The invention discloses a pure-color imitated wall cloth artistic coating and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the pure-color imitated wall cloth artistic coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-58 parts of methyl acrylate, 42-54 parts of vinyl acetate, 48-60 parts of styrene, 24-36 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 30-40 parts of microencapsulated red phosphorus, 48-56 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 46-58 parts of antioxidant BHT, 60-80 parts of VAE emulsion, 30-45 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 38-50 parts of acrylic resin modified casein film-forming agent, 20-30 parts of isobutyl triethoxysilane, 30-50 parts of salicylanilide, 30-40 parts of pigment and 1500-2500 parts of diluent. The invention belongs to the technical field of wall cloth coatings, and particularly relates to a pure-color imitation wall cloth artistic coating which is simple in preparation method, low in cost, good in viscosity, flame-retardant, waterproof and antibacterial, and remarkable in degradation effect on harmful and toxic gases.

(1) uniformly mixing the methyl acrylate, the vinyl acetate, the magnesium hydroxide, the microencapsulated red phosphorus, the nano titanium dioxide, the antioxidant BHT and the salicylanilide in the mass fraction, and adding the mixture into a ball mill for ball milling treatment;
(2) adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, adding a diluent into the reaction kettle according to the mass part, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for about 30 min;
(3) adding the styrene, the VAE emulsion, the polydimethylsiloxane, the acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent and the isobutyl triethoxysilane in parts by weight into a reaction kettle, keeping the temperature in the reaction kettle at 60 ℃, and stirring for about 30 min;
(4) adding the pigment in parts by weight, heating the reaction temperature to 80 ℃, and stirring for about 30 min;
(5) taking out the materials, standing, and naturally cooling to obtain the target coating.
After adopting the structure, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the pure-color imitated wall cloth artistic coating is prepared by selecting proper flame retardant, adhesive, photocatalyst, antioxidant, defoaming agent, film forming agent, waterproof agent and mildew preventive, accurately proportioning, ball-milling powder and crystal, mixing, heating, stirring, cooling and standing to obtain the target coating, and has good performances in corrosion resistance, flame retardance, water resistance, antibiosis, adhesion, formaldehyde removal and the like.

The embodiment also provides a manufacturing method of the pure-color imitated wall cloth artistic coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the methyl acrylate, the vinyl acetate, the magnesium hydroxide, the microencapsulated red phosphorus, the nano titanium dioxide, the antioxidant BHT and the salicylanilide in parts by mass, and adding the mixture into a ball mill for ball milling treatment;
(2) adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, adding a diluent into the reaction kettle according to the mass part, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for about 30 min;
(3) adding the styrene, the VAE emulsion, the polydimethylsiloxane, the acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent and the isobutyl triethoxysilane in parts by weight into a reaction kettle, keeping the temperature in the reaction kettle at 60 ℃, and stirring for about 30 min;
(4) adding the pigment in parts by weight, heating the reaction temperature to 80 ℃, and stirring for about 30 min;
(5) taking out the materials, standing, and naturally cooling to obtain the target coating.

The embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a pure-color imitated wall cloth artistic coating, which comprises the following steps of: 50 parts of methyl acrylate, 45 parts of vinyl acetate, 53 parts of styrene, 28 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 34 parts of microencapsulated red phosphorus, 50 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 50 parts of antioxidant BHT, 68 parts of VAE emulsion, 35 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 42 parts of acrylic resin modified casein film-forming agent, 24 parts of isobutyl triethoxysilane, 38 parts of salicylanilide, 34 parts of pigment and 1800 parts of diluent.
The embodiment also provides a manufacturing method of the pure-color imitated wall cloth artistic coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the methyl acrylate, the vinyl acetate, the magnesium hydroxide, the microencapsulated red phosphorus, the nano titanium dioxide, the antioxidant BHT and the salicylanilide in parts by mass, and adding the mixture into a ball mill for ball milling treatment;

The wall cloth coating in example 1 and example 2 and a certain brand of wall cloth coating are subjected to performance tests, and the measured data are shown in table 1.

Therefore, the material disclosed by the invention has better corrosion resistance, flame retardance, water resistance, antibacterial property and bonding property.
