Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle manufacturing, and discloses a washing and sweeping vehicle which comprises a vehicle frame, a cab, an upper mounting structure, a post processor and a battery jar frame. The frame comprises two longitudinal beams which are arranged oppositely; the cab is arranged on the front side of the longitudinal beam; the upper mounting structure comprises an auxiliary engine case, a dustbin and sweeping disks, wherein the auxiliary engine case and the dustbin are arranged at the top ends of the longitudinal beams, the two sweeping disks are respectively arranged on the two longitudinal beams, and the auxiliary engine case and the back of the cab are spaced at a distance so as to reserve a space for overturning the cab; the rear processor spans between the inner sides of the two longitudinal beams, and is arranged between the auxiliary engine case and the cab; the storage battery frame is arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal beam, and the storage battery frame and the sweeping disc are spaced at intervals. The invention provides a washing and sweeping vehicle which achieves the purposes of no interference between a sweeping disc and a battery frame, no interference between an auxiliary engine case and a postprocessor and low manufacturing cost on the premise of not increasing the wheelbase of the whole vehicle.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle manufacturing, in particular to a washing and sweeping vehicle.
Background
Along with the development of society, the area of urban streets is larger and larger, and if the urban streets are cleaned completely by manual cleaning, the burden of sanitation workers can be increased, so that the washing and sweeping vehicle is more and more widely applied.
According to understanding, as shown in fig. 1, the existing washing and sweeping vehicle comprises a vehicle frame 1, a battery frame 6, a post-processor 5 and an upper mounting structure, wherein the upper mounting structure comprises a sweeping disc 4 and an auxiliary engine case 3, the battery frame 6 and the post-processor 5 are both arranged on the same side of the vehicle frame 1, and the two are arranged close to each other, however, the technical problems that the sweeping disc 4 and the battery frame 6 are interfered, and the auxiliary engine case 3 and the post-processor 5 are interfered exist in the arrangement.
In order to solve the technical problem, as shown in fig. 2, on the premise of ensuring that the axle load distribution meets the design requirements and the requirements of regulations, the axle distance of the washing and sweeping vehicle is increased, and the upper mounting structure moves backwards for a certain distance along the top end of the vehicle frame 1, so that the interference between the sweeping disc 4 and the battery frame 6 and the interference between the auxiliary engine case 3 and the postprocessor 5 cannot occur. However, the above arrangement has a problem that the distance between the upper structure and the cab 2 becomes large, and the aesthetic appearance of the washing and sweeping vehicle is deteriorated; in addition, the lengths of the frame 1, the transmission shaft, the brake pipeline, the electric appliance pipeline and other structures need to be lengthened, so that the manufacturing cost of the washing and sweeping vehicle is increased, and the overall competitiveness of the washing and sweeping vehicle is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the invention provides a washing and sweeping vehicle, which achieves the purposes of no interference between a sweeping disc and a battery frame, no interference between an auxiliary engine case and a postprocessor and low manufacturing cost on the premise of not increasing the axle distance of the whole vehicle.

a cab mounted on a front side of the side member;
the upper mounting structure comprises an auxiliary engine case, a dustbin and two sweeping disks, the auxiliary engine case, the dustbin and the sweeping disks are all arranged at the top ends of the longitudinal beams, the auxiliary engine case and the back of the cab are spaced at a distance, and the two sweeping disks are respectively arranged on the two longitudinal beams;
the rear processor spans between the inner sides of the two longitudinal beams, and is arranged between the auxiliary engine case and the cab;
the storage battery frame is arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal beam, and the storage battery frame and the sweeping disc are spaced at intervals.
In some embodiments of this application, this washing and sweeping vehicle still includes the installation frame, the installation frame is equipped with and is used for the installation cavity of aftertreatment ware, just the installation frame with the connection can be dismantled to the longeron.
In some embodiments of this application, the bottom of installation frame is equipped with two connecting plates, the connecting plate with the longeron is corresponding to be set up, the connecting plate pass through the fastener with the connection can be dismantled to the longeron.

meanwhile, the washing and sweeping vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention does not change the wheelbase of the washing and sweeping vehicle, so that the manufacturing cost of the washing and sweeping vehicle is reduced, and the attractiveness of the washing and sweeping vehicle is ensured.

