Abstract
本发明提供一种无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,包括聚酯织物经远红外加热进行干燥和定性;将混合比例为100:20‑100:25的PU预聚体与异氰酸酯混合均匀;织物面PU胶水底涂,使用热辊涂胶;在织物正面压延TPU层,挤出厚度0.3mm的输送带。本发明提供的输送带通过使用PU预聚体代替PU胶水,由于胶层中无有机溶剂,生产过程中无三废排放,对生产环境无限制;通过加热镜面辊涂的方法实现PU输送带的复合;由于成品中无有机溶剂残留,可以保证成品在使用过程中的食品安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于食品行业输送带技术领域,具体涉及一种PU复合轻型输送带的制备方法。
背景技术
随着食品加工行业的蓬勃发展,对作为流水线重要设备的输送带提出了更高要求。PU轻型输送带一般以聚酯织物为骨架材料,主要用于输送轻、中质量物品。PU轻型输送带以其重量轻、寿命长、安装方便、不易产生摩擦等优点,被广泛用于食品烘焙等行业。
随着食品安全要求越来越高,对产品中有机溶剂含量越来越高,有机溶剂的残留量要求越来越低,同时在生产过程中,生产场地对有机溶剂的限制也越来越多,因此使用无溶剂胶水对PU产品的生产有重要意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供的输送带在其制造过程中,不使用胶水,得到一种无溶剂PU输送带的制造方法。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:聚酯织物经远红外加热进行干燥和定性,干燥温度在180~200℃;
S2:将PU预聚体与异氰酸酯混合,比例为100:20-100:25;
S3:织物面PU胶水底涂,使用热辊涂胶,干燥温度150℃;
S4:在织物正面压延TPU层,挤出温度200-210℃,厚度0.3mm,复合压力15~20Pa,在过程中,织物的布面温度保持在130~150℃。
本发明的有益效果:
1.通过使用PU预聚体代替PU胶水,由于胶层中无有机溶剂,生产过程中无三废排放,对生产环境无限制。
2.通过加热镜面辊涂的方法实现PU输送带的复合。
3.由于成品中无有机溶剂残留,可以保证成品在使用过程中的食品安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步具体的说明。
实施例1
一种无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:聚酯织物经远红外加热进行干燥和定型,干燥时间1-2分钟,干燥温度在180~200℃,定型的目的是防止织物进一步收缩;
S2:将带有NCO端基的PU预聚体与异氰酸酯混合后发生交联反应,牢固结合PU膜与PET织物,按照100:20的比例混合,得PU胶水;
S3:将直径为200mm的两镜面辊加热至120℃,两辊间隙调节至0.04-0.1mm,在两辊中央倒入PU预聚体,随后在聚酯织物的底面涂布PU胶水,随后在下一工位上干燥以促进PU胶水反应,其中干燥温度150℃,时间2分钟;
S4:TPU通过挤出机挤出成膜,在步骤S3所得聚酯织物的正面压延TPU层,其中,TPU硬度85A,其中挤出温度200-210℃,挤出后输送带厚度0.3mm,复合压力15~20Pa,在过程中,织物厚度没有要求,布面温度保持在130~150℃。
需要注意的是,本发明区别于常规辊涂的网纹辊,是采用镜面辊加热涂胶,才能均价的在聚酯织物上涂胶。
本实施例提供的无溶剂高剥离输送带,出厂剥离强度大于5N/mm。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的差别仅在于,在实施例1完成后,在实施例1的背面按上述方法再次涂胶,压延TPU膜,制成双面有TPU膜的产品。本实施例提供的无溶剂高剥离输送带,出厂剥离强度大于5N/mm。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的差别仅在于,S3的镜面辊电加热至150℃,提供的无溶剂高剥离输送带,出厂剥离强度大于5N/mm。
Claims (7)
1.一种无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:聚酯织物经远红外加热进行干燥和定性;
S2:将混合比例为100:20-100:25的PU预聚体与异氰酸酯混合均匀;
S3:织物面PU胶水底涂,使用热辊涂胶;
S4:在织物正面压延TPU层,挤出厚度0.3mm的输送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1的干燥温度在180~200℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1的干燥时间1-2分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3的干燥温度为150℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4的挤出温度200-210℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4在压延过程中,织物的布面温度保持在130~150℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂高剥离输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4复合压力15~20Pa。
