The hydraulic telescopic rod 801 drives the pressing plate 802 to be in contact with the lawn matrix, so that the smoothness of the lawn matrix can be guaranteed before tufting, and the tufting efficiency is guaranteed.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, winding the curved yarn on a tufting line winding roller 601, enabling the lawn matrix to pass through a space between a first roller 501 and a second roller 502, placing the middle part of the lawn matrix on a needle plate 702, and then passing through a space between a third roller 503 and a fourth roller 504;
the motor, the cylinder 602, the tufting needle 701 and the power machine 703 of the transmission mechanism are opened, the motor drives the first roller 501 to rotate, the first roller 501, the second roller 502, the third roller 503 and the fourth roller 504 are driven to synchronously rotate through the linkage of the transmission belt 507, so that the lawn matrix is driven to horizontally slide rightwards along the needle plate 702, meanwhile, the tufting needle 701 drives the tufting threads to penetrate through the needle plate 702 to move up and down, and simultaneously the tufting threads penetrate through the lawn matrix, the working principle is similar to that of a sewing machine, then the tufting threads penetrating through the lawn matrix form loops, the tufting knife 706 on the knife holder 705 moves forwards under the action of the power machine 703, the tufting knife 706 hooks the loops and moves backwards, the power machine 703 drives the swing arm 704 to move, then when the tufting threads penetrating through the lawn matrix move forwards again to hook a next loop, the potential hooked loops are pulled off from the tufting knife 706, and therefore, people can realize the tufting operation on the premise of not cutting the loops, realizing curve tufting, wherein the curved yarn after tufting is used as a cushion pad;
then, the straight wires are wound on a tufting line winding roller 601, a motor on a transmission mechanism is turned on, the motor rotates reversely, the motor drives a first roller 501, a second roller 502, a third roller 503 and a fourth roller 504 to rotate synchronously, the rotation direction is opposite to that of the curved wire during tufting, so that a lawn matrix is driven to horizontally slide leftwards along a needle plate 702, tufting of the straight wires is realized, the weaving distance of the lawn is adjusted by adjusting the moving frequency of a swing arm 704, and meanwhile, multiple times of tufting can be realized.
The air cylinder 602, the tufting needle 701, the power machine 703 and the swing arm 704 are commercially available, and the air cylinder 602, the tufting needle 701 and the power machine 703 are provided with power supplies, and the control mode is mature prior art, so the description is omitted.
