who is connected to the attendance management system 30.

A mobile terminal accessing a specific router may be given a private IP address such as 192.OOO.OOO.OOO or directly specify it to recognize the IP terminal of the mobile terminal in the internal network (or local area network) (Or identification). However, when accessing the external Internet via the router, and using various services, the IP address is converted into a public IP address assigned in advance to the router, and the service is received.

Therefore, all of the mobile terminals 11 of the student who accesses the designated router in the institute and accesses the attendance management server 30 are all connected by the same public IP address (Public IP). Using the above function, the institute registers the public IP of the router to be used in advance, determines whether the IP address of the mobile terminal matches the registered IP address at the time of attending the student's mobile terminal, And the like.

That is, when the student's mobile terminal 11 accesses the attendance management system 30 and performs the attendance function at a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, if the student's mobile terminal 11 coincides with the IP registered in the institute (i.e., the public IP of the router) The attendance process is denied, and if not, the attendance check is rejected.

In other words, when the attendance process is performed using the mobile terminal 11 such as the smartphone of the student, the connected IP address is compared with a public IP address (Public IP) registered in advance in the institute. Through this, it is possible to judge whether the student is attempting attendance at the institute or attempting attendance at another place.

The method of using the public IP address is a method of simply reading the IP address connected to the server 30 of the attendance management service from the server 30, so that it is also applicable to a general web environment. Therefore, it is possible to check attendance on a mobile device or a computer without installing an application on a mobile terminal such as a separate smart phone.

[Method 2]

It compares the Mac address of the registered router with the MAC address of the router of the current student.

In other words, after registering a MAC address, which is a hardware unique value of the router in use by the institute, in the attendance management service, the attendance check is performed by comparing the Mac address of the connected router at the time of student attendance check .

The above method has an advantage that it can be used permanently as long as the router does not change. However, since the MAC address of the router needs to be read from a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, a smart phone application including the corresponding function must be installed and used.

[Method 1] and [Method 2] are compared as follows.

[Method 1] is a simple comparison between the IP address of the visitor and the registered IP address of the registered router in the attendance management system 30, so it is necessary to request the mobile terminal 11 such as a smartphone of the student who requests attendance check There is no. Accordingly, a general browser such as a smart phone, a PDA, or the like can be used to access and process a web page for a mobile or PC attendance management system. In this case, it is not necessary to install a separate application (App) or the like.

[Method 2] should be able to fetch the MAC address of the router from the attendance management system 30. [ Therefore, a separate application program (application or application) must be installed in the mobile terminal 11, and the MAC address connected thereto must be extracted and transmitted to the attendance management system 30.

However, the method 1 has a merit that re-registration is not required until the router is replaced before the public IP address assigned to the router is changed. The method 1 and the method 2 can be selected and used by an administrator in a suitable manner.

On the other hand, the public IP assigned to the router does not change unless the power of the router is turned off. If the router is not turned off for a long time, the probability of changing to a simple reboot is very low. If the public IP assigned to the router is changed, the manager 11 must register the router again (S12).

If it is determined that the mobile terminal 11 of the connected student is not connected through the registered Internet router 21 by attempting attendance check, the attendance management system 30 displays the related message and performs processing .

Next, if it is determined that attendance is checked in the environment matched with the registered Internet router (21), the attendance management system (30) records attendance information of the student together with the current time (S24).

If there is already a record of the student's attendance (won) and school dropout (won) on this day's date, it will be processed after inquiring whether to replace this record.

Next, according to the setting of the attendance management system 30, the student's parents can be notified of the attendance change status of the student to the parent mobile terminal in advance in the attendance processing step S25. In other words, parents can be notified by text messages or smartphone push messages.

If the parent has installed the attendance management service application (App), the push message is sent (S26), and if not, the SMS message is notified (S27).

Push messages, unlike text messaging (SMS) messages, are cost-free or very inexpensive, while parents can only receive applications when they are installed.

Next, a method of automatically performing an attendance check by the student's mobile terminal 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

5 illustrates a method of installing an application program (application, App) developed for the attendance management system 30 in a mobile terminal 11 such as a smart phone and automatically performing an escalation check FIG.

First, an application installed in the mobile terminal 11 or the mobile terminal 11 of the student is executed in the background to check whether or not the current Wifi (wireless router) is connected at regular intervals (S31).

If the router is not connected, it is connected to the attendance management system 30 via the mobile communication network (3G or LTE) and inquires whether it is currently checked (S39). If it is not checked for the arrival date of the current date, only the connection of the router Wi-Fi (Wifi) is inquired at regular intervals (S31).

When it is connected to the Internet sharing device 21 and connected to the attendance management system 30, it is determined whether the currently connected Internet sharing device 21 is the Internet sharing device 21 registered in the administrator of the institute (S32).

If the Internet router (21) registered at the institute, this student arrived at the school (won). Then, it is checked whether or not a check is made for the school day (circle) of today's date (S33). If the check is not made, the current time is recorded as an attendance (circle) time (S34).

The parent of the current student determines whether the attendance management service application is installed (S35). If it is installed, a push message is sent to inform the student of the school visit (circle) (S36), and if it is not installed, an SMS text message is used to inform the student (S37).

When the attendance (circle) is checked in this way, only the environment of the same Internet router 21 is determined. No operation is performed while the router environment is maintained (S38). By doing so, the battery consumption and unnecessary attendance management system server load is not given.

Next, in step S39, it is determined whether there is a day school attendance (circle) record in the attendance management system 30 without the Wifi being connected by the check of whether or not the Internet sharing device 21 is Wifi-connected (S31). If there is a record of records, but no WiFi access, and there is no record of school records, the student is no longer in school (circle).

Therefore, it is checked if there is no release data of today's date (S40). If there is no release data, this means that the student has taken off the school (circle), so that the release (circle) process is performed (S41).

In the unloading process, it is also determined whether the parent of the student has installed the application (S42), and a pushed-down (circle) notification message (S43) is sent to the installed parents and a text SMS notification message is sent to the parents who are not installed ).

In step S32, it is determined whether or not the Wifi is connected and connected to the router registered in the school. If connection to the other router is established and only the attendance (circle) data is present in the attendance management system 30 (S39). If it is determined that there is no dropout data (S40), the student performs the dropping process (S41) because the connection to the other router is made during the regular inspection time.

In other words, the dismissal (circle) processing is performed when the student who is going to school is no longer connected to the designated router Wifi.

If all the processes are completed, the attendance check program does not operate on that day (S45).

Next, the effect of the present invention will be described in more detail.

The existing attendance management system has a double burden because it has to pay a fixed fixed cost for the use of the program linked with the device as well as the financial burden for the introduction of the device.

According to the present invention, anyone, including a small-scale academy, can operate the attendance management system using the existing router without introducing a separate apparatus.

Further, unlike the RF card recognition system, the present invention does not incur cost increase depending on the number of students.

Even if you do not have a wireless router, you can easily purchase an internet router at an affordable price. Also, unlike the existing attendance management system, the unique functions of the router itself can be utilized, so that the effect of two seats can be obtained.

The invention made by the present inventors has been described concretely with reference to the embodiments. However, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and that various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