As shown in fig. 3-5, the embodiment of the invention provides a washing and sweeping vehicle, which comprises a vehicle frame 1, a cab 2, an upper mounting structure and an aftertreatment device 5, wherein the vehicle frame 1 comprises two longitudinal beams which are oppositely arranged; the cab 2 is arranged on the front side of the longitudinal beam; the upper mounting structure comprises an auxiliary engine case 3, a dustbin and a sweeping disc 4, wherein the auxiliary engine case 3, the dustbin and the sweeping disc 4 are all arranged at the top ends of the longitudinal beams, the two sweeping discs 4 are respectively arranged on the two longitudinal beams, and the auxiliary engine case 3 and the back of the cab 2 are spaced to reserve a space for overturning the cab 2; the postprocessor 5 spans between the inner sides of the two longitudinal beams, and the postprocessor 5 is arranged between the auxiliary engine case 3 and the cab 2; the battery jar frame 6 is arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal beam, and the battery jar frame 6 and the sweeping disc 4 are spaced at intervals.
Based on the above arrangement, in the washing and sweeping vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention, the post-processor 5 is disposed between the inner sides of the two longitudinal beams by using the distance between the sub-engine case 3 and the back of the cab 2, and the post-processor 5 is disposed between the sub-engine case 3 and the cab 2, so that interference between the post-processor 5 and the sub-engine case 3 does not occur; in addition, the postprocessor 5 is not arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal beam, so that the battery jar frame 6 moves forwards for a certain distance along the outer side of the longitudinal beam, the battery jar frame 6 and the sweeping disc 4 are spaced for a certain distance, and interference between the battery jar frame 6 and the sweeping disc 4 cannot occur;
meanwhile, the washing and sweeping vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention does not change the wheelbase of the washing and sweeping vehicle, so that the manufacturing cost of the washing and sweeping vehicle is reduced, and the attractiveness of the washing and sweeping vehicle is ensured.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the washing and sweeping vehicle further comprises a mounting frame 7, the mounting frame 7 is provided with a mounting cavity for mounting the postprocessor 5, and the mounting frame 7 is detachably connected with the longitudinal beam. Thus, by providing the mounting frame 7, the mounting frame 7 not only facilitates the connection of the aftertreatment device 5 to the vehicle frame 1, but also reduces the possibility of the aftertreatment device 5 colliding with an external object.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in order to facilitate the connection of the post-processor 5 to the frame 1, the bottom of the mounting frame 7 is provided with two connecting plates 71, the connecting plates 71 are arranged corresponding to the longitudinal beams, and the connecting plates 71 are detachably connected with the longitudinal beams through fasteners;

In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the aftertreatment device 5 includes an intake pipe 51 and an exhaust pipe 52 communicating with each other, the intake pipe 51 being used for exhaust port communication of the engine;
the top end of the mounting frame 7 is provided with a first support structure 8, and the top end of the first support structure 8 is connected with the exhaust pipe 52. Thus, the first support structure 8 supports the exhaust pipe 52, and the exhaust pipe 52 is less likely to swing.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the first support structure 8 includes two first support tubes 81 and a fastening ring 82, the two first support tubes 81 are provided at intervals in the transverse direction at the top end of the mounting frame 7; the number of the fastening rings 82 is equal to that of the first supporting tubes 81, the fastening rings 82 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first supporting tubes 81, the bottom ends of the fastening rings 82 are arranged at the top ends of the first supporting tubes 81, and the top ends of the two fastening rings 82 are detachably connected through fastening pieces; when the two fastening rings 82 are in the connected state, the two fastening rings 82 form a mounting hole for housing the exhaust pipe 52. Thus, the first support pipe 81 and the fastening ring 82 restrict the exhaust pipe 52 from swinging in the lateral direction, and the exhaust pipe 52 is less likely to swing in the lateral direction.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, in order to facilitate the connection of the first support pipe 81 with the mounting frame 7, the first support pipe 81 is vertically disposed at the top end of the mounting frame 7.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the top end of the mounting frame 7 is provided with a second support structure 9, and the top end of the second support structure 9 is connected with the exhaust pipe 52. This supports the exhaust pipe 52 by the second support structure 9, and the exhaust pipe 52 is less likely to swing.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the second supporting structure 9 includes two second supporting pipes 91 and a fastening block, the two second supporting pipes 91 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction at the top end of the mounting frame 7; the number of the fastening blocks 92 is equal to that of the second support pipes 91, the fastening blocks 92 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the second support pipes 91, the bottom ends of the fastening blocks 92 are arranged at the top ends of the second support pipes 91, and the top ends of the fastening blocks 92 are connected with the exhaust pipe 52. Thereby, the second support pipe 91 and the fastening block 92 restrict the swing of the exhaust pipe 52 in the lateral direction, and the exhaust pipe 52 is less likely to swing in the longitudinal direction.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the second support pipe 91 is obliquely disposed on the top end of the mounting frame 7. Thus, the second support pipe 91 of the present embodiment has a greater supporting force for the exhaust pipe 52 than the second support pipe 91 perpendicular to the mounting frame 7, so that the exhaust pipe 52 is less likely to swing in the longitudinal direction.
To sum up, in the washing and sweeping vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention, the post-processor 5 is stretched between the inner sides of the two longitudinal beams by using the distance between the sub-engine case 3 and the back of the cab 2, and the post-processor 5 is disposed between the sub-engine case 3 and the cab 2, so that interference between the post-processor 5 and the sub-engine case 3 does not occur; in addition, the postprocessor 5 is not arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal beam, so that the battery jar frame 6 moves forwards for a certain distance along the outer side of the longitudinal beam, the battery jar frame 6 and the sweeping disc 4 are spaced for a certain distance, and interference between the battery jar frame 6 and the sweeping disc 4 cannot occur;
meanwhile, the washing and sweeping vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention does not change the wheelbase of the washing and sweeping vehicle, so that the manufacturing cost of the washing and sweeping vehicle is reduced, and the attractiveness of the washing and sweeping vehicle is ensured.

2. The washing and sweeping vehicle of claim 1, further comprising a mounting frame provided with a mounting cavity for mounting the aftertreatment device, wherein the mounting frame is detachably connected to the longitudinal beam.
3. The washing and sweeping vehicle of claim 2, wherein the bottom of the mounting frame is provided with two connecting plates corresponding to the longitudinal beams, and the connecting plates are detachably connected with the longitudinal beams through fasteners.
